If you want to have a unique dinner served at your wedding that people will talk about for forever you should hire Carolina Crust! Their pizza is sooooo good! Many guest were skeptical that we were serving pizza at our wedding, but all we heard during the wedding was how good the pizza was. As well as, how unique their truck was. Their employees were also super sweet and accommodating.

Carolina Crust was a unique and delicious caterer!
Carolina Crust did an amazing job at our wedding! The pizza, apps, and s’mores were delicious and really matched the casual fun vibe of our outdoor wedding. The selections of beer and wine were great and we were able to choose drinks that could satisfy a range of guests’ tastes. Not to mention their truck is beautiful!
They actually came through for us in the last 2 months before our wedding because our original caterer had to back out. We’re very glad it worked out the way we did and wish we had gone with them in the beginning!
They were very easy to communicate with and provided great recommendations for the types of apps and pizzas we should choose. My husband and I keep saying we wish we could eat their pizza again because it was so good! They were also able to easily accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free guests which was great. Our guests raved about how good the food was (much better than the classic stuffy dry wedding food you normally get).
We really have nothing but great things to say about their team and can’t recommend them enough!

Highlight of our wedding weekend!!!
Mike and John were extremely helpful in planning our rehearsal dinner and were very easy to get in touch with even changing things up until the last minute. The pizza was amazing and the truck was beautiful as well. They were a very knowledgeable team and I wish they had a store so I could eat more of their pizza!! The entire team was super friendly and was the highlight of our wedding weekend. Were trying to find another excuse to use them again!

Best wedding food EVER
John and his crew delivered delicious craft pizzas using locally sourced fresh ingredients as well as fantastic appetizers and gourmet s’mores. This is the only way to do a wedding! It was fun, yummy, and fit the vibe of our wedding!
