There’s a reason they’ve been serving Omaha for 100 years

From the moment we stepped into Borsheims we were treated with respect and truly felt like we were the most important person in the room when being spoke to. We got all of our rings from Borsheims, they were even able to totally remake the engagement ring after it got damaged and had it finished with plenty of time to spare before the big day. Cannot recommend them enough.

They have been around for so long for a reason!

My now husband had an amazing experience buying my engagement ring there. We then custom made my wedding band there, and again, they did such an awesome job with it. We also bought his wedding band there and he was EXTREMELY picky and they just rolled with it. I probably won't ever get jewelry anywhere else.

Borsheims truly lives up to an excellent reputation

We met with Ryan at Borsheims several times. We had such a great experience with my wedding band that we went back to purchase my husband’s wedding band and then again to have my engagement ring sized and cleaned up. We completely trust Borsheims with our precious jewelry and they’ve been so personable and helpful.

Beautiful diamond rings and great service!

My engagement ring and wedding band are both so beautiful. We also got my husband's wedding band from Borsheims and he loves it. Borsheims offered a really great, flexible payment plan!

Fiancé got my engagement ring there, definitely not the most expensive but the quality of their diamonds made it look more impressive. Went back for our wedding bands, large selection and they ordered his band to get the rose gold in-lay he wanted. Our salesman Ryan was the best!

My fiancé and I were thrilled with our experience getting my engagement ring here- they were so helpful through the whole process and very understanding when we came in together and picked out my favorites, and my fiancé returned later to surprise me with one. They were great with payment plans, and they give you a whole box of sweet goodies including nail polish, a handkerchief, ring cleaner, etc.-- we will definitely be returning to buy our wedding bands!

I can't say anything about the in-store experience because my fiance picked out and bought the ring himself, but it is a gorgeous ring and exactly what I would have picked out. They also gave me a gift package with some goodies in it (nail polish, ring tray, etc.) and offer lifetime cleanings on my engagement ring. I'm planning on getting our wedding bands there as well.

We were very grateful for the service that we received. We were home visiting from Massachusetts and found the ring. We were able to work with the sales person via email and phone to personalize the ring and have it in time for a special proposal. She even contacted my fiancé to make sure the ring arrived on time and to see if I said yes. Thank you so much for all your hard work and follow-up. We will continue to make Borshiems our go to jeweler.

My Husband had nothing but wonderful things to say about Borsheims. Monica helped him pick out and customize my engagement ring and it is exactly what i wanted. It's beautiful and better than I could have ever dreamed of. Monica has been super helpful and when it came time to find our bands, she made sure we were aware of their designer showcase in March. It's an event where they bring in their designers who showcase rings that Borsheims doesn't normally carry. Again, we ordered custom rings and everything turned out beautifully.

Deb McAtee at Borsheims is amazing- she helped my fiance through the engagement ring purchasing process and he couldn't have asked for anyone more helpful and knowledgeable. We went back to her when it was time to purchase our wedding bands and once again she made the process simple and fun! She was wonderful to work with and really knew exactly what she was talking about when it came to our rings. She wasn't pushy and truly wanted us to be happy with whatever rings we ended up with. We couldn't pick up our wedding bands until about a month after they were purchase and Borsheims was completely flexible and Deb made sure they kept them safe until we were able to get them.

Go during their Berkshire-Hathaway sale like we did and you won't find a better deal!

There is absolutely no where else I would buy jewelry. They do an amazing job at walking you through the jewelry buying process and help you find exactly what you are looking for. They are a great value as well! They actually made the wedding band purchase fun. We couldn't recommend a better jeweler!

Borsheims was amazing! They helped my husband reset a diamond from a family ring to look new and modern, and the result is the most beautifully set but sentimental wedding ring a girl could ask for! We bought his band there as well, and they inscribed it for no extra cost. The service is top notch and the employees are always exceptionally friendly and helpful. I love my ring so much and look forward to my trips back to the store to get my ring cleaned. Everything there is so gorgeous!

My guy and I bought our rings while visiting his parents in Omaha. I had an amazing experience and love my rings. A few weeks after I got my engagement ring, one diamond from the halo popped out (I work a very physical job and I think this was the reason, not shoddy construction). I called and immediately they set up a FedEx pickup with insurance and my ring was back to me in less than 2 weeks with no charge! They have great customer service.

My mother passed away when I was seven from ALS. Her rings were divided amongst her three daughters. One sister was given her class ring, one was given her wedding band, and I was given her engagement ring. We each received our rings when we graduated from high school. (Over ten years ago. Yikes, time flies!) I've been holding on to it since then, not thinking much about it. Sometimes I would wear it on a chain, sometimes I would wear it on my right hand. My FI had the smarts to not try and buy me a new ring. It may be small tiny infinitesimally miniscule, but it was my mother's ring and it represents to me what love really means. My father never remarried.
When we told my father about our engagement, he immediately asked to upgrade the ring. I wasn't sure how I felt about changing a ring that meant so much to me just the way it was. Dad explained that he was always saddened that he never got to upgrade it for mom, so he wanted to do it for us. How could I tell him no?
I took the ring in to Borsheims, where a friend Ryan works, to see what could be done, what I would like, and what would be in budget for my retired father. They were MORE than helpful and understanding of the situation. In the end, the band stayed exactly the same. The setting was enlarged and a new (five times larger) diamond was put in. I would highly recomend them to everyone. They did everything right for me, so that now I have a ring that is a little of my mother and a little bit of me. And I couldn't be happier.

Borsheims is the gem of all jewelry stores! We had a wonderful worker who wanted to truly know us on a personal level to get the right rings for our special wedding day! They were amazing to work with. I freaked out when the designer of my wedding band changed the width so the wedding and engagement band (supposed to be the same) came back at two different widths! It was going to give me a ring that was less than perfect and if you know me, you know that is not something I like. Deb, our salesperson, single handedly called the designer and got them to fix it at no cost to me or my husband. I can only hope that my husband will go back for another band for my ring come our first anniversary. ;)

My husband bought my engagement ring at Borsheims, and we also bought our wedding rings from Borsheims. The man we worked with, Gary, was very helpful. Our rings are beautiful and great quality. They were perfectly shined up and ready to go for our wedding day.

On top of that, when I'm in the area, I can stop by Borsheims to get a free cleaning/polishing of my ring.

This the only jewelry store to go to. We worked with Katherine and she was fabulous. My then boyfriend went in with an idea of what we both liked and he was able to design a beautiful ring (over 1 carat, platinum) for a very good price. They were just as great when we picked out wedding bands. I will only buy jewelry from them in the future.

Borsheims was a real "jewel" (forgive the pun) to work with on our engagement ring and wedding bands. We live outside of Omaha and did everything with them via telephone and e-mail.

Over the course of about a year, we worked with Kim to create/select rings that matched our preferences and budget. She did a great job understanding our needs, and always answered our questions quite "frankly", which I appreciated.

I learned a lot working with this company, and whole-heartily recommend them, especially if "value" is important to you when creating/selecting your engagement and wedding rings.

We went to Borsheim's to purchase my fiance's wedding band because we had a $50 off coupon from a bridal even we had previously attended there. We went in the evening after work one night and it took a little while for someone to come over and help us, but once we were assisted, the employee was extremely knowledgeable about the men's bands and narrowed in on what he wanted right away. We appreciated that she didn't push us to look at things that weren't in our price range, she would even tell us when something was more than what we wanted to spend and wouldn't pull it out for us to try. We got the ring in quickly and are good to go!

I would highly reccomend going here as the price for the quality is the best around. It is important that you get the right sales associate as some are not as helpful as others.

We purchased the engagement ring at Borsheims. The staff spent a considerable amount of time helping me pick the perfect ring when considering my tastes and budget. Going into Borsheims you know that the selection is going to be more than any other jeweler ... and is- about five times more to choose from and the staff asks you questions and has answers that no other store even begins to deal with to make your experience and your ring purchase for the rest of your life just right.

We have been to Borsheims dozens of times because they have the biggest variety of engagement and wedding rings in the state. We have had a different person helping us each time, and sometimes received inconsistent information. But overall, we found what we were looking for and I would recommend Borsheims as a great starting point.

The rings are gorgeous. We had just one problem. We purchased the engagement a few years before we purchased the wedding band. We were told that the band needed to be ordered and would be the matching one. Well, the band was a lot bulkier than the engagement ring. We went back in to Borsheims and they were able to send the rings in to get them to "match" better. So, word of advice, have your engagement ring sent in if doing a special order so it can be matched ... or buy them together. We haven't gotten them back yet ...

What a great jeweler! High quality products, good service, got the ring in quickly, and a fairly good deal with the shareholders discount!

We found the Borsheims staff to be somewhat rude when we to look at both my engagement ring and our wedding rings. However, we love our rings and the quality is great.

The ring came in the wrong size, didn't find out until after the were soldered together, they fixed it for free and gave discount on his ring. They also were very helpful in finding the exact right color of pearl earrings to match the family heirloom pearl necklace.

Worked hard to get us the best diamonds for the amount we wanted to spend. Only draw back is limited number of locations.

I don't know what to think about Borsheims. I've heard they are really overpriced and I'm sure they are. My husband bought my engagement ring here - we bought our bands here - and also registered. The registry department is wonderful to work with, but the jewelry department leaves a bad taste in my mouth. The woman we worked with was pushy and very "salesy". It wasn't a pleasant experience shopping for bands. I just wanted to pick one out and get out of there. But all-in-all, because the registry and gifts experience was so pleasant, I can't completely let go of Borsheims ....
