I wish I could give this team a MILLION stars! My husband and I hired them for our ceremony and cocktail hour music and they are PHENOMENAL. I chatted with Megan ahead of time on what songs we wanted to play, and as me and my husband are both varietal music lovers who love all kinds of music, we loved that they had pre-made playlists of not only the classics, but pop, rock and even 90s grunge! Cannot say enough great things about them!Carolina Music Planner's reply:

The Carolina Music Planner ensemble was a true highlight of our ceremony. From the moment they began playing, their talent and professionalism were evident. The orchestra did a great job playing the ceremony and then running over to do the cocktail hour immediately after. Great variety of music, and they made all the disney melodies very apparent even with just a violin and cello!Carolina Music Planner's reply:

We had a fantastic experience with Carolina Music Planner for our Asheville wedding! We were in a pinch last minute to find musicians after an original plan fell through, and Megan helped put our minds at ease and put together the most amazing duo ever for our special day. We had a cello & violin duo and they were perfect. We loved getting to personalize our music selections with the options on the website and have them play both the ceremony and cocktail hour at The Farm a Gathering Place. I strongly recommend working with Carolina Music Planner if you want high quality and low stress for your wedding music needs! -

I'm the girl who didn't dream about her wedding dress growing up but DID dream about her ceremony music. I always had a vision of what I wanted, including specific songs and vocals, and fulfilling that was high on my priority list. Megan with Carolina Music Planner, and Hannah Kaminer, our incredible performer, absolutely blew me out of the water. Hannah put together a great pre- and post- set, and absolutely blew us away with each of our specific song requests for the ceremony. My husband even cried (he never cries). Megan was super easy to work with and patient despite our multiple reschedules (covid), and I never worried that any details were missed. They are incredible professionals and incredible artists! -

Loved how easy it was to work with this vendor. Very creative playlists and although we did not get to preview our specific musicians we trusted that they would be professional and they absolutely were. Execeptional
Carolina Music Planner was recommended as one of the vendors for the ceremony music for my wedding from my planner. Our wedding was on the front lawn at the Biltmore Estate, so we chose a 9 piece ensemble. Carolina Music Planner had an extensive amount of songs to choose from, which can make the decisions of what to play somewhat hard for me. After a phone call with Megan, I created my own list of songs I liked and she pieced together what would flow best while adding some additional options for flow. It was absolutely amazing and the range of music the musicians can play is very very impressive. All the guests were commenting how great they were! We played anything from Metallica, oldies, and pop! -

Carolina Music Planner absolutely killed it for us. Planning, payments, communication- everything was just so easy. We have received so many compliments on how absolutely incredible the ceremony and cocktail hour music were and I honestly could not imagine that day without the gorgeous music that we had. We did a cello/violin combo and they were perfection on the songs we chose. Hearing my friends giggle from the other room when Zombie by The Cranberries came on while my dad and I were getting lined up was the best- I knew everyone was enjoying it. Dad and I walked out to Bittersweet Symphony and it was absolutely stunning, and my husband and I walked out to Kiss from a Rose. During the cocktail reception, I kept hearing people go "Wait is this Metallica?!" and so on was the very best. The playlist was just so great and it truly made the more formal parts of the day better than I could have imagined. -

Best Part of the Wedding! Not kidding!!
Words cannot describe how happy we are that we hired Carolina Music Planner to be apart of our special day!! Everyone was blown away with Megan and Michelle's talent and how much it added to the ceremony, cocktail hour and our dinner. The entire hiring and planning process was so easy! They worked with us on the playlist, and we were able to make some very special requests. Most of our songs were not conventional, and Megan and Michele made them sounded so elegant. At one point during dinner, I noticed they were playing one of my all time favorite songs and it made my tear up! I had to run up and give them a hug afterwards. All of our guests loved them, and they really went above and beyond for us! By the end of the night, we had made two new best friends!!
We could not recommend them enough!
Thank you Megan and Michelle!!! We will forever cherish the songs and memories you created! -

Carolina music planner created a magical atmosphere for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. They had a great variety of options to choose from, so we were able to choose music that felt individualized to us. The ensemble was talented, professional, and spot on. We heartily recommend them! -

Absolutely perfect in every sense. Megan was SO helpful and nice during the planning process, and Patrick and Chelsea were phenomenal. As I was taking pictures during cocktail hour, I didn’t get to hear them perform but I heard raving reviews from my guests. -

Carolina Music Planner was a Godsend! My husband and I planned our wedding remotely and did not have any music connections in the Greenville area. I was referred to Megan by a vendor I found online that was already booked. I was immediately impressed by how organized and easy the process was. Since CMP was performing for both the wedding and the reception, I went through the online playlists thoroughly and sent in my selections. Megan was delightfully responsive with suggestions to make the music fit the occasion perfectly. The weather the day of the event was clear but cold. The musicians were very flexible and adapted to the weather and the venue. The music turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Many guests commented on enjoying the variety of the music played. The whole process was easy and the results perfect. -

Our wedding band was AMAZING!!!! Under the Sun - with Carolina Music Planning. They totally brought down the house, learned crazy custom songs for us, and did fantastic renditions. Planning with Carolina Music Planner was a breeze. Megan was prompt with providing details and answers to my questions. We loved they variety of music that they provided. We love many traditional songs, but also were able to include more modern pieces. Our only disappointment is that we (the bride and groom) did not get to listen to them more because we were taking photos! We were super pleased with their performance and professionalism, and it added a special touch to our ceremony and cocktail hour. Thank you!
