  Perfection!!

  Everything was absolutely perfect! We were pleased with how well it was organized. We didn’t have to worry about anything! The staff was amazing to work with!! If you are looking for a low stress gorgeous venue with great food I would highly recommend!! The event manager did an awesome job the day of!! I can’t say enough good things about this venue!!

  Perfect Wedding

  When we were looking for a wedding venue, we wanted a place that was on the water and provide the catering and alcohol in one package. We found this place and do not regret one single thing. Everyone on the team was so amazing to work with and provided great communication. Gun Lake will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we will be back celebrate our anniversary :)

  Amazing Service at a Stunning Venue

  We first chose Bay Pointe based on some specific criteria we had for being lakefront and having on-site accommodations. From there, the help we received from their staff made it an easy choice. From tours, to tastings, to all the email reminders and prompt responses to our questions over the almost year and a half, they made us feel welcome and made planning a wedding as stress-free as possible.
  
  We chose the Boathouse Villa for our weekend stay and our smaller (80 person) ceremony and reception. It was so beautiful and unique, and the day-of staff were wonderful too. We received compliments from many of our guests. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

  Day of our dreams!!

  Baypointe and their staff have weddings down to a science!! Not only did our big day go amazingly but the communication before hand. Madison and Ashley answered any question via the phone or email and always invited me to swing by with question if i wanted to! For someone who didn’t know what to expect in the wedding planning world they were amazing!!!
  The venue is stunning i love having everything in on spot! The girls were able to get ready at the cottages, plenty of places for fun wedding photos and being able to stay on sight after our big day was so convenient!

  Absolutely wonderful venue!!!

  I could not say anything better about Bay Pointe! They made our wedding absolutely perfect and I would choose them again time and time again. Leading up to our day, they were very responsive and made sure all of the details were ironed out. We rented out the Boathouse Villa, which was the most adorable space (both for the wedding and an incredible weekend spent celebrating with friends and family)! We received so many compliments about the food, venue, and overall relaxed vibe. We worked with Jessica on the details and Jocelyn on the day of and they were both incredible. I highly recommend this venue!

  The perfect wedding venue

  Bay Point Inn made all of our wedding dreams come true. The lakefront pavilion was the perfect setting for our late August wedding. Our event managers were so knowledgable, kind, and very responsive. Communication is key when it comes to wedding planning and Bay Point went above and beyond. The staff the day of was wonderful and made sure everything ran smooth and right on schedule. Not only is it a beautiful wedding venue, the staff is wonderful, delicious food and drinks, and the perfect wedding weekend.

  Wonderful Venue & Staff!

  My husband and I highly recommend working with Bay Pointe for your big day! We just got married on 8.11.23 and it truly was the perfect day. The staff at Bay Pointe (shout out to Mariesa, Madison, and Jocelyn!) were all incredible. Madison was so kind about all of my questions leading up to our day. We felt in such good hands with Jocelyn during our day - she made sure everything ran on time and kept our huge wedding party in line nicely. I am SO HAPPY we decided to go with Bay Pointe. In my opinion, it was a very good value for the resources they provide and the high quality of service offered throughout the entire wedding planning process. I cannot say enough good things about Bay Pointe - THANK YOU for a wonderful and forever memorable day!

  AMAZING experience!

  Our wedding was a true fairytale and we owe it all to Bay Pointe! We had countless guests tell us how beautiful, seamless, classy, professional and smooth our wedding day was. The planning process was seamless and efficient. The staff was consistently going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and our guests were as well. We had red wine and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in our honeymoon suite on our wedding night, personalized agenda signs on their televisions screens and more. The lakeside pavilion venue was absolutely stunning! I'm so glad they made all their renovations before our wedding including a greenery wall, expanded pavilion and wedding day schedule changes. If I had to give any sort of constructive feedback it would be that I wish they wouldn't make receptions end at 11pm. We never wanted it to end and could have kept going all night! Aside from that, I would give Bay Pointe 10/5 stars if I could. I cannot recommend them enough!

  Perfect Lakefront Venue

  Bay Pointe is the perfect venue for a lakefront wedding! The staff was very easy to work with and helped make the day flow smoothly! The food was amazing and the hotel is beautiful for guests. We really enjoyed getting ready in the cottages and all of the gorgeous locations for photos!

  June 2023 Wedding

  My husband and I had our wedding at Bay Pointe June 2023. I truly could not have dreamt of a more perfect place, and it even down poured for a solid 30 minutes before our ceremony. We knew we wanted an outdoor wedding, and the Pavillion at Bay Pointe could not have been a better choice. My wedding planner was insistent on the rain not passing and told me we would have to have our ceremony under the Pavilion, but my husband and I were insistent on the radar and waited it out. Paige, our coordinator from Bay Pointe made sure to check on me and my sanity during the 30 minute push off, and let me tell you, i have zero regrets. We waited out the rain, the staff dried off the chairs and we were not even 5 minutes behind schedule post ceremony. The sun peaked out and it cooled off slightly, literal perfection. We had our rehearsal in the fireside room, the sunset that night was amazing. Every person kept asking how I found this place and how beautiful it was AND the food was better than we would have ever expected, coming from an Italian family, that was important. Overall, I can say that my wedding weekend was one of the best weekends of my life.

  Great Venue!

  I have nothing bad to say about this venue - such a great process from start to finish, we really loved it. We had our reception at Bay Pointe Woods, which was beautiful. We had a lot of guests coming from out of town, so it was very nice to have the Inn just across the street as well as the cottages right outside of the reception. We even had our rehearsal dinner at the Fireside Room at the Inn and had access to the outdoor area by the lake/fire pit, which was so nice. We wanted to make things as easy as possible when searching for a venue, but still wanted everything to be really nice and this place did that - food, alcohol, linens etc are all available through the venue which was great. Everyone was also so kind, responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend!

  Incredible Venue

  I got married at Bay Pointe Inn in April 2023. They allowed us to get married on the Lakefront, and our reception was held at the Woods. We got endless complements from our guests on how beautiful the venue was, and it was the perfect location. Throughout planning, the staff was extremely accommodating and always ready to answer any questions. We also held our rehearsal dinner in the Fireside room the night before our wedding, stayed in the cottages so we could get ready there the morning of the wedding, and stayed in the complementary bridal suite the night of our wedding. Everything was extremely clean and organized, and the food was great for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. Thanks to Bay Pointe (and our vendors) our vision was executed flawlessly, and everything went as planned. I can not recommend Bay Pointe enough for your wedding day!

  Perfect wedding experience

  Bay Pointe Woods is a beautiful venue for a wedding. The staff was helpful and professional. The cottages that are on the property are convenient, new, and cozy. The fire pit offers a great gathering spot for friends and family. Overall perfect wedding day.

  Beautiful Memories

  Mariesa and Morgan with Bay Pointe Inn, were exceptional they answered every question I had in a timely manner so I didn’t have to worry whether or not I could do something. They let me come in and view the site and helped me make some final decisions.

  Bay Pointe Woods

  We had the most beautiful wedding at Bay Pointe Woods. The staff was incredible, the sales managers are amazing and walked through each step of planning with us, and the day of coordinator was so helpful. We would highly recommend Bay Pointe as whole for a venue when planning your upcoming wedding.

  Amazing experience!

  We had the perfect day, thanks to your whole staff! Everyone that we talked with said the food was amazing and loved the venue in general. From the ceremony site to the reception hall, all of the decor and staff we had were excellent. We really had the best day and we thank you so so much!! It was absolutely perfect and I would recommend this location to any newlyweds!

  Stop considering other venues

  My husband and I got married at the Lakefront Pavilion and we are still in awe of how amazing our experience was. Aside from the location being incredibly beautiful, the staff were outstanding. I am not a planner and I'm pretty disorganized-- working with the people at Bay Pointe was the main reason that things went so smoothly for us. The staff made me feel at ease, even when I was pretty anxious. From the moment we walked in, I felt like I had a whole team supporting me and my husband. For example, I forgot to print photos of my late family members for our memorial table (20 mins before our ceremony)-- Juno and Jocelyn just handled it-- they printed and framed photos immediately. When a staff member noticed that I was anxious, they checked in with me and brought me my favorite drink without me having to ask. The food was delicious and the number of guests that described our wedding as 'the best wedding they've attended' is tremendous. Also, the bartender (Megan) memorized so many of my guests' drink orders so she would have them prepared as soon as they got to the bar. Also, our wedding party and family were treated with so much respect-- the staff at Bay Pointe not only made my husband and I feel like the most important people in the world -- but they made our people feel the same way. I could go on and on about how amazing our experience was and I cannot even think of one negative aspect of getting married at Bay Pointe.

For example, I forgot to print photos of my late family members for our memorial table (20 mins before our ceremony)-- Juno and Jocelyn just handled it-- they printed and framed photos immediately. When a staff member noticed that I was anxious, they checked in with me and brought me my favorite drink without me having to ask. The food was delicious and the number of guests that described our wedding as 'the best wedding they've attended' is tremendous. Also, the bartender (Megan) memorized so many of my guests' drink orders so she would have them prepared as soon as they got to the bar. Also, our wedding party and family were treated with so much respect-- the staff at Bay Pointe not only made my husband and I feel like the most important people in the world -- but they made our people feel the same way. I could go on and on about how amazing our experience was and I cannot even think of one negative aspect of getting married at Bay Pointe.

  Excellent wedding venue!

  I had my wedding at the Woods at Bay Pointe last weekend and it was an incredible wedding venue. The service and coordinators are awesome, great food and great location. We rented out all of the cottages for the night of the wedding and it was so fun to have all of our friends stay with us at the venue.

  Best Lake Venue!

  Bay Pointe is the best lake venue in the perfect spot in Michigan. My husband and I live in Chicago but my family lives in the Detroit area and this was the perfect in between point! Our wedding ended up being an entire weekend with renting out the boathouse, having our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks at the boathouse, and the lakefront ceremony and pavilion for our wedding! We also rented out two pontoon boats for the whole weekend for our guests and for us to use during cocktail hour- highly recommend!
  
  Everything went to plan the whole weekend and a big reason for that is Juno- she is AMAZING! Always quick to respond to our emails, phone calls, and met with us in person a few times. She is spectacular!!
  
  We also really enjoyed the bartenders both nights! They always made sure we were taken care of and had a great time with our guests!
  
  It rained later during our reception and we had our photo booth outside of the pavilion and Bay Pointe stepped up and provided two small tents so the photo booth wouldn't get wet- we appreciated that immensely!
  
  We highly recommend Bay Pointe Lakefront for anyone dreaming of a lakeside wedding!!!

  The coordinators at BayPointe were so easy to work with, quick to respond to emails, flexible with room setup, and provided a detailed questionnaire about our desires for our wedding day so that nothing would be overlooked or left until the last minute! The food was phenomenal and the way the sun streamed in through the many windows of the Woods ballroom creating a golden glow all evening was stunning. It was everything we dreamed! We comfortably sat 160 guests and could’ve fit many more! It was a relief to know we had flexibility in so many areas with BayPointe! Our DJ and photographer were well familiar with the venue and it was a great location for Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids guests!

  Excellent Experience

  We had our daughters wedding reception at Bay Pointe Inn, The Woods, on April 29, 2022. Everything was perfect! The people we worked with to plan and implement this event were top notch. We received many compliments on the venue, food, and friendly (abundant) staff.
