Celeste was a true dream to work with for my wedding day from beginning to end! She was extremely responsive, professional, and just the nicest person all around. During my trial she took into account the time of my afternoon wedding, the elements the makeup would be exposed to with a March wedding, and afterwards made minor adjustments based on how it held up with my skin. The day of, Celeste and Dori were prompt and ran on schedule with our group (5 hair, 4 makeup), they didn't even blink with my two large dogs roaming around, and everyone there commented at how kind they both were and a pleasure to have around that morning! All of our hair and makeup held up all day despite the pouring rain that had started an hour before the ceremony. Celeste is a true experienced artist and professional, and I am so thankful for her and Dori! -

TLDR: Magical hair and makeup that, somehow, stays all day and night…through rain, tears and sweat! Celeste and her assistant were punctual, calm and just so dang good.
The Deets:
I could not have been more thrilled with my hair and makeup! Celeste was communicative and on top of things leading up to my wedding day. She was so understanding as my mother and mother in law were deciding their services (even up to the week of!). Celeste and her assistant did the hair and makeup for myself and my three bridesmaids. They then did the hair for my mother and two flower girls (the older of whom got a little “makeup” to help her feel a little bit more special!).
My morning-of wasn't quite what I had hoped - we were stuck in my room due to the rain, so things got more cramped than I anticipated, and I was a bit of an emotional roller coaster. Celeste was cool, calm and collected as the team worked through our hair and makeup schedule. Everything felt so in-hand and she listened to each party member as they explained what hair or makeup style they wanted.
One of my bridesmaids really doesn't wear a lot of makeup so she felt a bit overwhelmed initially. Celeste was able to help us create a look that she felt really comfortable with and that was light while still being impactful. Everyone looked so, so gorgeous.
Now, I CANNOT believe how well my hair and makeup kept up throughout the day!! I sobbed, took photos in the rain, sobbed again, danced, ate, sweated…yes, I was a mess, haha! Yet everything held up and wore beautifully from beginning to end, I didn't need to worry about a THING.
I cannot recommend Celeste enough. You won't regret hiring someone who listens so intently, brings such calm and beautiful energy and executes so flawlessly.

Celeste and Dori did an absolutely fantastic job! My wedding was on a very windy day and we all took pictures and had the ceremony outside and all of our hair stayed beautiful for the entirety of the day! They both really listened to what we all wanted and created beautiful hairstyles for all! I highly recommend booking with Celeste and her team!Beautify by Celeste's reply:

I loved the hair and make up Celeste did for my sister's wedding as soon as I got engaged I reached out to see if she was available and was so happy to find out she was! I did 2 trials with Celeste and she tried a few different styles to fall in love with one. Her and her team showed up promptly in the morning of my wedding and everyone was done right in schedule and we even finished 30min ahead of schedule. The air brushing made it feel like I wasn't even wearing anything and the make up lasted all day.Beautify by Celeste's reply:

Celeste was so fantastic. She has such calming energy and went above and beyond. My mom and bridesmaids loved their looks and never felt better. Celeste did such a great job helping me figure out what I wanted and she made me feel beautiful but like myself on my wedding. She even helped with pinning my dress and helping me get my dress over my head without messing up my hair and makeup. She is so kind and calm. I can’t recommend her enough. -

So talented, so lovely, just overall wonderful!
We loved working with Celeste and her assistant. They were both so talented and really nice to chat with throughout the morning. Our wedding was delayed from the darker era of the pandemic to this past July 2021, and throughout that process Celeste was very flexible and easy to work with. All the ladies (me, the MOH, MOB, MOG, SIL, and Nana) looked really gorgeous and natural. No complaints, no regrets -- I recommend booking Celeste. -

Loved working with Celeste
Covid-19 happened and wedding plans changed... We decided to elope in upstate NY and I booked Celeste to do my makeup for the day. She was super nice and sweet, and perfectly complemented the relaxing vibes of the day. She took into consideration my inspiration photos and I loved my final makeup and felt very beautiful. I couldn't ask for anyone better!
My husband and I eloped in a private ceremony upstate last Tuesday and I had an especially hard time finding a hair and makeup artist. I can't express how lucky I am for finding Celeste. She is a lovely woman inside and out and so talented! She listened to me and what I wanted and she brought my vision to life. She made me look like an angel. :) My husband cried a river when he saw me.

Working with Celeste and Vanessa for our wedding day was such an amazing experience. From the day we did our hair + makeup trials with them, we knew we could trust them to make us feel gorgeous on our wedding days. Celeste did my and my bridal party's hair + makeup, and Vanessa did my wife and her bridal party's hair + makeup. While searching for a hair/makeup artists in the Hudson valley, I was in tears. So few provided both hair and makeup, a combination that I wanted. For me, natural makeup was also a big concern. I do not wear much makeup on a daily basis - I wanted to look as natural as possible for my wedding day. Many pictures I saw of work by various area makeup artists did not seem as natural as I hoped. I am the type that 95% of the time hate when I have professional makeup done.
Then I discovered Celeste. Her reviews raved about her and her natural makeup skills. I emailed her and she almost immediately responded with smiley faces. Via our email correspondence, she seemed very friendly and was always very responsive. I booked her before even having a trial. When we met in person for a hair/makeup trial, it felt like I was spending time with an old friend. She is so easy to talk to and an all around great person. Not to mention, she is extremely talented at what she does. She has such a calming presence, which I knew would be important on my wedding day.
On my wedding day, Celeste and Vanessa came to the hotel we were staying at and set up their own stations. Celeste did the makeup of my bridal party as well as my hair/makeup and Vanessa did my bridal party's hair. Everyone looked beyond beautiful. Each person commented how calming and talented both Celeste and Vanessa are. They turned everyone's picture of what they wanted into reality.
Celeste exceeded my expectations in my hair/makeup. I looked like myself, but a better version. It was natural, like I wanted but also elegant and bold also. I truly felt beautiful and like a bride. She truly executed all my hopes and wedding visions, better than I had imagined. My makeup and hair stayed exactly as they were at 11am until I went to sleep at 1am.

I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day, thanks to Celeste. From the moment I met her I felt good vibes. She listened to me, was flexible, and professional. I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup. In addition, my mother has never looked so beautiful in her life. It was such a treat to see her with such confidence on my wedding day.
