    Beautiful Backdrop

    Great business! Was working with Chris here to get a backdrop arranged for our wedding to take pictures in front of. He knew exactly what we needed and helped explain how to set it up. Highly recommend things place for wedding rentals.

    Good service

    Bridgewood was really nice to work with. I was easily able to email in whenever I needed to change or add to my reservation. I was able to go in to their show room and check out chairs, linens, etc. Super friendly staff! We had a complicated dance floor situation and the delivery guys stayed and worked on it until we were happy. We rented tables, chairs, linens, dance floor. Everything was in good condition and clean. Really appreciated everything from start to finish! Thanks!

    Event rentals

    Bridgewood was great! From the first time going in, to the last minute details, they were super friendly, willing to answer any questions and even make swaps for items that weren't available for my wedding weekend. I highly recommend them!

    Barclay's brought just about every rental item possible to my clean-slate wedding venue in June. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with them! Everyone I worked with had a lot of experience and knowledge, and picking stuff out of the huge inventory and variety of styles was really fun. Kevin went above and beyond, not only doing multiple site visits but also coming up with fantastic ideas that actually changed my plans up a bit and made the wedding wonderful. In the end, the wedding turned out unbelievably gorgeous, and I know the Barclay's team worked very hard to make it that way.

    Absolutely fabulous service and flawless rental items...we used everything from tables and chairs to linens and dishes to kitchen equipment and furniture, not to mention outdoor tents as well. We were even able to get our votive holders and oil burners from Barclay. They were patient with our numerous changes, had an amazing (!!) selection, and were so helpful in helping us nail down the exact right items to fit the style and look of our wedding. Crews were on time and worked quickly, and everything went off without a hitch! THANK YOU Jen and Cindy for helping us make our wedding amazing!

    Felipe was great to work with. He helped us come up with two beautiful tablescapes for my daughter's sweet 16. We eventually went with the hot pink satin napkins and chair sashes with black and white runners. (We bought the mercury votives and 12" gold doilies on our own. The cupcake stands were from MarryMe.) He really knows color and was great at putting things together to come up with something that was classy and fun. Great business to support.

    Barclay's is simply amazing to work with! We had two wedding celebrations and one we planned in advance and Barclays accommodated everything we needed. They were prompt with email responses and friendly service! Definitely went above and beyond when it came to preparing for last minute decorations for the temple ceremony we had! They were awesome in every aspect and competitively priced!

    They made my wedding come together to be such a perfect venue, especially since it was a backyard wedding at my parents house! Everyone commented that it should become an actual event venue! Caitlin was so helpful and was so easy to get ahold of! I loved the whole team!

    We picked BARCLAY EVENTS to help us with our Wedding. 200 guests. BARCLAY EVENTS is the BEST EVER!!!!! Kelly and the team at BARCLAY EVENTS swept us off our feet from the moment we walked in with nothing but ideas, and a crazy amount of stress.

    This place has everything!!!!! Things we never thought we would like, and things we didn't even need. Until my spouse and I walked into our Ballroom for the reception. It was like someone walked in and waved a magic wand...the ballroom of our dreams! Linens and trees and chair sashes. OH MY!!! Awesome colors and great atmosphere. We are blessed to have had them help us! And WOW, they took SO MUCH STRESS off our shoulders! Thank you to Linda, Kelly and the rest of the AMAZING team at BARCLAY EVENTS for covering everything from the floor to ceiling and from A to Z!!! We share the love with our friends and family. And will certainly call on them in the future! THANK YOU BARCLAY EVENTS!!

    Caitlin was so quick to answer any questions or adjust my rentals as things changed! She also suggested that I place an order based on the maximum number of rentals that I would need because our wedding was in July (a very popular month), and although it's easy to decrease the number of items, if we needed more chairs or cups a couple weeks before the wedding, they might all be spoken for. I ended up adjusting the number of chairs to 162, 150 wine glasses, 162 water cups, and 2 white coolers.

    The two delivery men were also very professional and helpful! They were prompt in the delivery and helped to drop off the items with great efficiency. I would definitely recommend them!

    Caitlin was probably our #1 vendor for our whole event! She made it fun and relaxing, and she checked in with me consistently so I didn't have to stress. Also, the drop-off and pick-up were so seamless which made my job as the bride so so much easier and I cannot recommend them enough.

    My mother desperately wanted a purple runner for my wedding and not the paper version you find online. Barclay had exactly what we were looking for and the additional item needed to make sure it stayed in place on the wood floor. The whole process was very easy. I would definitely recommend Barclay Events

    As the year anniversary of my daughter's wedding approaches, I can't help but reminisce about how lucky we were to have used Barclay Event Rentals for our wedding rental needs. When we first met Linda Barclay, it was quickly apparent that she was very knowledgeable and genuinely excited to provide quality rental products at the lowest cost possible. Following that first encounter, Linda and her team provided service far beyond what ever could have been expected. They were creative, patient, communicative and organized. They eagerly went out of their way to locate extra supplies for us and worked seamlessly with our other vendors. Linda even donated extra time on the wedding day to ensure that everything was perfectly in place at the venue. Thank you again to Linda Barclay and her team for a job well done! Without a doubt, I would recommend this family business for any event rental needs!

    They were extremely thoughtful and flexible when last minute changes came to our wedding and we needed our tent to be removed earlier in the day than later. They worked with us and maintained a great attitude overall! I would recommend their services to anyone that is planning a wedding. Their prices and service is a plus!

    Great service and wonderful set up. We ordered tables, chairs, table cloths and 2 VERY large tents. The set up and take down is included. Our wedding was Sunday and they set up the tents and tables on Friday, take down on Monday. Very convenient and friendly service to work with.
    Rain was predicted on our wedding day and we were requesting a 3rd tent but they were out of rentals (we requested 1 week prior to the date) and they referred us to another company and we were able to secure a 3rd tent through their referral. Wonderful people. Thank you!

    Barclay Event Rentals was absolutely fabulous to work with. They orchestrated and aided us in thinking of all the necessary details. Caitlin and team are well experienced at entertaining and have great ideas for how to make the night perfect.     Barclay (and specifically Jen Maust) were awesome to work with. Wedding planning is no joke, stress wise, but the rentals part was easy thanks to Jen (even when I changed my mind or had updates or special requests). I can't tell you how reassuring it was knowing that we were in good hands and that everything is taken care of.

    An event planner friend of mine recommended Barclay's and I'm thrilled she did! I was working on a backyard rehearsal dinner, so needed a tent, tables, chairs, portable bar, linens,etc.. Caitlin was my contact in the office and she was a joy to work with. The prices were fair, lots of options to choose from, and great information/advice from Caitlin. The day everything arrived, the 3 young men that did the set-up were impressive to say the least. Clean cut, polite, professional, and extremely hard working! Same can be said for the crew that came to break things down too.
    The venue looked incredible, I would definitely use Barclay again and have already recommended them to friends and family!

    Barclay was amazing. When I embarked on the project of planning our wedding, everything I read said that I would be making a huge mistake if I didn't hire a wedding planner. I didn't do it because we had a snug budget to put on a swank affair for 120 guests and I thought I could pull it off if I worked really hard and was thoughtful. Well, I looked all over Portland for the best, most affordable spot for our needed rentals and am so, so grateful that I discovered Barclay. They let me come in and check out their stock again and again and didn't flinch when I sent a zillion emails, changing all my choices about a month out. The were patient, informative, gave me great advice and sincerely wanted to make my wedding work, beautifully for me in the budget I had. I never felt prodded to spend more than I could and always felt like I was getting an amazing deal - and I did. The compliments about the beauty and elegance of our wedding reception keep rolling in a month later. We love you, Barclay!! Thank you <3

    This is the rental company you want.

    In the post-wedding, pre-thank-you-card madness I'm not able to write the full review these folks deserve, but suffice to say that EVERYONE at Barclay Events - from Jen and Caitlin in the office to Kevin, Michael, Evan, and Jacob who did the delivery and pick up for us - EVERYONE was phenomenal. Our consultation with Jen visit to figure out exactly what we needed was INCREDIBLY helpful, the folks were super flexible as our vision and needs changed a few times throughout our planning process, the prices were WAY more reasonable than I had expected, billing was easy, and the delivery and pick up folks were SUPER cool guys who seemed only concerned with being helpful and low-impact on the day-of when we had SO many other things going on.

    We were able to have all of our event's items not only delivered on time to a remote park location outside of town, but the guys helped unload and move things into the right place before the event and were then willing to pick up all of our items at a different, even more remote campsite location somewhere else in the park, and in the end they totally saved the day. We literally cheered when the pick-up van rolled into our campsite right as we were finished packing up our tents and gear and were finally ready to leave.

    I am not a fan of event planning in general and was SUPER stressed out in the lead up to our wedding, but really, my wife and I agree that the folks at Barclay were the heroes of the day that really helped make everything come together.

    I can't imagine how things would have gone if we went with any of the other places that we called. Eesh!

    Long story short, these folks are the best - go with them. Seriously, don't even bother looking around. You won't regret it. :)

    Barclay was recommended to me by several of the vendors I hired for our wedding day. In fact one said, "If you hire Barclay you will not have anything to worry about". They were totally right! When I compared pricing they were at the top of my list for affordable options too. That's what started our business together. What made me hire them was how easy they made it for me to discuss, select and change my quote. Kelsey was outstanding! She understood what I wanted, helped me walk through my options, and answered every question I had. Communication was so easy too. When it came time to finalize the order, deliver it, and set everything up I had no worries at all. Their set up team was polite, worked quickly, asked my input on where they placed everything and changed it without question. They even asked to wash their hands before handling the clean linens for the tables. What great guys! Pick up was equally professional. I am so glad we hired Barclay for everything!

    I rented my cake stand from Barclay. It was very beautiful and excellent quality. The rental process was very easy.
