Very good! We used them for transportation from the church to the reception. They had the best prices out of anyone I checked with, and they were on time to pick up the groomsmen and myself and my bridesmaids. They let me use a discount since I saw them at a bridal show. They called days in advance to confirm everything. Overall, very good. -

Excellent limousine service. Reasonable price (and I checked out every one in the area), wonderful white Escalade that accommodated whole bridal party, timely service, easy to work with as we made changes to our day and had new requirements for transportation, pleasant and professional driver. Everything went as planned for my cousins surprise birthday limo that took us to a beer festival in Philadelphia. The driver "Brian" was awesome, we highly recommend him for any type of event!! Very professional and kind. Booking was a breeze and we couldn't find a better deal after checking prices of a few other limo companies we had to go with Bella and we are so happy that we did! We used Bella for our wedding limo. The women in the office were so friendly and helpful during planning and our driver (Ahmet) was so friendly and professional on wedding day. The limo was brand new and beautiful. We have only positive comments about our experience with Bella! -

Bella always called and confirmed information that was needed and gave me the driver's number. They were on time and prompt. The driver was very helpful. They supplied snacks, champagne, and soda. We had the big bus because of my huge bridal party and we got to control the music (we danced and drank - we provided the beer) the whole way to the reception! It was wonderful! -

I cannot thank thank Bella Limousines enough for providing me with top notch transportation not only on the evening of my bachelorette party this past August but also on the day of my wedding this past September. Their limos were very clean, very well stocked with everything we might need as far as special occasions go, and always on time if not early. Their drivers were very polite and professional, especially the driver for my bachelorette party who was not only very patient and understanding but also very protective of my large party of young female friends and family, something that was very comforting and meant a lot to me. To top it all off Bella Limousines was also very affordable and easy to work with even though I was planning everything from a whole other state! Truly, I would consider their business the best and thus recommend them to anyone who wants or needs to ride around in style any time in the future! -

We hired Bella Limos for our wedding, based on a friend’s recommendation. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and I feel like we called every limo company in the area. We hired two limos, one extended sedan, and one stretch. On our wedding day, we were upgraded to two stretch Excursions. Fancy! They provide snacks and champagne. My one complaint is that I basically had to tell our driver how to get to the wedding venue because his GPS “hadn’t been updated in 6 years.” Um, yeah buddy, might want to get on that. -

A had trouble finding a limo company but Bella was very responsive and very affordable. They arrived on time and the driver was nice. He did get lost between the church and picking up the girls despite being given directions, but that was the only hiccup. -

Well, used their website to attempt to check availability and pricing. Afterwards a popup comes up stating to give the company a call following submission to confirm availability HA the man spoke to me like I was a moron. "Submitted what?" "To see if what is available" with a pretty snotty attitude. I finally got tired of attempting to explain myself and told him never mind and have a nice day. I have zero tolerance for companies that don't have their acts together PLUS act rudely to potential customers. With a ton of companies to choose from, I will definitely not be settling for unorganized attitude. -

Worst experience in my daughter's life. The one day we looked forward to was her wedding day. We booked the 8 person limo for her day. Called 2 weeks before to confirm and was told we were upgraded to the 18 passenger hummer limo. Wow! That's great. We can all go together and have a nice time. Wrong. Upon picking up the groom and groomsmen, the panel broke off the back door. But the worst was the broken airconditioning. It was 90 degrees outside and felt like 100 in the limo! Seriously! How can you send something broken down out like that for a wedding. You can't tell me it was working the day before to have it completely broken. After the ceremony, half the bridal party had to find other ways to the reception because they didn't want to ride in an oven. Their hair that was done was now completely out. My daughter, the bride had to roll down the windows to get any air. We didn't have that fund filled day I was hoping for. No lights, or music. Just let's get out here into the reception. I called Audrey who repeatedly apologized. But as I told her it wasn't her that should be apologizing, it was the owners who never did reach out to me. It was a day we cannot recreate. That's what hurts. Never again. -

This place was the most unprofessional place I've ever encountered. Not only were they a no show on my wedding day but I was given a lame excuse about how the manager left me a voice mail and sent me a text message. What kind of business wouldn't keep contacting you until they actually spoke with u to cancel. Especially after you paid them up front. Then it takes four days for the refund when it took seconds for them to take. I'll will NEVER deal with this place and I wouldn't recommend anyone using this place for their special day.Bella Limousines's reply:
The Governor of the state of NJ ordered a state of emergency for non essential vehicles to remain off the road. We had to take the safety and well being of customer and driver into consideration and cancel the reservation with the limousine. Having limos out in a snow storm during a state of emergency would be non-compliant according to our insurance policy. We cannot take a risk and put lives in jeopardy. Once it was determined that the reservation with the limo would have to be canceled, we made every attempt to contact the customer. We left various messages as well as text messages the night before the scheduled service. I personally made a call in the morning hours prior to the early morning transfer to again try to reach out to the customer. Sending text messages as well. Once we finally made contact I explained that the state of emergency was in effect and unfortunately had to cancel the limo with a full refund back on the cc. Unable to get to the office that morning, I refunded the total back on customer cc the following day. The bank processing takes 24 hours to show up on customer card. I was very sorry we had to cancel, but glad I did not jeopardize lives in a snow storm during a state of emergency. First and foremost is safety and we at Bella Limousine stand by our decision. -
