  I love Monet. Sadly she is headed to Colorado but hopefully her reviews follow her there. Monet found me on Craigslist and made all may cake dreams come true. She made 6 cakes for a fraction of what I would have spent on one. People RAVED about how good they tasted and the unique flavors we had. Usually wedding cake is barely touched ... from what I could see there was none left. Monet is sooo sweet and easy to work with. She was probably my favorite wedding vendor. I can't say enough good things about her.

  Monet created a beautiful (and delicious!) wedding cake and an amazing assortment of desserts for my wedding. She has a great sense of style and color and her display fit my aesthetic perfectly. Everything was so delicious- all my guests were commenting on how beautiful the dessert table looked and how amazing everything tasted. Monet was also great during the planning process. She really listened to what we wanted and provided creative suggestions that fit my ideas perfectly (but that I could never have come up with on my own!). I couldn't have imagined a more perfect wedding cake experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Cake Stand!!

  Cakestand provided the wedding cake and lavish dessert table for my daughter's wedding and it was a real high point — people came up with compliments about the heavenly cake, the best red velvet cupcakes they'd ever eaten, the Mexican wedding cookies, the fudge, and on and on.
  Monet is not only a wonderful pastry chef, she really listens to what you want, she is flawlessly professional, and terrific at presentation (that desserts table was gorgeous!) If you're looking for something special, call Cakestand.

  A day like your wedding day can saddle you lots of anxiety about whether certain things will go as planned, will everybody make it or not, is this or that available, did the caterer remember how many people we said.
  
  We never had to worry about the cake. Monet did an excellent job communicating with us before the wedding and helping us come to a decision on which cake we wanted and how to decorate it. On a hot summer day in Texas, the cake arrived without melt or flaw in the icing. Cake was moist and full of flavor -- I wouldn't mind ordering the same cake from Monet once a week just for dessert. It was decorated beautifully and exceeded our expectations.
  
  You can't make a wrong decision by going with Monet. She is an incredibly skilled baker with a warm personality. Your wedding means so much to her, and it comes through in the results. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Monet and Cake Stand.

  My husband and I spent forever looking for the right cake maker for our wedding. We are chocolate lovers and went to in upwards of 10 cake tastings to find the right cake. Yes, cake was a key part to the wedding! After finding that so many were dry or we weren't sure we could trust with our big day I had a thought. Many months before I had started reading Monet's blog, Anecdotes and Apple Cores. I wondered if she could make us a cake for our wedding because I had made several of her recipes and they were to die for. Well I was in luck!! I contacted Monet and sure enough she was just starting to do wedding and special event cakes. From the cake tasting to wedding day, Monet was by far our best vendor!! Our guests couldn't stop talking about the cake and man was it good! I've recommended her to all my friends and now that I'm planning a friend's baby shower she'll definitely be doing that cake too!!
