Nothing short of amazing!
My husband and I got married on 12/31/22 and it was such a dream I have been sitting on writing my raving review because I didn’t want it too finally be over! But it would be a disservice not to share my incredible experience!
After my husband and I got engaged, Bri was the second vendor we booked – and if I could do it again, she would be the first! After our initial meet & greet, we immediately knew we had to book with her. We used her for the entire photo suite – engagement, boudoir, wedding, and album.
There is a reason we used her for everything and that is because she is incredibly talented at what she does. Not only is she a master at her craft – she is extremely organized, knowledgeable, responsive, and delivers the absolute best quality – in record time! The list truly goes on and on...
She cares just as much about her couples and their day and it truly shows throughout the entire planning process, which makes it that much more seamless. She also makes it incredibly easy and effortless to be in front of the camera, which doesn’t come naturally to most! Hiring Bri was truly the best decision we made for our wedding – we now have so many beautiful photos that we will cherish forever.
We will forever be grateful to Bri for her services and how she made us feel thought the entire wedding process! I am so sad our time working with her for our wedding has officially come to an end, but we will no doubt look to work with her again for future milestones!

I have no words to describe how fantastic Bri was as our photographer. She was definitely one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. Bri went above and beyond and thought of every little detail. As a former event planner, I am very organized and meticulous and I was incredibly impressed by the level of attention she gave to everything she did and also how comfortable she made us feel. All of our friends and family were talking about how friendly and professional Bri was for weeks after the wedding.
I knew we would love Bri from our first conversation with her, but she really exceeded all of our expectations. The day after our wedding, she had already sent us a "sneak peak" of about 30 photos and sent us an entire blog post of photos less than a week later. She constantly stayed in touch throughout the year leading up to our wedding. This was very nice because a lot of the time after you hire a vendor, you don't hear from them until the weeks leading up to the wedding. I never felt worried that Bri was going to forget a detail, because she was constantly in communication with us.
If you're looking for an incredibly talented photographer, excellent planner, and overall great person, hire Bri Johnson. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. -

Beyond what we could have dreamed of
Bri is an absolute pleasure to work with. Her professionalism is uncanny and really made us confident we picked the right photographer. She was so helpful along the way and during the event she made everyone she photographed look and feel their best. Our families raved about her after the wedding and felt truly special. All of her personal touches make you feel so special and honored. Bri made us feel so confident with her eye to capture the perfect photo. She will do whatever it takes to get the perfect photo. Every single photo in our album is our favorite. -

The best decision we made in the wedding planning process was to hire Bri as our photographer. We both work in the photography industry so having a stellar photographer was top priority for us and we knew when we saw Bri’s portfolio that she was the one to hire. Beyond her understanding of composition and flattering lighting and facial expressions, she has amazing attention to ALL details including every stray hair blowing in the wind, awkward hands, eyes not looking at camera, and she reigns all that in to get what she knows we will be happy with when she submits the gorgeous photos to us. Our wedding was only days ago and so far we have seen a sneak peak of 30 or so images, and we are already over the moon with the results. We cannot wait to see the remainder. She handled our huge family (including lots of kids) beautifully and made the whole process fun for everyone (which really sets the whole event off on the right foot for everyone). On top of all this, she is extremely organized. Leading up to the big day we felt at ease knowing that she had all our needs covered. She takes thorough notes and asks all the right questions to obtain the information she’ll need prior to the big day. She also kept our other vendors, including the venue, on the same page so we had clear communication across the board. She truly felt like a photographer and wedding planner in one. She helped us realize so many small details we would have otherwise forgotten, just in our conversations leading up to the event. She truly is worth every penny plus more. Can’t recommend Bri Johnson more. -

Bri is an incredibly talented photographer but she brings so much more value than that. Her timeline helped bring much needed organization to the day and her level detail helped ensure we got all the photos that we wanted. She is so easy to work with and naturally helps you relax in front of the camera. She is also a wedding pro and had a stain removal wipe at the ready for a lipstick stain I got on my dress before photos. I can't recommend Bri enough as she will give you the most stunning photos and help your day go smoothly. -

Bri was the BEST choice we made for our wedding. She was organized, helpful, and professional from our very first conversation all the way through the wedding day. All of her expertise and advice was SO helpful throughout the wedding planning process. Her timeline/schedule ensured that the day went by without any hiccups! She was so kind and animated when taking photos of the children in my family (even if they weren’t cooperative!) She was so wonderful interacting with all of our guests and everyone commented on how great she was!
Of course, Bri’s photos speak for themselves - they are truly a work of art!! She is so talented and her photos look like they belong in a magazine. We feel SO thankful that she worked with us on our wedding day. She helped us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and our photos are absolutely incredible! Our family and friends LOVE them too and are amazed at how perfect each photo is. Bri was extremely timely getting us our sneak peaks and wedding gallery.
If you are looking for a wedding photographer, Bri is the absolute best choice. You are in such good hands with her! -

Incredible!
Bri was the absolute best! She was so amazing and went truly above and beyond all expectations. I don’t even know where to start. Bri instantly makes you feel comfortable. You get this sense from the moment you talk to her that you are in good hands and she really follows through. Apart from being very professional and organized, practically a wedding planner, Bri is insanely talented at not only the technical aspect of what she does but the interpersonal as well. More than getting your money’s worth you get peace of mind which is honestly priceless during the process of planning and getting married in my experience. She stayed in touch through out the entire year of planning and even got in touch with our other vendors to streamline things in the weeks before the wedding. Bri was definitely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. If you go with her, rest assured, you’re making the right choice. -

If you are looking for a wedding photographer in NY/NJ you can stop now, Bri is your girl! I do not know where to begin or how to explain Bri's value. First of all, the photos she takes are beautiful. She knows how to capture emotions, not just your face, I mean I see so much love in happiness in all of her clients photos. You can see this by looking at her blog, Instagram, website, etc. However, what you can't see is the planning and preparation that goes into making your photo session perfect.
My fiance and I live out of state, so we met with Bri over video chat (set up by Bri, reminder emails and links were sent well in advance). We loved her within the first five seconds. She has a sweet and bubbly personality, but she is also very focused, detail oriented, and confident. After we secured Bri for our wedding and engagement photos, we were invited to a portal where she planned everything for us. Not only were we digitally updated regularly, she also sent us a beautiful book that she made to help us prepare for our photos. Amazing, however my fiance went rogue and wore a graphic tee for our "casual" photos. We were travelling from out of state for our photos and I didn't know what my fiance packed (hectic road trip, but drama is my brand). Anyway, I digress. Bri was still able to take beautiful photos, even helping us to hide the graphic on the left corner of my fiance's t-shirt.
I wasn't sure what to wear for my photos, and due to the restrictions, I could not go to stores to try anything on. I ordered a bunch of dresses online, and hoped for the best. I texted Bri and asked for her advice and input. She was available to give me some pointers, and talked to me like a friend when I was feeling anxious about the outfits.
Prior to us meeting at the location for our engagement photos, Bri was there an hour in advance getting a feel for the traffic, other people that were around, lighting, etc. She was even able to help us find parking. I am so uncomfortable and awkward in front of a camera, but she made our engagement session so much fun. We vibed with her right away, so it was like we were hanging out with a best friend we haven't seen in a while. All we did was laugh and take pics. There were tons of people around, but you can not tell from the photos she took. I felt so comfortable and just wanted to give her a hug (obviously didn't because COVID), she made us feel so important.
Once the session was over she explained the next steps, and delivered our sneak peak (social media), blog post (website), and full gallery (personalized gallery website with shop) earlier than she promised.
Bri goes above and beyond her duties as a photographer. She acts as the liaison between all of your other vendors to make sure your wedding timeline is perfect. I feel very comfortable and secure knowing that Bri is our photographer. Her knowledge of the wedding industry and relationships throughout, gives her clients the opportunity to enjoy their day, and know that Bri's got it. -

She is one of the best decisions i made for my wedding day. Bri comes highly recommended because its the truth! You will not find a more professional, personable and organized photographer. The portal platform keeps documents organized and she is always in touch with you during the process. Some of my other vendors mistook her for my wedding planner - that is how awesome she is. Her photography speaks for itself, but the level of professionalism throughout the process is worth hiring her for, no stress!
It also helps that she is an awesome human, the day went smoothly as she kept everything on course and included shots I wanted to take as the weather shifted. i’ve watched her do two wedding before my own and couldn’t be happier with my choice! Cant wait to see my full album but she got me sneak peek photos within 24 hours to get excited about. You are a rockstar, Bri!

Working with Bri was the easiest decision I made for our entire wedding. I met Bri a few years ago when she photographed my sisters wedding and when it was my turn, she was my first phone call.
Bri is the most hardworking, organized and dedicated person/photographer I have ever worked with. But to say she is just a photographer is a gross understatement of the value she brings to the entire process. We did not have a wedding planner but with Bri we never needed one. She interacts with your venue and every single other vendor that will contribute something to your day (think hair and makeup, florist, invitations, venue, officiant- literally everyone) to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. She crafts an entire timeline from the second she gets to you to the end of the wedding and she emails it and confirms it with every vendor, parent, bridal party participant etc. She is basically a super woman that you can’t afford to not work with.
All of that to say, Bri is also incredibly lovely and funny and will make you so comfortable. Having her at our wedding felt like a friend who we knew had our back and wanted to make sure everything was perfect.
Finally, the photos are unbelievable. There is not one photo in the gallery of hundreds that she sent us that I don’t love. She captures the perfect moments and the true essence of you and your guests. I will cherish our photos forever and truly believe that working with Bri was the best decision we made for our entire wedding and I am sure is I’ll find every excuse to work with her again in the future. -

We love Bri
Bri is a pleasure to work with. She is very detail-oriented, which shows in how brilliant her photos are. We first met via video chat during which we got to know each other. She has an organized website where not only you can find your photos, but can read blogs on other wedding topics, and have a central area of communication. She e-mails periodically with helpful info to think about as you are preparing for each stage in wedding planning. We were thankful for her professional eye to guide us on how to stand and where to put our hands. She gives prompts to make you feel comfortable and to elicit the right facial expressions. She even knew how to get our dog to look at the camera during our engagement shoot. We love our engagement photos and can't wait to see her work for our wedding in the fall!
Post-wedding edit: Bri went above and beyond our expectations for our engagement and wedding. She walked us through every step, anticipating every possibility that could happen during the timeline. It made us feel more at ease to know we were working with a professional and experienced person. Bri and her team captured all of the moments we wanted, and even found beautiful backdrops at the venue that were different from what we saw from other couples or on instagram. We forgot to ask our pastor
to step out of the way during our first kiss, and Bri was able to edit him out flawlessly! She has energy to make you feel excited, firmness to round up a large group to keep them on task, and silliness that gets even the shyest kids to smile for photos. She is a pleasure and we recommend her 100x. -

We booked Bri for our August wedding and she was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. Truly! Planning a wedding is quite stressful, especially working with numerous vendors and having to put all the pieces together. Bri from the beginning made everything so seamless and organized. She helped us plan the day with the timeline and that just took a huge weight off our shoulders that we didn’t even know was there. She was so quick to respond to any questions or concerns my husband and I had thought the planning process.
On the day she was so professional and sweet, she was present but some how drifted into the background and still captured the magic of our day. I can not say enough amazing words about this women! Our photographs were stunning and everything we could have wanted. She made the day run so smoothly and I never realized the full importance of getting a good photographer. You think its just the photographs but its so much more than that.
So grateful for you Bri, hopefully we can work together again in the near future. Would highly recommend her services! -

I could write a book about how incredible Bri and her photography is! We hired Bri for our wedding and when we switched our plans because of COVID-19 she shot our minimony. She was so helpful, understanding throughout this process and provided a lot of guidance and support.
When it comes to Bri's photos, they are absolutely STUNNING! She truly captured the joy of the day and all of the best moments! I could not be happier with how they turned out!Bri was also amazing to work with on the day of our minimony, we have never done a professional shoot before and she made us feel so comfortable. All of our family said she was a joy to work and loved all of the pictures just as much as we did. Hiring Bri was probably the best decision we made for our wedding! I was deciding between a few photographers but there was something about Bri's photography that just stood out. We ending up choosing Bri for our wedding and pre-wedding event (Sangeet), and we are so happy that we did so. The photos are absolutely stunning!! Our friends and family keep telling us the photos look like they are from a wedding magazine. She also created timelines for all of our events and had multiple calls and events with us in the months leading up to our wedding. She really helps plan the day and was so integral in keeping us on track during our events. We also had crazy, unexpected weather (hurricane during memorial day weekend!) which caused us to make last-minute changes and move our outdoor wedding indoors. But Bri knew the NYC skyline shots were really important to us and somehow found a few rain-free windows for us to take these photos. She also creates an online gallery, and all guests can sign up in advance and have access--this was very important for our families and they are so happy with the photography. If you are thinking about hiring Bri, just go for it--she is amazing!! -

We have been working with Bri for a couple of years now due to postponing our wedding a year when COVID hit. Our experience with Bri from our first meeting has been nothing short of incredible. She has amazing energy, offers a luxurious and high level of service you don't find anywhere and that doesn't even speak to her incredible talent. Bri offered such valuable planning advice along the way, coordinated our day of schedule, and captured our day so beautifully - we are blown away.
Our planning process and wedding day would not have run as smoothly as it did without her - our family and bridal party still rave about how incredible Bri was in keeping us on track while capturing beautiful photos. We received a sneak peek the next morning and our photos very quickly which was such an amazing touch to be able to relive our wedding day from another perspective while still riding high on the excitement.
We are so thrilled to have such beautiful photos to cherish for the rest of our lives and to share with our families. They are truly stylish, natural, and timeless. I told Bri I wanted my wedding photos to look like a spread in Italian Vogue and that is exactly what she delivered. Bri is an absolute talent and a joy to work with while going above and beyond any photographer I have ever worked with or been in contact with and it shows in her work.
