    The light at the end of the COVID tunnel

    I could not recommend Callicoon Hills more! It had been a long road after canceling our original wedding in Austin, TX due to COVID. Now we feel like everything was leading us to our perfect day at Callicoon. When planning our wedding, my now husband and I wanted an intimate place where our guests could stay and truly get to know each other. Callicoon was the perfect backdrop to our day. From a welcome cocktail at check-in, to our welcome BBQ, to morning yoga, the wedding reception, after party and farewell brunch, everything was magical. Above everything else, we loved the staff at Callicoon- Hope, Chef, Brandon and Sarah (just to name a few). They were such a huge support through the weekend and Hope for the entire process start to finish. We extended our stay to have one last day by the pool and dinner at Conover and were sad to say goodbye. We are looking forward to celebrating our anniversary at Callicoon Hills, and to bring our future family there with us.

    Venue of our dreams!!

    Our vision was to find a venue that could host our friends and family on-site for a festive weekend out in the woods, without compromising comfort and delicious food. Callicoon was the perfect fit! Lovely surroundings in the Catskills made for the perfect getaway. Their team and catering staff are seriously top-notch. The team helped us plan all events on-site, including a Friday night welcome party, TWO ceremonies (Hindu in the AM, Jewish in the PM) with a lunch in between, the reception and afterparty, and Sunday brunch. Rachel was incredible to work with and their chef, facilities, and crew were seriously the best. The chef even worked with us to create a personalized menu with vegetarian-forward meals and Indian flare. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone and look forward to visiting again!

    Fantastic Experience

    My wife and I got married here in early October and it was the best experience we could have asked for. The setting and hotel itself are beautiful and provided a great place for the majority of our guests to stay. The staff is warm and inviting and always willing to help and answer any questions. Beyond that, I cannot express how good the food is. Food at a wedding is usually depressing but this was a true highlight of the weekend. Between the passed apps and the mains (the short rib is ridiculous), we maybe got more comments on JP's cooking than anything else.

    If you're looking for a great inclusive place to have a beautiful and unique wedding this is it. Can't recommend it highly enough; spend a weekend there and you'll want to book it ASAP!

    Truly memorable & unique wedding experience!

    A huge thank you to the entire Callicoon Hills team for creating the most beautiful and memorable wedding weekend for us! We were married in June 2021 and it was a truly special and unique experience!

    We fell in love with the property immediately - the barn and ceremony site, the hotel rooms and amenities. The hotel staff is lovely, the property is well executed and the events team was very accommodating and helpful throughout the planning process.

    Most of our guests booked rooms on the property for the entire weekend. Our Friday night welcome party was a casual BBQ in the beer garden. We hosted a poolside bar and lawn games on Saturday afternoon. Our wedding ceremony and reception took place on Saturday evening at the barn, and the afterparty at the Conover Club. Sunday morning brunch was hosted on the Sundeck. All of the food and service throughout the weekend was wonderful!
