I never thought we’d hire a wedding planner, but working with Baldwin and Rose was the best wedding choice we made! From the beginning of our first Zoom meeting to the moment she helped break down the chairs at the end of the night, Halley went above and beyond to help us have exactly the wedding we wanted. Halley connected us with vendors we never would have found on our own who completely suited our budget and vision, thought of all the details we didn’t, and calmed our considerable nerves throughout. (She also made sure we actually managed to eat!) We’re so grateful that Halley’s holistic approach helped us create a joyous, quirky weekend that allowed us to maximize time with our loved ones. -

Halley made our wedding happen. My fiancé and I wanted to be married, but are both chronic procrastinators, and had a lot of trouble actually getting anything done. Halley came in, listened to our unique needs, and crafted a detailed plan of how it was all going to happen. She got us organized, created to-do lists, delegated work to our parents, called vendors, booked them all, and sent us a detailed invoice at the end. I should also mention that we were actually planning TWO weddings, one local and one 3,000 miles away. So everything she completed had to be done twice, and totally remote for half of it. It all went off perfectly and we are so happy with the results!
Halley herself is gregarious, meticulous, easy to work with, and the most thoughtful person I've ever met. I highly recommend her services. Once you hire her, you will breathe a deep sigh of relief and things will start going according to plan. -

Halley and co was a complete life saver. Our venue told us last minute we couldn’t set up the day before. They went there day of early to set up and made sure everything was perfect AND made sure the wild animals (the bridal party) behaved and walked down the aisle on time. My husband wasn’t thrilled about having a wedding coordinator but now he is telling everyone how great it was to have her. If you are questioning having a wedding coordinator, DO IT. -

Halley was a life saver. As a Bride who felt incredibly overwhelmed by the wedding industry, Halley eased my concerns and helped me navigate the endless decisions that planning a wedding involves. She recommended amazing vendors (DJ and Photographer) who we and our guests adored. She kept me on track and helped me remember the little logistics you sometimes don't think of in planning a large event. On the day of the wedding, she calmly handled strong personalities and the teeny bits of havoc that throwing together an outdoor tent wedding inevitably involves. I highly recommend Halley if you are looking for a down to earth, legit good human being to work with. -

Halley is a fantastic day-of-coordinator. We planned a completely DIY wedding and had no clue how the day was going to come together. Halley stepped in and choreographed the entire day flawlessly. We went to get ready and came back to the tent looking exactly how we had pictured. She kept the timeline running smoothly but not in an overbearing way. If anything went wrong during our wedding, we have no idea because Halley took care of it. Beyond her organizing skills, Halley is also a fantastic person. She is funny, joyful, and supportive. She was a wonderful person to have around on our day, and we couldn't be more thankful that we hired her. -

We weren’t planning on having a wedding planner but as we said the other day to each other, “If we didn’t have Halley we would have quit.”
She made us so comfortable and had so many great ideas! She connected us to local vendors that fit our style and personalities so well. She was organized, sweet, supportive and fun! She even earned the GOAT wedding planner award at our wedding :). We highly recommend working with her!
