  Couldn't have asked for anything better!

  Our wedding at the Lightner Museum in St. Augustine, Florida, was elevated to another level of magic by the incredible performance of the Bay Kings Band. From start to finish, they delivered an unforgettable experience that had everyone on their feet and dancing the night away.
  
  Working with Alex from the band was an absolute pleasure. He handled all the logistics seamlessly, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. His responsiveness and professionalism reassured us throughout the planning process, and he was there every step of the way to answer any questions we had.
  
  The band itself, comprised of seven exceptionally talented musicians, exceeded all expectations. They seamlessly transitioned from our ceremony to the reception, setting the perfect tone for each moment. Their familiarity with the Lightner Museum venue was evident, as they flawlessly navigated the space and acoustics, delivering a performance that sounded phenomenal.
  
  One of the highlights of the evening was when they graciously allowed my husband to join them on stage for a song. It was a truly memorable moment that we will cherish forever. The band's energy was infectious, and their enthusiasm radiated throughout the room, keeping the atmosphere lively and engaging.

  Amazing! Exceeds expectations!

  Bay Kings Band is arguably one of the best in Florida! When we looked for a band for our wedding, we had our sights set on a company that could bring a plethora of different styles and genres to the table. Bay Kings did that and more… we had guests dancing and singing along all night long!! Their break times correlated perfectly with other wedding items. They took the time and put in the effort to go over every aspect of the itinerary with my wedding planner and myself and even offered up great changes that made transitions run smoothly. The guitarist and sax player were definitely the focal point and highlight of our cocktail hour! We cannot recommend them enough for any of your events!

  Must hire!

  Honestly, if you don't hire Bay Kings Band you are just insane! They are amazing!!! I work in the events industry and I had so many people who have been to a ton of events there and they kept saying "this band is killing it"! First of all, the planning process was so easy with Brandon - he was so nice, professional, and has a ton of experience. Besides saying our vows - the dancing was the best part of the wedding. They played everything we wanted them to and kept the party going. I missed all my sweets & late night snacks because I wouldn't get off the dance floor. Lastly, the price - you can't beat the price. Originally we we were thinking of doing a DJ because we didn't think we could afford a band but we decided it was important and it was the best money spent. We did a 6 piece band and I was worried it wouldn't be enough but they sounded amazing! I truly believe a band makes the event and do everything possible to book one and make it happen, you won't regret it!!

  Bay Kings Band Brought the Energy!

  I am so happy that we decided to go with Bay Kings Band for our wedding. We went with the string duo for the ceremony, a jazz trio for cocktail hour and an 8-piece band for the reception. The band manager, Fernando, was so nice and easy to work with and the portal/planning page made planning the day so easy. And even though we weren’t able to hear the band/musicians that would be playing at our wedding prior to booking, I just had a gut feeling that they would be amazing—and they were! I even got to sing a song with the band, which was so fun and special. And speaking of singing, Nikki Kid’s voice blew everyone away and she was just such a blast! The energy the band brought to our big day was incredible. I don’t think the dance floor was empty once. If you need a band for a special event, book Bay Kings Band!

  Best wedding band experience

  If you want your guests on the dance floor all night this is the band! The team was amazing to work with, flexible when we wanted to add on at the last minute and took all our requests and considerations. We have never had so many compliments! Best decision! Thank you!

  Perfect Wedding with a perfect band.

  We loved the Bay Kings band and highly recommend them. Tori and Brandon have great voices. The band had a huge variety of music and definitely kept everyone on the dance floor the entire night. Even our nondancers couldn't sit still and were on the dance floor. We had a 9 piece band and the horns were a great addition to the band. The Bay Kings helped make our night perfect.

  Best Band!

  Bay Kings Band is fabulous! From the moment we started working with them, they were flexible and gave us exactly what we wanted. We used them for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and our reception. They were very upfront that if we wanted a specific song for the ceremony they needed advanced notice. I asked for I see the light from tangled, and it was magical! The steel drummer was incredible for our cocktail hour, and I couldn’t say enough good things about the reception. We ended up going with a 9 piece band. They were incredible and I still have friends telling us how amazing they were! Tori was great to work with! Incredibly responsive and we were able to come up with a party set list that perfectly fit our style, and the wide age range of our guests. At some point, I did wonder about a song in the set list and almost took it out, Tori suggested that we leave it in and it absolutely created one of my favorite memories of my night! I really cannot say enough good things about this band. They helped our dream wedding come to life and it was the best time.

  Just Hire Them, You Won’t Regret It

  Bay Kings Band was awesome. If you are considering to hire them, just do it. They were so organized and made the music and sound component of wedding planning so easy. They were quick to get back to my questions, overall communicated very well. On wedding day they delivered and helped us throw an awesome party! We would recommend them to anyone planning their wedding and would certainly hire them again if we were to do it over again.

  Bay Kings Band ROCKED!!

  We got married this past weekend and the best part of it was my beautiful bride, but a close second was the Bay Kings Band. Brandon was so easy to work with and the process was clear and easy from the time we saw them at a showcase through the day of the wedding. We wanted a party atmosphere without the cliché line dances and they delivered and then some. We did not want to leave the dance floor the whole night! So many people complimented us on the band and wanted to know their Spotify link thinking they’ve played together for years. They were so professional and FUN. I’m a big live music buff and they were exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough. Book them NOW!

  A Planner's Perspective

  As a wedding planner, it's always a great time when we get to work with vendors that are responsive, professional, organized and flexible as well as skilled. Bay Kings was all of that! They answered all our questions in a timely manner with clarity, they were flexible when rain plans changed things and they trusted our team to facilitate it while making sure the dance floor was full all night. An incredible band that is on my must-book list for future clients looking for live entertainment.

  As a wedding planner, it's always a great time when we get to work with vendors that are responsive, professional, organized and flexible as well as skilled. Bay Kings was all of that!   Magical Weekend

  The Bay Kings Band were a fabulous addition to my wedding day-- They truly created perfect ambiance for a spectacular event. Brandon was wonderful to work with during the planning phase. He was able to make our dreams come to life! The musicians (7) of Bay Kings Band provided ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception music. Of note--They were able to accommodate our completely outdoor wedding. From the minute they started playing during the reception, the dance floor was full. The artists were absolutely incredible and engaging!!! So very talented and kept the energy going! We truly enjoyed having them, and definitely would recommend!! Thank you !

  I cannot say enough good things about Bay Kings Band. We heard them play at a friend's wedding a month before we got engaged, and it was the most fun reception! The minute I started wedding planning, I had no doubt this was the band for us. After finding the lead man, Billy, I was told this particular band was from the Orlando area. I was heartbroken, thinking there was no way they would travel to Sarasota for me- but they did!! It was the best decision we made for our wedding. Working with Billy was one of the easiest experiences throughout the wedding planning process- he is AMAZING! Everyone commented on how great our band was and the dance floor was full! Billy and his team put on the best show and we had the time of our lives on the dance floor. We would HIGHLY recommend them!! :)

  If you want to have the BEST time at your wedding, hire Bay Kings Band! We had a 5 piece band at our wedding and they had everyone (young and old) jamming. At the last song of the night, everyone yelled “Encore” because they didn’t want it to end. Brandon was also great to work through the planning process and they have a super helpful and detailed planning page. Couldn’t recommend more!

  If you want to have the BEST time at your wedding, hire Bay Kings Band! We had a 5 piece band at our wedding and they had everyone (young and old) jamming. At the last song of the night, everyone yelled “Encore” because they didn’t want it to end.   If you are deciding on a band for your wedding or event, absolutely go with Bay Kings Band!! Their energy is unmatched and you can definitely tell they love what they do. Tori was so responsive and wonderful to work with in the planning process. The band learned and played a special rendition for our first dance, and they crushed it! Everyone at our wedding is still raving about them. I wish I could relive our reception over and over! Noel, Dakota, Alex and the entire band thank you so much for an incredible night!!

  High Energy, Packed Dance Floor

  We used Bay Kings Band for our wedding and were blown away by how talented the musicians were. They brought the energy and the dance floor was packed all night. They also let us rehearse our first dance privately before everyone entered the reception area. We thought this was very thoughtful and it helped take away the nerves. Will definitely book again!

  Incredible energy

  The Bay Kings Band were amazing! A live band adds so much to a wedding, and the Bay Kings' talent and enthusiasm cannot be overstated. My husband is a professional musician, with several fellow musicians in attendance, and so many guests came up to us to say it was the best wedding band they'd ever experienced! They create an amazing atmosphere, bring so much energy, and perform a variety of songs for the whole crowd to enjoy. 10/10!

  Bay Kings Band is THE BEST! They helped were our MC, provided ceremony music, cocktail hour music, and a band for the reception and their execution was PERFECT! They were very helpful during the planning phase and made my decision making very easy. Night of everyone had a BLAST and they did a great job pumping up the group and we danced all night. Cannot be more grateful for their help making our night so special!

  June Wedding at the Islander Resort

  Run, don’t walk, to book Bay Kings Band for your next South Florida wedding or event! Waldo was timely, responsive, and flexible throughout our booking process, working with us to answer all of our questions and help us build the best package for our wedding. We decided on a guitarist and audio support for our ceremony, a keyboard player for our cocktail hour and a 6-piece band with MC for our reception. Leading up to our wedding, Waldo worked hand-in-hand with us to build out our Band Planning Page to detail our schedule, vision, and artist/song preferences for the night, and he was always willing and eager to provide recommendations throughout the planning process (e.g., processional/recessional songs that sound good on the guitar, when to fade out music during first dances to avoid awkwardness, etc.). The night of, Bay Kings Band was absolutely on fire. They played banger after banger and worked the crowd the entire time. They were responsive to guests’ live song requests, and they even played happy birthday for a guest when we asked. When the sky split open and rain poured down in the last 30 minutes of our reception, they dialed up the energy even more and created a legendary rainstorm dance party on the dance floor (our favorite part of the wedding). Months later, our guests are still raving about Bay Kings Band.   The band was absolutely amazing!! To start with planning, their manager Alex was easily accessible and made the whole process such a breeze. Their online portal system was straight forward and allowed me access to their planning information page which was a huge help. We had our phone meeting a week out about day of events and Alex again made everything so easy for me, answered all my questions and by the end I had zero worries. For our ceremony we had a solo guitarist who was incredible! He knew such a wide variety of songs and every song I had asked about for the recessional, bride recession and processional he knew! The moment before I walked down the aisle I got butterflies when my song came on, I’m so grateful to have that memory forever. For the reception, we had a 7 piece band and they were just amazing! I told them prior to the wedding, we have a large wedding and we just want to dance. That dance floor didn’t empty the majority of the night. The lead singer was so incredibly talented, she sang unbelievably. So many of my guests made it a point to come find me during or after the wedding to tell me about how amazing the band was and I couldn’t agree more! They were such a huge factor in making our day so perfect!
