Great experience!
Gretchen’s had such an array of options and let us have run of the place to select which ones I wanted to try on. We ended up going back for my mother’s dress and my sister got her wedding dress here as well! Also more budget friendly than some of the other smaller boutiques. Their communication was great and they set up a free steaming the week before my wedding. -

I just found my perfect dress here yesterday and it was an amazing experience. The staff was soooo nice! Every time I came out in a dress they would run over and tell me how beautiful I looked. I was having a hard time picturing myself as a "bride" before coming here. But they went above and beyond to make sure I felt beautiful and comfortable.
Also, I worked with Lena and she was amaaaazing!! So personable and sweet! -

I had visited 5 other bridal stores in the Indianapolis area, and the Bridal Superstore blew me out of the water! I had tried on dresses at other stores that I really liked and was considering, but Teresa made sure I found the PERFECT dress. The personalized service at this store was top notch. Teresa helped me pull a few dresses that were my style, and let me roam around the store and pick 5 dresses I wanted to try on. It was awesome because I actually got to look through the entire selection and pick out dresses I wanted to try. I ended up being torn between 2 dresses. I had an appointment at another store, and went to the other store and came back to the Superstore to purchase my dress. Teresa was more than accommodating and made sure we were going to decide between the two dresses without being pushy at all. She even had straps that we could add onto the strapless dress and this is ultimately what helped make my decision. She let me take the time I needed to decide. She put the veil on my and I actually started to tear up! I never thought I would have this moment. I said yes to the dress and could not be happier! Teresa and Nancy then did my measurements to make sure we ordered the correct size. I am so excited for my dress to come in and to get to work with Teresa again! I felt welcomed and truly cared about, and I did not have that at any other bridal store I went to. People were nice at other stores, but at the Bridal Superstore I felt like they genuinely cared about me and I felt so special!! -
User2498561 Sent on 01/08/2016I went to several locations before going to Posie Patch. As a larger bride it was hard to find a place I felt comfortable that had a lot of choices for me to look at. This place was perfect, I didn't fit in all of the samples but my consultant had a knack for holding it just right for me to get an idea of what I would look like. My consultant was great and a joy to work with, really knew her dresses. I was doing a destination wedding so it had to be able to fly well. We bought it on the first try and got 20% off so it was a good deal. Would recommend any bride try this place first! -

Danielle Sent on 12/09/2013I was very unsure about going to this store after reading all of the poor reviews but I was tempted by their large selection and I am *SO* glad that I took a chance and went anyway. I had been to two different bridal stores earlier in the day and I wasn't convinced that I had found "the one." I called the store and told them that I didn't have an appointment, but that I was in the area and asked if it would be okay if I stopped in. They said "certainly!" (It was a Monday evening) From the moment that I walked in the store I was greeted with earnest smiles and enthusiasm. They took down my information, ooh and ahhed at my engagement ring, and explained the store's layout. They give you 5 tags to place on dresses that you want to try on. They sort of let you wander through the sections but they also made suggestions based on what you told them you're looking for. The 5 dresses is just a starting point (but anymore than that and it just gets confusing anyway). Once I had selected my top 5, we went back to the dressing area (the dresses were already waiting on me). My consultant, Julie (who was absolutely wonderful), helped me get into each dress and made sure everything looked good to show my mom and MOH. Julie was very honest with her feedback and you could tell that she wasn't out to sell me just anything. She even said that she wouldn't let me buy something I didn't absolutely fall in love with. I had saved my favorite for last and after trying on 3 okay dresses and 1 really unbecoming dress, I knew that number 5 was the one as soon as I saw it in the mirror. It was an A-line sweetheart Justin Alexander. (Julie had said right off that a sweetheart A-line would be the most flattering for my body type and she was right!). Once I had decided, she took my measurements and had another consultant retake them just to make sure. Also, since it was my first appt I got a %15 discount. Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience at the bridal superstore. -
User1683622 Sent on 06/28/2014The bridal superstore had a person that personally assisted you with each dress. The assistant was helpful but was never pushy. She also made sure to pull dresses that were only in you set price range.

Latonia Sent on 10/07/2008Bridal superstore was awesome! They were so nice and great to work with. I actually got a dress that is normally not sold in stores. But they carried the brand of the dress, Forever Yours, in the bridesmaids dresses. They didn't hesitate to order my dress and it was there in way enough time for the wedding! The staff was so nice to our bridal party and they were always anxious to see us when we came in!
