  The women at BANA Salon were nothing short of fabulous! My photographer had recommended we go to them because she's a client and we loved it! The stylists, receptionists, and make-up artist were all very friendly and they did an amazing job on us. I believe I was with Courtney.. she is awesome! I literally showed her 3 hairstyles I liked and she incorporated each style into my own. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it! Also, I believe we were with Michelle for make-up. She is so sweet and so talented. I received so many compliments on both hair and make-up. I wish I lived in Ann Arbor because BANA would be my salon!

  Megan helped with my hair updo and makeup for my wedding and she did a fantastic job! I felt like a princess! I got lots of compliments on how beautiful my hair and makeup were.
  
  Megan had also been very helpful in my trial runs. She worked very hard to accomodate my need for a thicker looking hair and it turned out gorgeous-just as I had imagined. I would recommend her to any brides.

  Every one of their stylists are amazing. There were 8 of us who needed hair done for the wedding, and then myself and my mother got our makeup done, as well. They provided us with bagels and cream cheese, cookies, coffee and mamosas while we were there.

  I had never been to this salon before, but it seemed like it would be suitable. I am so glad that I went with Bana. I made all the arrangements over the phone with Kari who was super helpful, responsive and fun!! We had cheese and crackers on our Mani/Pedi day and mimosas and bagels on my wedding day.
  
  Most importantly though, the service was great! Megan did my wedding day hair and make-up and she did such an amazing job. I felt more beautiful than I ever had before. Megan was also a lot of fun. All my bridesmaids looked amazing and the people that helped us were great.

  Bana had one of the cheaper salon packages for brides that I found in the Ann Arbor area, but was by no means any less amazing. I had my bridesmaids, mother and mother in law all in for manicures and pedicures. All the nail techs were friendly, sweet and did great work. We got warming neck wraps, comfy couches, and free tea, chai, and coffee. Very relaxing! My own pre-wedding trial was amazing - Megan spent almost as much time on the trial as she did on the actual wedding day. She also took pages of notes about the style I wanted so I felt much more relaxed and confident about the wedding day knowing she would remember what I needed. The hair and makeup were absolutely beautiful - I felt like a princess and the hair didn't budge an inch the whole night which was absolutely essential to me!
  The only issue was with the payment - they make you prepay 50% of the total value of your services. When we changed our services, they seemed to be confused about how to calculate a new total minus the deposit we already paid. Everything turned out fine in the end - but maybe they need an easier payment plan. They also seemed difficult to get in contact with - Megan booked my package so she ended up being the only one I could talk to to make changes so if she wasn't in, I had to wait for her to call back. But other than that, the services were great!
