  Betty is amazing!

  Betty officiated my husband and I's elopement ceremony in October 2023. From my first conversation with Betty, I knew she was who I wanted to use on our special day. It was clear that Betty has put lot of time and effort into making a beautiful ceremony for couples. Betty was easy to get into contact with and answered all of my questions ahead of time. She made sure I knew that I needed to get my wedding license in the town I was getting married in, in CT, which is different then the requirement in MA. She also made sure the ceremony was personalized to my husband and I. She was very flexible, as we made a last minute change of location for our ceremony due to weather. On the day of she was punctual and had everything ready to go right on time for us. Betty's ceremony was above and beyond what I could have hoped for, not to mention her services are very fairly priced and affordable. I especially loved the sand ceremony she performed since we got married overlooking a beach. Betty, thank you so much for your time, expertise, and the beautiful ceremony, I cannot thank you enough for making our day extra special! I highly recommend Betty to any couple getting married in CT!

  Beautiful Ceremony

  Betty was AMAZING!! Right from the start I knew we were in good hands! Due to some poor planning on our part, our wedding was very small as none of our friends or family could make it from out of state on short notice, but no less care was taken on Betty's part to make it feel special. She gave us an absolutely BEAUTIFUL ceremony at a local park and it is apparent how much time and care she puts into doing what she does. We especially enjoyed the unity sand ceremony which we will cherish forever as a lovely reminder of our special day. We cannot recommend a better Justice of the Peace to help officiate your wedding and I'm so grateful to have had her perform our ceremony. Thanks a ton Betty for everything!

  Perfect Justice of Peace

  Betty was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We decided to elope, and she didn't judge us for having the two of us there. It was extremely intimate, and exactly what we were looking for. Felt like I knew her for years. Cant say enough about the experience we had that we will remember forever.

When we first met Betty, she made it very easy to understand why so many people recommended her. She was attentive, professional, and above all, well-prepared.   Betty and her husband are amazing, kind, patient, and understanding, We had a very very small ceremony but I was very nervous to be center of attention. Betty made my husband and I feel comfortable she walked us through the entire process with a smile on her face the whole time . I would definitely recommend her ! We appreciate your time !   Betty was phenomenal. From the very first time I contacted her, she was quick to respond, friendly and so helpful. My wife and I had a vow renewal on Valentine's Day this year (2023). She had a beautiful setup, and her speech for our ceremony was so touching and meaningful. She truly cares about what she does and it shows. She is so genuine and very accommodating. I definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to have a JP,who is truly invested in your ceremony, not just your money.

  Betty is a fantastic officiant who is extremely efficient and well-organized, and remembers the little details despite all of the weddings she officiates! My husband and I had a meeting with her four months before the wedding to go over every detail of the ceremony, get to know each other a bit -- and that was the point the wedding truly felt real to us. Betty was always available for last minute questions and thoughts, and had amazing insights from having worked with all of our vendors extensively in the past to having guidance into the process for timing with regard to our marriage license and name change. She was hands down the best!

  Special Day Made Perfect

  On behalf of my husband Royce and I, Thank you Betty! She was absolutely AMAZING from first contact to the day of our ceremony. She was very helpful in guiding us through the process of what we needed to do before arriving in CT to apply for our marriage license as well as once we arrive. From the date we booked her she made sure to follow up with us several times just to check in with us. What we enjoyed the most was that prior to our ceremony she took the time to meet with both of us to get to know us a little better and discuss arrangements of the ceremony. During the ceremony she did nothing less than perform exceptionally and even added in her own ritual which I found very sweet. In addition to this because we were both pre occupied; her husband was nice enough to take pictures for us. We invited them to stay for the reception and it was the least we could do for them making our day so memorable. But what I will always remember most was that somewhere along the process the ritual she performs in which we both pour two different color sands into a bottle layer by layer and then seal it, to represent 2 vessels becoming 1; there was a charm around the neck of the bottle that some how fell off. She was kind enough to take the time and mail us a new charm. Considering how busy she is, it meant ALOT! I initially left a review as my husband and I were married back in November but for some reason it didn't post. Regardless if you're considering Betty, I can promise you won't regret it she is the best of the best and knows her stuff!

  We got married Valentines Day 2021 .Betty is amazing.I wish we could give her 10 stars.Her and her husband Paul made on our wedding ceremony the most beautiful and memorable day that we could ever ask for .She welcomed us in her lovely house and gave us a ceremony beyond our expectations.   The Smooth Operator

  Bettie is amazing. She has the vision to help you with your journey but seamlessly integrates your special day's dreams with what she knows will work. Bettie did not skimp with her time and worked tirelessly to make sure the moment you committed to your partner would be perfect. Being your Justice of the Peace is not a job for her, even though this is what she does full time. Being your Justice is her life's calling and your happenest on your wedding day is the most important event to her. Making your day perfect gives her life! Thank you, Bettie, for being amazing to this Groom and Bride.

  Betty was our hero!

  My fiancé and I decided six weeks before Christmas to get married on Christmas Eve because all our adult children would be home! Betty didn’t blink and eye - she made our dream happen. Betty is professional, warm and feels immediately like a member of the family! Her service was thoughtful and personal. I couldn’t imagine getting married without her officiating (although hopefully I won’t be getting married again!). Absolutely adore this woman! ❤️

  Betty is an amazing person. She actually cares about your marriage. She was very informative with us and made sure everything went as we wanted. From starting the ceremony to telling us what to do when. Thank you Betty for being amazing!!!

  The best wedding officiant!

  What can we say?! Betty is the absolute best! She treated us with so much kindness and truly loves getting to know you & your significant other so that she can make your ceremony absolutely perfect! My husband and I are so happy we had her officiate our wedding! Our guests loved her energy and gave lots of compliments on the sand ceremony that she performs.

  From day one of contacting Betty, she has been incredibly genuine, responsive, kind hearted, and friendly. Before our wedding day, Betty welcomed my family and I into her home to go over our wedding ceremony and get to know one another. Betty is very professional and well spoken. Since then, my family and I have become even closer with her and her husband. Both Betty and her husband are absolutely amazing! They are there for you every step of the way and will make you feel comfortable. There is not enough words to describe how amazing Betty is. She is the best JP out there and truly the only one you should ever consider!!! Betty is an incredible JP and person!!!! Beyond highly recommend, she is everything and more!!!! The best ever!!!
