Beautiful flowers and a wonderful team!
We are so lucky we got to work with Emalee and the team at Bird Seed Florals for our wedding in September! When we first got in touch with her with an initial inquiry, Emalee blew us away by creating a personalized proposal imagining how florals could look during our wedding season at our venue. We were drawn to the fact that she uses local, seasonal flowers, loved all of her initial ideas, and really enjoyed collaborating to make adjustments to match our wedding’s vibe.
Emalee is collaborative, communicative, and an expert at her craft. During the process, we sometimes had some follow-up additions or inquiries (“Would it be possible to make a flower crown for our flower girl?” and “What do you think about adding some of the Sam’s mom’s flowers from her garden?” and “I’d love to add bouquets for my bridal party — what do you think about the color of their dresses?”) and we were always so excited at the ideas and solutions she came up with. She made the most beautiful flower headband, added Sam’s mom’s flowers and vegetable plant trimmings to our bouquets, and created unique bouquets for each bridesmaid.
The day of our wedding was a dream. Emalee and her team created beautiful works of art at our venue and came up to the bridal suite to give us a sneak peek at our bouquets. She felt like a friend at the end of our process, and quickly built a close rapport with our wedding planner and photographer. Thank you for everything, Emalee! -

Emalee made our wedding vision come to life! We sent her a pinterest board with our general ideas and she returned a mood board that inspired the direction of more than just our florals! It was from that initial conversation with her that our wedding look really began to come together. The florals on the actual day were perfect. She worked with some of our more custom elements such as our hand-made wedding arch and seating chart seamlessly. Our guests gushed over the table decor and arrangements throughout the venue. Emalee was so easy to work with. She was very communicative and happy to answer questions and suggest ideas for other decor items. She also sourced several vases and pieces of pottery to fill out our table scapes and displays. We loved that you could rent part of her glassware and pottery collection and the fact that all of her blooms are seasonal and locally sourced. She was the best. We highly recommend working with her! -

Breath-taking, one-of-a-kind works of art
Breath-taking, one-of-a-kind works of art is the best way to describe the florals done by Bird Seed but not even these words capture the essence of seeing them in person. The work is visually stunning and photogenic which made them memorable to not only us but many of our guests as well. You can sense the creativity and commitment in each flower and how it is individually placed. These florals made our day extra special!

Do not hesitate to book Birdseed Florals!
Emalee brought our vision to life. If you are looking for non-traditional, artistic, modern, funky, foraged, locally sourced, beautiful arrangements or anything in between, she is the one! Being a COVID bride, we had to plan everything last minute and Emalee came through with the utmost professionalism. She was willing to work within our budget and I cannot say enough about how she blew everyone away with the installations and table settings. She really helped create the look and feel we were going for. I have so many friends I will be sending your way, Emalee. Thank you so very much! -
