  We were so lucky to have Kerri plan our wedding. We started planning pretty late (5 months before the wedding) and we were on the west coast while our wedding was be in upstate NY. Kerri was pretty flexible that we would arrange calls at her nights and weekends to accommodate the time difference.
  
  I am a little "perfectionism" and also liked to change my minds, but Kerri was always patient about my pop-up additions to the wedding and me changing the venues & vendors a couple of time (solely because I always do this type of thing in my life, bad habit). She helped us get a delicious customized dinner menu and our guests loved it. Same for our wedding cake. There are lots of others things she did throughout the planning process that I can't possibly list all them out here.
  
  Kerri was there at the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner to make sure the wedding party are on the same page, and she and her daughter did an amazing job setting up things on day of the wedding and made everything run smooth that day. I did make a lot of decisions myself just because me personally like to design and envision things, but Kerri definitely used her expertise to make my visions not only come true, but even better.
  
  For what Kerri offers and how much she charges, she is for sure top value. Highly recommend her.

  Keri Green is top notch as a wedding planner and above all she is a very organized, professional and sweet genuine person. You will love to have her as your planner for your most personal and special day, your wedding. She made my son's wedding run seamlessly and did a beautiful job working endlessly for a very large formal wedding at Cornell Sage Chapel and Coltiivare Reception in Ithaca, NY. She was in constant communication via her cell phone with the wedding party to iron out every detail of the wedding with perfection. And she did all of this with patience and sweetness of an angel. Thanks, Keri!

Kerri did a great job helping us keep everything organized, and she even gave us reminders for things that weren't her responsibility (like the fact that we needed to get a marriage license). :) She created a helpful Google Spreadsheet for us to keep track of vendors and payments, and she handled all communications with the vendors, church, and reception venue.   I was very satisfied with Kerri's day-of coordination services. She tailored a package to meet my needs and budget and her flexibility and responsiveness couldn't have been beat. She was kind and thoughtful, and I felt very comfortable working with her. Highly recommended.

  Kerri was great to work with and took much of the headache out of planning a wedding. She allowed me to concentrate on my ideas and wants versus all of the vendors and details of making them happen. Our wedding was spectacular for it.

  I went to a wedding show in need of a wedding planner, since is a small town she was the only one there. My mother in law without looking around for references went and paid her full price right there after talking to her for 5 min Just to keep in mind that was about October/ November 2011, my wedding was suppose to be September 2012. It was an outdoor wedding.so I needed a lot help. Along the way some personal stuff happened so we had to postpone the wedding, since I wanted a September wedding we decide to wait until September 2013. Mind you when I had to postpone the wedding was only a couple months after we had hired her. So she hadn't done NOTHING. So a whole year and more pass and nothing. She never got a hold of me or anything.so finally by march I email her and we started moving.She promised us when we hired her she would give us 3 quotes of everything.days goes by and nothing. I had to start get quotes from tents and stuff. Then I got a quote from a local vendor and sent to her. Then I asked her to shop for me. She had the guts to send me back the same quote that I got to me. And said we don't need anymore this is probably cheaper. But I still wanted to see another to make sure. She never did. And after this many other problems came. We were 1h and a half away from each other. She NEVER EVER came to meet with me, times that she arrange she cancelled, so in 2 years I met with her twice. I asked her to do labels for the wedding invitation she had the guts to say that it wasn't her job. But she would do it. 2 weeks before the wedding we got into an argument because trough out this 2 years she didn't do anything. Ohhhh I had to call all my vendors and ask for discounts because she would take the first price that they would give to her. Also we asked her to booked the Dj that we wanted. She never did... Guess what?? We lost the Dj. So the week the we fought she decide to quit! Theres a lot more but won't fit. Never HIRE HER. MY ADVICE.....

  I am sorry that you felt you needed to bring the issues with your wedding up in this public forum. As you know, my contract was with your mother-in-law, not with you or your fiance. After the numerous issues I had with you both from changing your date, changing your mind repeatedly about whether or not you were having the wedding (thereby asking me to "cancel" and then try to "re-book" vendors, some of whom were no longer available or chose not to be because of the issues they also had with you) and the verbal abuse from you both, she is the one who released me from my contract. I think you know that, which is why there was never a legal recourse from either of you. I do wish you both well and wish you had taken up your issue with me directly.
