We got so many compliments for this venue. Janna helped us get all our vendors and truly made the whole process so easy. We had a stress free wedding day that was everything we dreamed of. All around amazing venue and people.

Everything from the views, pastures and horses to the sparkling chandeliers along the entire length of the huge barn. I was there for a May wedding outdoors next to the pond and it was beautiful to see the bride and groom under the archway with the fountain behind. Inside decorations and table settings were stunning. Managers and staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. The whole day was heavenly.

Absolutely the best in the business. Will make your dreams come true. They can do anything!

Since our wedding, I have recommended the BWB to anyone that will listen! I am so deeply happy with this choice of venue… but it’s so much more than a venue! The assistance, guidance, tips, tricks, and hands-on care that we got with this staff was just irreplaceable. The BWB team has so much experience and personal inventory that they can make happen anything you want.

Leading up to the wedding ::::: For a little background, my husband and I were a long distance couple and neither of us lived near the BWB. Because of this, wedding planning was initially so intimidating. We were in over our heads and didn’t know where to start, until we met Janna. She guided us with easy-to-follow steps, and she always seemed to check in right when we needed a little motivation to keep the ball rolling. Any decision that needed to be made where we truly had no preference or no idea, Janna was able to give a simple “A, B, or C” choice and made the items of lesser importance get checked off quickly so we could move on to the things we really needed to discuss. She LISTENED to what we genuinely wanted. Based on the types of questions she asked us, I know that the comfort level and needs of any couple are really catered to at an individual level. She recognized what truly were our priorities vs. what we couldn’t give two flips about, and she was always prepared to tackle those choices, either way. She was mindful of our budget and helped us stay on track with the budget as well. We never felt forced into agreeing to any “extras.” Truthfully, once we were nearing our budget if there were any extras that we did inquire about, it was Janna that reminded us about the budget and proposed other places we could save to make things happen. My husband and I both led very busy lives and I can’t imagine how much we would have procrastinated wedding planning if we hadn’t had Janna to help us with the daunting check lists.

Wedding Day ::::: Even if you think you’re large and in charge, on your wedding day you are so overwhelmed with love and excitement that you need someone else to take the wheel. The BWB team did an excellent job at keeping us on track without making me feel like I was being pressured in any way. Nobody ever whisked me away and forced me in any direction, but they also provided gentle reminders to make sure we knew what the next step was when it needed to happen (time to cut cake, don’t forget to sign the marriage license but finish dancing first!, sunset is here if you want pictures, last song is coming, etc. etc.). Like I said, this team is experienced with pretty much anything that could happen for a wedding. Most of the team were folks like Steve working subtly in the background, and I know they were the ones that kept everything so smooth. (Steve even appeared with horse treats for a photo op when he saw us taking interest in their horse on sight. Little details that add big smiles!)

The only thing that went wrong on our wedding day was my own fault. (My Momma and I ripped the back of my wedding dress putting it on, hahaha!) But even then, before I had time to realize what had just happened, Janna was busting out a sewing kit with multiple shades of thread to get me rolling again. If anything else did go wrong on the day, my husband and I had no idea. Which is EXACTLY how it should be! All we had to do was show up and celebrate!

My family never needed to lift a finger on wedding day. My Momma’s only concern was the dance floor, which is all I could have hoped for. I really believe that the BWB gave us the least stressful experience that we could have had, despite us having an elaborate 150 guest wedding! I can’t overstate how helpful the team was during the day. They were background characters that led the show! Every need was met, and they went above and beyond with keeping us happy.

All of this doesn’t even touch how kind this group of people were. They were the warm, welcoming type of personalities that you can only hope to find when planning your wedding. Thank you to the BWB Team for making our day so incredible. Everything was beautiful!

Your attention to detail, coordination and full service on the day of the wedding was amazing not to mention your beautiful venue that guests are still raving about. Your business is top notch because you put the bride, groom and families first, allowing everyone to enjoy a stress free celebration. Your communication throughout the planning process was exceptional. I truly did not worry about a thing, knowing if there was any glitch, we could come to you for answers. You even packaged everything up and made the end of the night that much easier. Jana and her staff were top notch! So helpful with every question we had and we didn't have to stress over anything! Set up was beautiful and not having to do any of the cleanup was priceless. Bluegrass Wedding Barn and their team helped our day go off perfectly! We could not have picked a more beautiful venue. Janna and the staff are incredible and helped us pull the day off without a hitch. They made sure everything was covered, including putting your mind at ease, always being a phone call away, picking the perfect details, and helping to set up/take down the event so you could enjoy it all with your family. We are so thankful for this amazing venue and would recommend it to anyone! You can't go wrong!

I am so happy I chose the BWB for my wedding. My wedding was supposed to be in June, but due to COVID I had to postpone. Janna took care of rescheduling everything and coordinated with all my vendors to help determine a new date. The new day went great. The venue was beautiful and didn't require much decoration. I was able to rent anything I needed from the venue. If anything went wrong that day, I didn't know because they took care of everything. Would highly recommend.

4 weeks later and I still don't have the words to describe how AMAZING Janna and her staff at The Bluegrass Wedding Barn are. Janna made sure EVERY SINGLE detail was planned out and taken care of before the ceremony. She seamlessly coordinated the day of and set up all our decor. All I had to do the day of my wedding was show up and take it all in. The Bluegrass Wedding Barn is a beautiful venue with outstanding staff.

The Bluegrass Wedding Barn is amazing. Janna and her team are awesome and they know exactly how to make sure your big day is perfect! We had so many obstacles due to COVID, but they made it so easy. I wish we could spend every weekend there! The venue is gorgeous and it is everything you could ever dream of and more! The BWB team will take care of you and they are truly happy for each couple and it shows. They are warm and welcoming every time you see them. We would definitely recommend couples to have their big day here!

Janna and her staff did an amazing job to make our day amazing and exactly how we wanted it. Everything went smoothly and made the day the most amazing ever. Having someone help you through the process takes lots of stress off the families.

There was no conflict when choosing this venue, no just becasue it was beautiful, but the service. Bluegrass Wedding Barn made our wedding dreams come true. They were prompt, professional, and so great to work with. My day was stress free and if there were any problems I never knew and neither did anyone else. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Bluegrass Wedding Barn is a top notch facility and Janna is amazing to work with. We had looked at several venues and as soon as we drove up we knew this was the place for our daughters wedding. The barn is gorgeous and air conditioned. Janna assured us that when we walked in the day of the wedding everything would be in place and completely set up and it was. We didn’t have to do a thing. She coordinated the wedding beautifully and the whole day was just perfect and magical. A 5 star day for sure.

Janna and her staff at the Bluegrass Wedding Barn were absolutely phenomenal! Our wedding was Game of Thrones theme and I felt like Janna was the hand of the king. She helped guide us ans took the stress off of me on the big day! All of my guests bragged about how organized, smooth, and well planned everything was! Janna took care of everything, even small hiccups that happened before the ceremony and made sure no one noticed, including me, the bride! Janna has such a high level of professionalism! The landscape is beautiful too and my guests loved taking pictures on the grounds! They also cleaned up everything so I could enjoy my wedding day! Definitely recommend!

My daughter and her husband recently married at Bluegrass Wedding Barn. When she started planning her wedding 8 months prior to the ceremony, she didn't really know where to begin. She made finding a venue the first thing on her "to-do" list. She had a robust wedding budget and looked at several of the pricier venues in and around Lexington, but didn't find one that she really "loved." When I went with her to tour Bluegrass Wedding Barn, she loved it from the moment we drove in. The hill where the outdoor wedding ceremony takes place is breathtakingly beautiful - you can see for miles. The "barn" where the reception is held is first class - the chandeliers, black marble floors, verandah, luxury bridal suite and groom's suite, heating and a/c, powder rooms, dance floor, spaciousness, all of it adds up to a very elegant reception. Janna thinks of everything! She was available to us every step of the way and was so helpful with suggestions and recommendations. She made sure that we didn't forget anything. Her staff was responsible for setup, parking attendants, cleanup, everything! We were able to sit back and truly enjoy the wedding.
I mean it when I say that Janna and BWB made my daughter's wedding perfect!

Janna and her team made my day so special. They worked together to make everything exactly how I dreamed my wedding day to be. Janna is so responsive and loves her clients. She is willing to go above and beyond to make a bride feel no stress on her big day. I would recommend Janna, her team and Bluegrass Wedding Barn to every bride. I highly recommend Bluegrass Wedding Barn. I couldn't have imagined having my wedding any where else. Janna and her staff were excellent. From the three planning meetings to the day of, everything was stress free and she made sure the day went exactly as we wanted. I snuck away at sunset to have some pictures taken and ended up standing in the pond, and as we are coming back up the hill Janna was greeting us with towels to dry off. She went above and beyond all expectations and made sure everything thing ran smoothly.

My daughter’s wedding was this past weekend and everything was beautiful! I was so pleased with the way our decorations were put up just like we envisioned! They know what they are doing! Everything went so smoothly!
