Fausto and his team knocked it out of the park!!
WOW what good things can we not say about Blue Elephant and their team? Our wedding food was delicious, guests are still telling us how much they enjoyed it, and we were floored during our tasting at how tasty everything was. The owner of BE, Fausto, is so skilled and knowledgeable in the wedding industry. We also hired him as our Day of Coordinator and are so glad we did - he was a wealth of knowledge for us as we planned our Maine wedding from Rhode Island, also coordinating our wedding and tent rentals. He kept the day running so smoothly - if there were any hiccups we don’t know about them! He and his team completely took care of us, my husband and I even had a dedicated team member, Toni (shoutout Toni!!) to make sure we always had something to drink and eat. In talking with friends and family after the wedding we’ve had a few people mention how nice the wait staff was, and we loved that our guests had that experience too. 11/10 - use Blue Elephant for your wedding!!

Blue elephant was amazing!! They brought us our food to the sweetheart table. The food was great! Every person at the wedding told us how amazing the food was. I wound absolutely love to hire them for other events. -

Blue Elephant is absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I cannot thank Blue Elephant enough for making our wedding so incredibly special ❤️
During the planning process, Fausto was extremely communicative, helpful, and supportive in our conversations. He gave a number of suggestions, which we used to make our wedding as beautiful as we could have ever imagined.
On the wedding day, Fausto and his team made my husband and I feel incredibly special. They consistently checked in with us to make sure we were feeling comfortable and happy. Before walking down the aisle, a lovely team member helped me with scrubbing out dirt that had gotten on my dress while taking pictures prior to the ceremony, and she even offered to bustle my dress before our first dance.
Fausto was attentive and supportive through major events. He helped our wedding party with timing cues while walking down the aisle, reminded us of key transitions throughout the night, and was there to take my bouquet during our first dance. Fausto and his team paid attention to details like this throughout the entire day — and it is the reason our wedding flowed like a dream!
And the FOOD!!! We had an all vegan/vegetarian wedding and my guests are STILL talking about how amazing the food was! (It truly gets brought up to us by someone at least once a week haha). The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully plated. This was one of the major highlights for our guests!
Blue Elephant made our wedding an absolute dream. We are happy beyond words with their phenomenal service and incredibly grateful to Blue Elephant’s kind, caring, hardworking team.
We highly recommend Blue Elephant’s services to anyone! They will make your special day THAT much more memorable! -

We hired Blue Elephant for my daughters wedding. The food was amazing - both the appetizers and the dinner. (Particularly recommend the Pulled Pork Sliders and the Beef Short Ribs). The servers, as well as the coordinators (Owners), did a great job making sure the wedding party ate and drank during the hectic picture time. This company also does wedding planning and while we did not hire them for this service it is clear that by doing this they are able to see every detail and make sure everything runs as smooth as possible. We had only heard good things about Blue Elephant from the get go. They were responsive from the start, accommodating, and helped work with us on every single detail. The pre-wedding process was of course fun with lots of things to do but, they helped us navigate the planning, timeline, and event to perfection. When our day came, there was no stress. Everything had been worked out, the whole team was amazingly professional (Dominique killed it as our coordinator), food was fantastic (even some guests who are chefs themselves sang their praises), and everyone had an amazing time. Could not have had such an amazing day without them. Thankful to have had such a great coordinator bring our vision to life.

We worked with Reuben as our catering coordinator and our day-of coordinator, and we can’t recommend him highly enough! We did the bulk of the planning ourselves, and we felt so lucky to have Reuben as a reference and sounding board. He helped guide us through the process and was happy to offer help. He is unshakably calm, which was totally key in helping us relax throughout planning and in the days before the wedding.
He is so experienced and took the time to get to know us, which meant that he helped us focus on what was important for our day. He has an incredible rolodex of other professionals in the area - most of our vendors were recommendations from him, and we loved working with every single one. We told him we wanted as little waste as possible, and he worked hard to supply sustainable solutions for the catering and bar. And, most importantly, our guests love the food! He worked with us to make our menu perfect for our guests, and was super flexible, open, and knowledgeable about how to build a menu for a group of our size (140).
On the day of the wedding, we were able to completely relax and enjoy our day knowing that Reuben was on it. He was totally essential in making our day go so smoothly and we can’t recommend him enough. -

Blue Elephant was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding. They were professional, helpful, easy to talk to and worked above and beyond to making our vision come true. Reuben was absolute joy to work with and I couldn't imagine my wedding without them. You would never regret you decision by choosing them and If I had to do it all over again I would call them again right away. -

Rueben and Dominique were amazing through the entire 7-month process of planning our wedding. Right from the first meeting, we could see how knowledgeable they are and felt extremely comfortable in trusting them to handle an event that meant so much to us. In fact, Rueben’s visualization of how our wedding could be laid out was a huge factor in choosing the venue. Rueben was always available for a quick call, text, or email as questions arose.
Leading up to the week of the big day, Dominique ensured all vendors were on schedule with their pick-ups, delivery, set up, etc. Everything was set up exactly as we wanted it and part of this was due to their amazing floor plan website where we could literally see our wedding plan come alive. To walk in the day of and see it exactly how we pictured was amazing.
We felt so comfortable with Rueben, Dominique and everyone on their team. Thank you so much for making our wedding day an event we will never forget.

Elena Sent on 07/30/2018There is no way I could’ve pulled off the wedding of my dreams without Fausto and his team at Blue Elephant! My wedding was 16 days ago and I am still blown away with how seamless the day was. My expectations were far surpassed and I couldn’t have been more happy with how everything looked and especially the service! Fausto played a major part in helping me with the wedding process. He made me feel so comfortable with my food choices as well as the décor selections in making sure everything would look to what I had envisioned. He absolutely nailed it and I couldn’t be more appreciative! I was worried about having to set up everything in the venue the morning of because the venue was a blank canvas so I had several different vendors I was working with which made me even more worried about everything arriving to the venue in time, but Fausto completely took charge and was in contact with each of the vendors and his team set up everything so I didn’t have to do a thing but relax and get ready with my bridesmaids. When we arrived to the venue for the reception, there was a server solely dedicated to my husband and I making sure we had food and drinks throughout the day/evening. I know a lot of my friends whom have had weddings that said they never got to drink because they could never get to the bar, so having this server dedicated to us was amazing! And not mention, the food was the cherry on top to the perfect day! The food was outstanding! We did a plated dinner, and when the food got to us it was still hot! There were no issues with people getting their food, the food was delivered to people right on schedule, and everyone complimented on how delicious the food was! And after the wedding ended at 11, Fausto and his team cleaned up everything so quickly and loaded all of the cards, gifts and décor items in my parents car so none of us had to pick up a thing. I highly recommend them to anyone, you will definitely be more than happy with your decision! :)

Not your average caterer!
I interviewed many vendors for my daughters wedding. In the end I selected Blue Elephant and was so happy I did. The entire team was very knowledgeable, responsive, and more importantly just nice people who really seemed to enjoy what they do - making one day special for the bride and groom! As a family, this was our first wedding and as the mother of the bride, I could not have done this without the continued support from Reuben and his entire team. Having said that, I'm a foodie and they are a caterer, the food was incredible! I had people coming up to me all during the wedding, "the food is do delicious and at a wedding...no one expects really great food at a wedding!" Value...their price point was spot on. You give them a budget, they will work with that budget. They have wonderful ideas on how to create very interesting menus for all budget, I was quite impressed. I have one more daughter and will be calling Reuben (hopefully in a few years) to help me! If your looking for someone to "really" take the time to understand who you are, the "vibe" you are trying to achieve, the money you have to spend, and then create a wonderful experience for your event...that is Blue Elephant!
