We live 1,500 miles away from the site of our son's wedding and needed to host a rehearsal dinner for 65 people. Hiring Heather and the team from Carbon Creek was a great decision. She had wonderful ideas, did all the heavy lifting, communicated with me constantly, and saved me a ton of money on the decor. She was patient and kind even when I changed my mind or sent her a dozen emails in one day. With her by my side I felt 100% confident that the event would be perfect, and it was. I highly recommend her services, without reservation. She is the best!

The Carbon Creek team is AMAZING!! The venue is absolutely gorgeous. Heather and her whole team were so great and friendly. She is very easy to get in touch with and is quick to respond to emails. Everyone there is very professional. They helped make our wedding planning and wedding day go off without a hitch. I would 100% recommend them for any kind of event. They offer lots of decor items for rent and an inhouse DJ! They made set up crazy easy and stress free. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Carbon Creek Events and Venue.

Wedding Reception
I was looking for a reception venue in the Pittsburg area and I came across Carbon Creek. I got into contact with Heather and she immediately responded and set up a time for me to tour the place. She was friendly and answered all of my questions. I reserved my wedding date with her and during the year+ of my engagement I would email Heather with various questions and she was always extremely quick to respond. She always gave me detailed answers to my questions and she never tried to get me to purchase things that I was not interested in. She was always honest and she made sure I was getting the best deal on everything.
On the day of the wedding everything was perfect and the staff took care of anything and everything! All events were announced in a timely manner and it went even more smoothly then I could have imagined. Even the day before, staff helped set up tables, chairs, prepared the bar, etc. I never felt unwelcomed or rushed. What's great about this venue is that tables, chairs, DJ, MC, and bar tender are all included in the price of the venue and this venue has good working relations with various caterers and bakeries that it was no issue getting my food and cake set up. Carbon's staff will even meet your vendors so you don't have to worry about it. This was seriously the best venue and they took care of me and made sure I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of my wedding! I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a place to have their reception!

My husband and I threw a New Year's Eve reception at Carbon Creek and we are so happy with this choice. The level of communication and clarity is wonderful! Perfect and so Elegant!
Scott and Heather were great to work with!! Our day was wonderful and I know it could not have happened without all of Heather's help and guidance! Scott was the perfect DJ, he knew all the right songs to play to get people on the dance floor. (Don't get me started on the beautiful dance floor!) The bartenders were wonderful and so personable! I'm so blessed and honored that we were able to have our special day at such an elegant venue!

Wonderful!
We hired Heather to design our invitations and decorations. She has done an awesome job! Even though we have a tight budget, Heather has been able to keep us within budget and give us exactly what we want. It's been better than we expected.

Beautiful venue! Lots of soft lighting so I didn't have to decorate much other than the tables. The DJ and bartender were included in the price and the DJ was great. The whole evening couldn't have gone better.
