  The best tent & rentals company!!

  Erin and the Big Sky team were hands down some of our favorite vendors to work with for our wedding. Throughout the two years of planning, Erin was extremely understanding, offered countless ideas and proposal options, I could go on. From the very beginning, we knew we could trust Erin and Big Sky and WOW did they deliver! If you are getting married on the vineyard, look no further for your tent and rentals.   The wedding reception decor of our dreams!

  I can't thank the team at Big Sky enough for helping to bring our wedding vision to life! We worked directly with Josie, who was so incredibly helpful throughout the process. I had a lot of different ideas that she helped us define as our planning moved along. She understood the vision that we had for our tented reception, and how different pieces could help to fit into that. We are so happy with how everything turned out!

  Extremely Nice and Helpful

  Big sky is on the more expensive side, but they are required with our venue. We were hesitant at first but Big Sky went above and beyond to accommodate our budget and provide us with everything we need for our wedding day!

  Excellent in all ways

  Big Sky provided beautiful choices for all needed china, linen, furniture and other myriad details for my daughter's wedding, and two additional parties.
  Service was excellent, including an unexpected permit issue...all handled efficiently and with care.
  Highly recommend.

  Our DREAM wedding with Big Sky!

  If you are planning a wedding on Martha's Vineyard and are in need of rentals, don't waste your time looking around and book with Big Sky! They made our wedding in June 2018 an absolute DREAM! Kez and Erin were a pleasure to work with when deciding what we needed for our welcome party at our private home, as well as reception at the Agricultural Hall. It was also great having Kez because her husband was our caterer (Shane Tank-- who I HIGHLY recommend) and they communicated back and forth in order to ensure we weren't missing anything! Big Sky gave us excellent advice, quick updates, and they were extremely organized and paid attention to every last detail. It made renting items, which could have been an absolutely daunting task, very easy for us. We loved the way everything turned out and received many compliments from our guests! We couldn't be more grateful to have had Big Sky be a part of our most special day!!

  I highly recommend Big Sky. I worked with Josie through out my wedding and she was wonderful! She made the time to meet with me several times and helped me make my wedding vision a reality. She also recommended a lot of the vendors I used which made planning easier. Big sky set up everything just how we had planned and transformed my venue into a beautiful place. I am so thankful for all their work!!

  Big Sky was a wonderful vendor to work with on all aspects of our wedding. They were extremely professional. Their quality of work was excellent. They were patient with all of our demands. I would highly recommend them for tents, lighting, tables, place setting, glassware, and any other party items that you may need for your special event.

  After doing some serious research on products and prices on island, Big Sky Tent & Party Rentals had everything I needed at competitive prices. Super nice representatives and owners helped me pick out my decor, ambient lighting, and the perfect tent to fit my needs!
  
  Delivery was incredible. The guys came to set up right at 10:00AM like I had asked and were extremely fast while still being courteous. On the pick up day they all showed up again at 10:00AM on the dot like pros.
  
  Overall PHENOMENAL experience with Big Sky Tent & Party Rentals. I will definitely be recommending their services to all of my friends as well as use them for any other events I hold on the Vineyard! I was impressed to say the LEAST!

  We worked with Big Sky tents for our wedding on the Vineyard and they were absolutely fantastic! With Jim working from us as we determined our location, to Josie working closely with us every step of the way, Big Sky made our wedding weekend perfect. No request was too big or too small for them, and everything went off EXACTLY as we had planned. Our wedding would not have been the same without them!

  We worked with Big Sky tents for our wedding on the Vineyard and they were absolutely fantastic! Big Sky has a wide array of place settings, silverware, table cloths, etc, to choose from, and Josie was very helpful assisting us pick exactly the right combination for our needs. If you are able, a trip to their showroom is recommended so you can see all of the choices available.
  
  The tents Big Sky provides are of the highest quality. The setup crew was punctual and had everything prepared in a few hours. The tent we selected featured roll up side windows, which we were able to lower as the temperature dipped during the evening hours. This feature is highly recommended for any early or late season wedding.

  The tent was beautiful (guests were taking pictures!), plenty of tasteful options, everything was set up well. Jim isn't the friendliest or most accomodating guy but he knows his stuff and runs a good business. Costs were high, but that's the Vineyard.

  We had a wonderful experience working with Big Sky for our Vineyard Wedding. We got almost all of our rentals for our wedding at the Allen Farm on 9/9/17 from Big Sky. In addition to a good variety of tents, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and flatware, they had some really nice accent pieces for our tents, such as an antique writing desk that we used for photos. Our other vendors were able to work with Big Sky directly for all of their needs. I worked primarily with Josie from Big Sky, and found her to be pleasant, professional, and very responsive. She stayed on top of getting us updated quotes and usually was able to tell us whether our requested items were available or low in stock same day. Big Sky is expensive, but it’s the Vineyard and you get what you pay for. They have a large stock but still sell out of certain items if your wedding is in the peak late-summer timeframe, so get your order in early! That said, we made changes to our (large) order many times over the course of wedding planning, and even up to two weeks before the wedding day. Big Sky is very flexible and was able to make all of these changes quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them if you are getting married in an outdoor venue on the Vineyard!

  Big Sky was one of the first wedding vendors we settled on when deciding to have a Vineyard wedding, and from the very first meeting at their showroom, we felt like we were in good hands (and they even gave us a complimentary tote bag, nice!).

They worked directly with both our venue (Sailing Camp) and caterer (Tea Lane) so that we didn't have to continually coordinate ourselves which was awesome, and were even very prompt to issue a refund on the end bill when our inventory was slightly adjusted (along with a nice Congrats card, very thoughtful). Both the planning and execution went off as smooth as can be, and we were pleased with both the service and result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing rentals on island.
