  Worked With Them From Out Of State To Help Our Big Day!

  Catering By Robert handled our wedding, and while people raved about the food, I’d really like to call attention to the staff. They were beyond wonderful and friendly! And it wasn’t just Susan and Maryn, but every server, bartender, and staff member. We got compliments not just on the food, but their personalities as well. Beyond that, they provide so many different services in one easy, convenient package. We also planned this wedding almost 100% remotely from another state. Being able to work with them from so far away was a lifesaver!

  Best catering service hands down

  From the start Catering by Robert has been the best. They truly made my wedding day spectacular. They have several tastings that you can attend which helps you figure out what you want for your wedding. They are truly a on stop shop from food, decorations to the day of coordinating. Susan is such a phenomenal women and she staff is fantastic. They deserve a 10/10 you will not be disappointed with the service you will get from Susan and he staff.   Amazing catering experience!!!!!

  Where to begin?  Catering by Robert/Event Concepts was, simply put, AMAZING!  That is the best way to describe our experience.  From price, to food, to how my daughter's wedding day went, Catering by Robert was just amazing.  Specifically, Susan Stalnaker (owner) coordinated everything and all went without a hitch.  Everyone loved the food and the staff was fantastic!  Susan's vast experience proved to be priceless during the entire process - from the first day we met with her to the day of the wedding - she made herself available to us.  We will definitely be using them again for our next event!!!! TEN STARS OUT OF TEN!!!!!

  Extremely pleased!

  It was a pleasure to work with Susan. It is evident that she and the Catering By Robert staff are very experienced. Many of the guests raved about how good the food was, and what a nice variety of food there was along with the hors de oeuvres

  This company was great and made planning stress free!

  This catering company was fantastic! The food was incredible! This company offers a day of coordinator, linens, and centerpieces included in their dinner prices. We went with a buffet style dinner, which was fast and efficient. We also used their bar service in which we provide the alcohol and they provide the mixers and bar tenders. The drinks were made really well and not too strong! We were able to have several meetings with Susan, who is so sweet and truly knows what she is doing. The staff was great and they also set up all the decorations we brought, as well as cleaned up. They even packed up all of the leftover food we had and sent it home with us. Overall, a great company with great prices that include so much, making it a stress free process!

  Amazing Caterer

  Susan and her team were amazing. The food was out of this world. And sooo many of our guests commented about the quality of the food. Susan helped us create the most beautiful wedding for our daughter and I would highly recommend her team to anyone looking to have a special occasion.

  Susan and the rest of the team at Catering by Robert are fantastic! Susan was with us every step of the way in the designing of the reception, and provided great input and recommendations. Everything turned out beautiful, and the food was delicious! We did a served buffet with the chicken marsala, Parma Rosa pasta, honey baked ham....and the star of the show, a giant dish of paella! At the end of the night, they packed up all our decorations and leftover food and put them in a spot close to the venue entrance, so all we had to do was put it in the car. Thank you all so much, everything was perfect!

  Absolutely amazing

  This was the best decision I made for my wedding. Not only was Catering by Robert’s food absolutely amazing but wedding planning came including. The planner, Susan was fantastic. She made everything perfect and listened to my vision. She made everything exactly how I wanted it, came up with great solutions when problems came, answered all my calls and had the best ideas. The staff she had for my wedding was incredible as well. It started storming during my wedding and they way they were able to flip things and come up with solutions was amazing. They walked around in the pouring rain and were able to bring my wedding back to life. And again, the food was WOWWWW good. I couldn’t have been happier with all of it. It was truly an amazing day.

  Easiest decision you'll make for your wedding!

  I was the planner for a friend's wedding and I can honestly say that the catering was the easiest thing to handle by far thanks to Catering by Robert. Susan made sure to have regular, open communication and even met with me on site well in advance of wedding to ensure that everything would be laid out as planned. The food was delicious and plentiful and came at a great price point. Also, she and her staff did an absolutely phenomenal job during the event and were extremely professional and kind. I highly recommend Catering by Robert!

  Susan and her crew at Catering by Robert were an incredible team to work with for our wedding! We live in East Orlando, but got married in Lake Wales and thankfully it was within their range. We came across CbR and it was such a gem. Reasonable prices. Delicious food. Beautiful table set ups. Susan was helpful every step of the way… answering so many texts and emails, sharing ideas, and making sure the day went as smooth as possible. The food the day of was delicious! We truly are so thankful that Susan and the team at Catering by Robert were able to be with us on our wedding day. 💕💍

  Perfect decision choosing them!

  This combo-team of caterer/event planner/rentals supplier absolutely NAILED what I asked for! And then some!!! I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say... and I can be a bit of a harsh critic. Susan quickly replied to (and resolved) any and all communication from me, and from anyone else on my behalf. She asked excellent questions so she could be sure to give me exactly what I wanted; and her questions clearly demonstrated her many years of experience and expertise. She gave advice and offered solutions to problems that I didn't even know I had. She made sure that I was on top of things that needed to be done within a certain timeframe. On the day of my wedding, I sincerely felt like a queen. No exaggeration. She assigned a particular young woman to be my "assistant" for literally any and everything I could ask for, and then she also offered me things I didn't even know I wanted; all done within moments. (I REALLY wish I could remember her name to give her proper credit for truly making me feel like royalty!) The food was just incredible! I STILL have guests begging me for recipes from our wedding! The calypso meatballs - NOT TO BE MISSED! And the home-made vodka sauce... just mouth-watering!! EVERYTHING tasted WONDERFUL! And I am EXTREMELY picky... The fact that I was able to get my tables, chairs, plates, etc. and A TON of decor from them just made everything that much easier when it came to coordinating the whole event, especially on the big day. I KNOW for sure that I had to be a complete pain to work with; I was totally clueless every step of the way, I procrastinated everything because I'm also an indecisive control-freak... The list goes on and on... I can't imagine having my wedding done by anyone else! Every time I thought that Susan and her team were perfect, she'd go and do something else to surpass my hopes and expectations again! Every single person on her team that I encountered seemed so genuine and warm and happy to be helping our event run smoothly. They all felt like extended family! I'm so grateful that I was able to have this company for my wedding, thank you all soooo much!!! Words aren't enough!

  Working with Catering by Robert and was an absolute pleasure! Susan was incredibly diligent and thoughtful. In addition to the meal for our wedding, she helped with all the coordination and the smallest details. Catering by Robert made planning an out of state wedding easy. We absolutely loved them and I highly recommend!

  Highly Recommend

  Catering by Robert is absolutely superb!!! Our daughters wedding reception was a huge success because of Susan and her team!!! We presented Susan with specific food challenges and she knocked it out of the park with Vegan and Gluten Free dishes!!! Some of our guests did not even realize some of the food was vegan (plant based proteins) and said how delicious it was. Susan’s team was impeccable. They were so kind and professional. Kept the food hot and I noticed when they served your food it was artfully placed on the plate…not just slopped on. I highly recommend Catering By Robert!!!

  Great Service and Value

  We got so many compliments on the food and it was such a great value. The catering alone was worth the total cost but then throw in that Susan does quality planning and execution puts it over the top, we couldn’t recommend her and the team enough! Thank You Susan and team!

  Susan and her team were exceptional! Communication was excellent and my questions were addressed immediately. They were very organized and professional. They are a one-stop-shop that literally helps with everything from catering, rehearsal, day of coordinating, clean-up. Our guests were very impressed with the food as well as the attentiveness from the waitstaff. Susan was always so excited to see us and took pride in making sure we were happy! I would highly recommend Susan and her team!

  Excellent Catering Experience

  This is an excellent catering company. They coordinated our daughter's wedding and they met every need. The food was excellent, the settings were fabulous, and they worked with the other vendors. I highly recommend them for wedding catering.

  Caterer, Wedding Planner

  We worked with Susan at CateringByRobert for my daughters wedding. She and her staff did a fabulous job! When the wedding was delayed due to the pandemic she was so accommodating, always quick to answer questions, and thought of things we didn't think of. I received so many compliments from guests that everything was so beautiful and the food was amazing! They provided the catering, bar service, table decorations & linens and wedding planning service in such a professional calm manner. During the event, the staff was so attentive to all our guests! We would highly recommend!!

  Great, stress free wedding experience

  We did some research before booking with Catering by Robert. At our first meeting with Susan, we knew she is great at what she does. We had a year to plan everything. Susan not only helped us with catering, but she helped me plan the whole wedding. Helped us choose other vendors, checked on me often, was very support and stress free. Whenever we needed something or had a question, she always was responsive and quick. She understood our vision and it turned out beautifully! The food was delicious, paella was amazing. Her team were professional and provided quality customer service.

  The wedding we always imagined!

  great resource for ideas and for decorations. Susan always answered our questions very quickly. She was always calm and had great advice! The day of our wedding was fabulous! So happy we hired Catering by Robert to do our entire set up and take down as well as provide our bar service and all the food! Our cocktail hour was great with drinks and hand passed
  hors d’oeuvres. Everything was displayed beautifully and all guests enjoyed the service. When it was time for the buffet, we were so pleased with our choice of food. So much food displayed so professionally and the buffet line moved at a steady pace thanks to Susans planning. The hand carved ham as well the huge dish of Paella were both a big hit with guests. We had a great variety for all to choose from. The food was delicious and the evening went so smoothly. I am grateful that Susan was there through the entire process so that everything was perfect on our wedding day!

  Catering by Robert- Review We cannot say enough positive things about Susan and her team. From our first meeting we knew that she was going to be instrumental throughout our wedding planning process. The multiple food tasting opportunities assisted us with planning the perfect wedding day menu. Susan was always available to answer any questions and provided us with wonderful guidance to ensure that our special day was the most fantastic day ever. She and her team went above and beyond to ensure that no detail was overlooked. Special shout out to “Another” Heather, our day of coordinator, and Maryn the banquet captain for making sure that we did not have to worry about anything. Susan and her entire team were beyond amazing!! My guests were so impressed with the appetizers served during the social hour (and since we were taking pictures, they made sure to bring us a plate so we didn't miss out on them!) and raved about the food served for dinner. They do more than just make the tables look pretty and amazing food. They coordinate all of the vendors so that everyone is on the same page and the wedding day runs smoothly!!
