    Amazing Staff and Beautiful Items!

    We loved our experience with Celebrate Rentals! The girls at the counter and the delivery guys made everything so easy for us, and our Ceremony and Reception couldn't have been more AMAZING!! We plan to use them for every party and shower we have in the future and would recommend them to anyone!!

    They have everything that you need. Also I called around and they were the cheapest in the area. And the one thing they weren't already cheaper they matched it. Also my wedding was on a Saturday and I got to pick it up on Friday and didn't have to return it until Monday.

    We needed to book some tables and a couple of chairs for our large wedding. They were very flexible with delivery dates which is what we needed for our venue.

    Massive Selection

    We used the branch in Johnson City, TN and they were very helpful. I rented my table linens only a couple of weeks before the wedding and their selection was so massive that I was still able to get exactly what I wanted. They were also flexible about the return because they were closed for Christmas and we had to wait about a week for them to open again.

    We used Celebrate for all of the catering supplies for our wedding. Friends of mine supplied all of the food for my wedding, so that meant that there was a severe lack of serving wear. We rented everything from cake stands to punch fountains to giant martini glasses. They seemed to be a little bit higher priced than other rental stores in my area, but their rental agreement (for days of use) made the price worth it. We picked up the rentals on a Friday and returned them the following Monday without being charged for four days of use. It was one flat rate which I really appreciated.

    I am usually one to write great reviews or not at all. I will say that the bulk of our order made by the venue was through Celebrate and it was beautiful and all seemed great (I think it was just napkins and tablecloths but it may have been more. I'm not sure because it was included in the venue cost). We went there the week prior to the wedding- so it was last minute- to pick up a cupcake stand. We had incorrectly assumed that our baker would have them to provide and they didn't, so we were in a rush. They showed us the ones on display that would work for our needs but they were all banged up and chipped from use. We approached them and asked if we would have to use the floor models or if they had extras on reserve, but they did not that short notice. It was disappointing but we didn't have another option. We asked, after placing our order, if it would be okay for us to touch it up with some paint before the wedding, and they said they would do that (it would have saved us a half hour of discussing what to do if they had told us that up front because we were really concerned about they wear on them). You could tell it had been touched up previously. They gave us a discounted cost of $30 for it (instead of the usual $35) because of the condition of the stand, which was great. Overall we left mostly satisfied. Come the day of the wedding, it was delivered in the exact same condition as it was on the floor at the store. We had no paint because we expected it to have been done already. Frankly, I loved my wedding day and I didn't mind because it was such a minor thing in the grand scheme of the day, but I really disliked the way they handled us originally and the fact that they didn't follow through with what they said they would do. It should have been a quick and easy fix.

    I had a Fall wedding and had nothing but trouble from the rental company. I used Celebrate because they were a local "mom and pop" type of a shop and I thought everything would be great. I was wrong! The tables were duct taped! The tablecloths had burn marks in the center and on the edges, the chairs were filthy, the china was chipped, the list goes on... It was a nightmare! We spent the Friday before my wedding arguing with Cherie on the phone and cleaning chairs for our guests to sit in. We ended up buying burlap to go on top of the tables to cover the burn marks on the tablecloths but it was an extra expense I didn't need. If you use this company make sure you can arrange to pick everything up really early so you have enough time to fix all of their mistakes.

    They lied to us

    So first off my partner and I had been shopping with them for years when they had costumes and such for sale so when we found we needed to rent things for our wedding they were the first people we though of. We needed some candelabras and such but with the venue we had chosen we weren't allowed to have live candles outside of glass. So we see these candelabras that celebrate has and they have little candle spikes on them but some don't. The ones we liked did so we asked,
    "Is it possible to remove these?"
    The blonde lady at the desk was adamant, "Yes it shouldn't be a problem."
    "Are you sure because if not we'd like to go somewhere else."
    "No no we'll remove them."
    Can you guess what happens next?
    Well we go back a few times, each time we ask someone. Are you sure that you'll be able to remove those. If you can't we don't want them. Yes they'll be off.
    So the day comes when we go to get them and guess what. They are still there. So I'm pissed, my now wife is pissed. We take them because they give us a whole bunch of shit to "try and make it work" so they don't have to refund us. Eventually we're like fine. We'll just not use them but have them sitting out looking nice.
    Well... not only did they not remove the spikes but they were so unbalanced and precarious that we told people to not go near them because a light breeze would have knocked them over. After the wedding we went back and they gave us a small refund but I can tell you they will lie to keep your business and then not even have the courtesy to say sorry we couldn't do it, here's your money. They aren't worth your time or your money.
