Rachael from Bad Boss Bride was essential to our wedding’s success. Getting a coordinator was a necessary support navigating a load-in venue while retaining our own ability to enjoy the day. She did a very good job directing the many vendors, guests with roles in the wedding/photos, and managing conflict/relationships amongst vendors. She is very protective of her couples which was greatly appreciated, particularly for two conflict-averse people. Aside from the direct coordination piece, the upfront organizational tools she gave were helpful even before our 30-day kickoff, and she provided many resources to help us make the day a success (like a small table to hold ceremony items, easels for signs, etc.). There’s also small things that were super appreciated like grabbing video of key moments unsolicited since we only had a photographer. Rachael did a great job and we are very happy to have worked with her! -

We will start by saying that working with Rachael was the best experience of our entire wedding planning endeavor. Rachael is extremely professional and on top of her game through all stages of the process. From ensuring we felt like guests at our own wedding, to being there for us through every emotional step of the way, she truly deserves the highest regard for her top-notch expertise.
Rachael handled all facets of our planning – from designing our beautiful florals to managing every single third-party vendor with absolute precision. Most importantly, Rachael is incredible on her feet; unbeknownst to us at the time, a few things behind the scenes went south on our wedding day, and we had absolutely no idea. She handled it seamlessly so that we could remain fully present and enjoy the day without a single worry.
Beyond her professionalism, Rachael brings a calming presence, a sharp eye for detail, and an ability to anticipate needs before they even arise. She strikes the perfect balance between being a steady, reassuring guide and an assertive manager who ensures everything gets done flawlessly.

We cannot recommend Rachael and her team enough. From the very start she made the whole process easy and enjoyable and was there for us every step of the way. She is incredibly detail oriented and went above and beyond to make sure nothing was missed. On our wedding day she was absolutely amazing and made sure everything went smoothly so we could just relax and enjoy the moment.
The flowers were stunning. Our chuppah was more beautiful than we ever imagined and the table arrangements took our breath away.
Every detail was thoughtful, creative, and completely perfect.

Incredible florals!
Rachael is incredible, she made some floral arrangements for my wedding and my bouquet, I sent her a picture of how I wanted it and she did something better than I expected, all my guests were in love with the arrangements and the colors, she is super friendly and maintains excellent communication, she made my special day and everything looked beautiful. If I could, I would give her a thousand stars. -

I can't recommend Rachael and her team at BBB enough! We hired them for floral design, décor, and coordination, and I’m so glad we did. Rachael took me and my husband’s scattered ideas and turned them into a stunning, cohesive vision—all while staying within budget. She even helped us upgrade our reception décor into an elegant, romantic setup with deep burgundy napkins, black plates, and gold silverware. Rachael was the best to work with for our wedding florals, design, and coordination. She took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life. From the time I found her instagram page, I knew I had to work with her. Many photos from previous wedding shared on her page quickly went on my vision board. She brought that vision to life for our 11/1/24 wedding. Everything looked flawless. We also had Rachael help with one month our coordination. There are a lot of details you need to go over that month (especially week of the wedding) and Rachael eliminated a lot of the stress. She had a concise timeline and communicated with all of our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Can't recommend Rachael and her team enough! -

I worked with Rachael from Bad Boss Bride for our wedding florals and was so happy with the beautiful result! The planning process was very organized and straightforward. At my follow-up meeting I had some changes to the color scheme that Rachael was so receptive to and perfectly matched for my event. At all contact points she was willing to work to match my budget and vision. I expressed concern about making my bridal bouquet match my petite frame and she hit it out of the park - it was beautiful and perfectly sized. She also worked so well with my planner Kris (unKAGed events) to create a perfect romantic tablescape. I highly recommend!

Rachael was a pleasure to work with! She was both our coordinator and our florist. She made the entire wedding planning process feel stress free and handled every situation behind the scenes to ensure that our day was exactly how we pictured it! Rachael made our wedding reception absolutely gorgeous and classy! We got so many compliments on the decor! We totally recommend her and are thankful that she was available to decorate for our special day. We had a small wedding reception (~75 people) and requested for her to remain within our budget. My fiance and I booked full wedding planning with Rachael and the Bad Boss Bride team and it was the best decision we ever made! If you are even on the fence I HIGHLY recommend booking with BBB.
From the first phone call to the day of, Rachael listened to who we were as a couple and truly created our perfect day.
She is very calm and comforting, helpful and informative without being overbearing.
She truly knows her vendors and clients and even with our research on vendors- she always ended up having the perfect pick for our vision from venue to photography and beyond.
Everyone expects wedding planning to be stressful (ourselves included), not once during the whole wedding planning process were we ever stressed or anxious. Our family and friends kept checking in and were confused how we were so calm :)
The best part about booking with BBB is that Rachael also does design and florals!
She knows her flowers, seasons and how to really make a room pop. She was able to give us honest suggestions and tell us if certain design elements/florals were needed or unnecessary for our venue and our vision all while staying in budget.
I asked to add tropical elements to the bridal and bridemaids bouquets and she even had specific flowers shipped from Canada! I'm still looking at pictures of my bouquet and obsessed with it :)
Rachael truly made this day even better than we both could have imagined. Even our family and friends are still raving about every aspect of the day! -

From the very first phone call, it was clear that Bad Boss Bride wanted us to have the wedding of our dreams and was going to walk us through the process with a level of communication and professionalism that I had not received from other prospective planners. Rachael and her team actually listened to what we wanted and did not try to force us into a decision that did not feel right, which I think is what really sets them apart from other planners. They made us feel comfortable and confident that we would be able to move through the planning process while staying absolutely true to who we are. They worked hard to make our desires a reality within the confines of practicality, such as budget and an unconventional outdoor venue. I did not realize how much work planning a wedding would be, and they supported us through some very challenging moments. They really want you to be happy and feel supported throughout the process up until the wedding day. I am creative and really wanted to do some DIY projects. They supported me through them while also explaining what would work best for the reality of a wedding day. They understand the ins and outs of what could go wrong, and they made sure everything was in line for success on the day of. We decided to go with Rachael for our florals, and I'm so happy we did. She matched our vision so perfectly. I even preserved the flowers from my bouquet, which is something I never thought I'd do! Everything was visually stunning, and the day was truly perfect.
BBB really went above and beyond. If I had to do it again, I'd probably hire them for full planning from the very beginning. They are true professionals. I truly could not have done it without them. I am forever grateful.

Without, Rachael, Taylor and the BadBossBride team, our wedding day would not have been the pure *magic* that it was.
When we started our wedding planning process, finding reliable vendors that coincided with our vision was challenging and overwhelming. Beyond that, I worried that I would spend our wedding day coordinating all the details we had worked so hard to plan that I wouldn't be able to let go and fully enjoy our day.
I had vetted several planners, most of whom were out of our budget range and made me feel as though they were trying to sell/pressure us too hard into signing with them. Then I met Rachael. Her calm demeanor and confidence instantly put me at ease and I knew BadBossBride would be a perfect fit for us. What I loved most about working with her is that she truly works to make your vision come to life while being respectful of your budget. I had a grand vision for what I wanted the florals in our ballroom to look like and the price for my vision gave me massive sticker shock. Rachael took the wheel and created a design and floral plan that not only realized that vision within our budget, but exceeded my expectations in its beauty.
Beyond that, I did not worry about one thing on my wedding day other than the excitement of meeting my sweet fiance at the end of the aisle. If anything went wrong that day, I sure as hell didn't know about it. My guests were RAVING about the smoothness of the day and how catered to they felt by Rachael's team. She made our 250 person wedding feel like the joyous celebration I had always dreamed of, filled with love, laughter and memories I'll never forget.
Rachael was integral in sourcing our photography, photobooth and transportation teams, designing and creating our flowers and decor (including signage and candles) and coordinating all of our vendors throughout our planning process.
I always hoped I'd be able to say my wedding day was the best day of my life and I'm so thankful to confidently scream that from the rooftops thanks to Rachael and her team. Don't hesitate- just book them!

When I got engaged two years ago, my first thought was immediate excitement. "Oh, this is going to be so much fun!" Which I think a lot of brides initially believe. Then for some, reality sets in. It can be really overwhelming to think about all the parts that go into wedding planning. Searching for a venue alone was the first monumental task that got me immediately going from excitement to freak out mode. Then came Rachael. I found her on instagram. Her page immediately spoke to me, with its laid back charm and unique designs. I knew I needed her. Our first call, we immediately clicked and the rest is history. Rachael and her team made the whole planning process a breeze. She was always able to ease my frantic thoughts and allowed me to bounce wedding design ideas around. Rachael was responsive and communicative. Whats even more awesome, is that she also does florals, which is a trait that not a lot of planners offer. This was super helpful and Rachael was able to create a beautiful ceremony and backdrop for our sweetheart table and keep us within budget. We had a great experience with BBB, particularly with Taylor who was our lead planner. My biggest regret is not booking BBB for their full package. Nevertheless, even with the partial planning package, we were kept organized with monthtly calls, reminders of what I needed to be thinking about, 5-star vendor recommendations, and support with our design. One highlight was our seating arrangement. Taylor dreamt up a design that I fell in love with and she executed it perfectly. See picture attached. Day of, she and her assistant were behind the scenes making sure everything ran smoothly so there was 0 stress for me and my groom. I don't know what I would have done without BBB! -

Where to even begin, I found Rachael from Bad Boss Bride a little shy of a year from my wedding date. I was immediately drawn to all of their work; their style is exactly how I wanted my wedding to look and feel. I hadn't found any other wedding planners who doubled as florists, it felt meant to be, and after having the most amazing day of my life, it was definitely meant to be.
From the beginning, Rachael was very communicative and super helpful, keeping me calm and helping me understand what I needed to do and what to expect. Something no one tells you about weddings, because how would you know when you haven't done it before, is how much work and planning go into it; I had picked a venue where everything needed to be hired: Catering, Band, Florals, Rentals, etc. Rachael helped assure me every step of the way, created lists based on my needs and wants (dietary restrictions & venue restrictions) of vendors that would be a good fit, and then worked with all of my vendors to create the most seamless day. Every time I felt somewhat panicked, I was able to text or email and my worries were gone.
The weeks leading up to my wedding were the most stressful weeks, and Rachael was on top of *everything*. I wanted a lounge area, Rachael made it happen. I wanted a back-up weather day-of option, Rachael made it happen. Every tiny thing I worried about, Rachael had a back-up, it was the most stressful, stress-free two weeks and I can't thank the team enough. Every minor detail, every contact, just, everything. If anything went wrong the day of, I had no idea. I hired Bad Boss Bride for their ultimate package, including design help, florals, and day of coordination, and it was the best decision I made for the wedding. Rachael took all of my ideas, made them better, and brought them to life in the most fairy-tale, dream of a wedding day I could have imagined. The visuals, florals, the setups, just, everything was beautiful. I never imagined I would have a magazine wedding, but I did, and it was all Rachael's doing. My wedding was perfect, I can't recommend Bad Boss Bride enough.

Idk what we would have done without BBB!
We are so grateful to have found BBB to help plan our wedding reception! We truly do not know what we would have done without their advice, expertise and partnership. Rachael and team supported us with both planning & design/florals - and they totally exceeded our expectations!
Rachael and I connected in 2020 before the pandemic and had to put our partnership on hold until 2022. We're appreciative that BBB honored their commitment to us 2 years later. Leading up to the wedding, we had monthly calls with clear agendas & next steps that kept us focused on all the details we needed to handle. Rachael recommended nearly all of our amazing vendors and facilitated the introductions and contract reviews. She was there for us when vendors cancelled last minute & provided additional options right away.
BBB did our table design & florals and I truly couldn't believe how GORGEOUS the end result turned out. They provided us inspiration boards & mock ups to review ahead of time and even still, seeing that all come to life on the day of, was better than we could have expected! The photos speak for themselves!
Rachael also has a calming nature to her which we really valued. She was there for us when we ran into road blocks along the way and always provided options to resolve whatever issue we were faced with. Rachael, Mike and Jess were so professional and focused on the day of the reception, making sure everything ran seamlessly. My husband and I literally did not worry about a thing and went to sleep that night saying how perfectly the entire day went thanks to the team.
We could not recommend BBB enough if you are looking for a talented, unique, personable and fun wedding planning experience. Our wedding was so perfectly us & its due in large part to our partnership with Rachael and team. THANK YOU!! -

From the beginning to end, I can’t have enough good things to say about bad boss bride. When I first got engaged, I was that bride that thought I could plan a wedding on my own, and let me just say flat out that I was wrong!! The amount of effort, detail, and care that the whole team put went beyond compared to anything we could have imagined. The day of the wedding, you would never know the amount of running around that they all did- Taylor, Ali and Rachael. Even Rachael’s husband who helped set up our arch- just absolutely amazing!! Ali ran around through a few different towns making sure we all had our flowers on top of all of the design and arranging at the venue! Taylor is an absolute godsend and we can’t thank her more. She is the definition of calm, cool and collected- everything a couple could need. For months she has given us advice on anything and everything, from vendors & design to weird family dynamics! Any question or issue we had, she had an answer or was quick to figure out a solution for us. Taylor is seriously such a sweetheart and was so positive throughout the whole process. It was truly comforting during those stressful times, and that really meant the world to me. Did I mention that they are also AMAZING florists? Every floral piece at the wedding was seriously soooo dreamy and exactly what I imagined. I could go on and on about how perfectly my day went and the reason is because of bad boss. Bad Boss Bride planned and executed our wedding exceptionally well. Rachael, Mike, Taylor and their entire team made our special day feel like magic. I did not have to worry about anything and felt totally supported from beginning to end. We planned our wedding in under 4 months in my parent’s backyard, and from the beginning, Rachael and Taylor made excellent suggestions for invitations and vendors - photography, tent rental, catering, babysitters and florals - to match our personalities, style and at home venue. My husband builds out Sprinter vans and Rachael even suggested a vintage VW Bus for guest photos - which everyone loved! BBB also designed and set up our rehearsal dinner so beautifully with beautiful candles, tablecloths and lights. I forgot to bring the vegan cupcakes for my cousins and friends, and Rachael and Mike went back to my house while the event was occurring to pick them up! What amazing support and service. We were especially thrilled with Paloma’s work on the flowers (@djunavine) and would never have found her without Racheal’s help. The planning meetings each week helped keep me organized and on target and anything I needed or any questions I had, Rachael and Taylor responded right away and were always kind, calming and ON IT! If you are looking for an organized, aesticially talented and professional wedding planning team, look no further. You will have the best day of your life with these folks. We hired BBB to as our designer/planner/florist and had an (almost) perfect experience. We worked with Rachael from about 7 months before our wedding - she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering a lot of our questions and guiding us in selecting vendors. We ended up with some really phenomenal vendors that we owe basically entirely to her and she and her team worked with them seamlessly. BBB was recommended to us through our venue and that's where Rachael was extremely valuable - she worked with our venue really well and was able to navigate some of the challenges our venue presented with ease.
Both my husband and I come from a theater background (design and management respectively) - which perhaps made us more Type A/detail-oriented/over-communicative than most couples. There was some lack of clarity at points in the process around the design process and communication wasn't always perfect - we often had to follow up on emails we sent and responses were not always super prompt - which led to some frustrations during our planning process. (I assume this was probably due to the fact that 2022 is just a crazy year of a lot of weddings).
From a week out through EOD on our wedding however, Rachael and Taylor were beyond on top of it. As a former stage manager, I knew I would have trouble letting go on my wedding day but Rachael and Taylor ended up making me feel super comfortable/at ease that everything was taken care of. Day of, there was a surprise rainstorm (our wedding was all outdoors) just as we arrived to the venue in the afternoon, and just as I was starting to have a panic attack, Rachael showed up in the bridal suite to assure me that she had a plan and everything was under control. She also went above and beyond to make up for shortcomings of the venue staff. Taylor, Rachael's associate, was also AMAZING day of. She was super communicative/helpful/accessible from getting us drinks when we needed them to facilitating our cake-cutting and sparkler exit flawlessly.
From a design/floral standpoint, our wedding was GORGEOUS and exactly what I always dreamed of. My bouquet especially was beyond stunning. Rachael's knowledge of our venue allowed her to set our reception up perfectly and I truly am still obsessed with how our wedding looked. -

I hired Rachael and her Bad Boss Bride team for what was supposed to be a baby shower/engagement party only 5 months before the event. I figured since I was pregnant, I didn't need the extra stress of planning a party. After meeting with Rachael in person and via email for about two months, my husband and I realized that turning it into a wedding would make more sense since our guest list was increasing and the venue we picked was too gorgeous not to. So the Bad Boss Bride team basically had 3.5 months to plan a full 120 person wedding consisting of a ceremony, dinner and dancing, and all the other bells and whistles that go into it. I never expected how MUCH detail we needed to consider. Thankfully, Rachael laid it all out for us and also gave us different options based on our vision and our budget! Any hiccups along the way were quickly managed by her team and I truly felt at ease on the day of our wedding. I knew we were in the best of hands and I couldn't recommend them enough! -

Microwedding Master
Rachael took our whole vision and put it into real life. My husband was apprehensive about using a planner in the first place, thinking we could “save and do things ourselves since it’s a small wedding “. That statement was so wrong and my husband even admits it after our amazing day! :) if you have a small wedding, it’s even more important that you get the chance to celebrate the day with your loved ones, and a planner like Rachael will really help you create that experience. We keep talking about how happy we are Rachael was there to make our microwedding day so special. I don’t think we ever imagined having such a beautiful wedding day, and it was really all thanks to Rachael’s carefully thought out recommendations and creations. From the table pieces she made and then the photographer, venue, and even the truly talented guitar player/singer she recommended. It was the most beautiful day of our lives. And it was our wedding! We were able to spend more time with family and the ones we love because Rachael kept things running smoothly on our day. There is so much value to using a planner, especially Rachael, on your day. BBB is a gem
Because of the pandemic, we had to cancel our destination wedding plans and shifted to a local intimate ceremony and dinner instead. I had 4 months to book a whole new team of vendors to keep our original date, and I'm so glad Rachael was the first one I hired. She has a background as a producer so understands event design and run of show. We just clicked. She absolutely crushed the day-of coordination and floral design -- insane that she does BOTH and offers reasonable package pricing. At no point in the entire process did my husband and I feel stressed or worried about any of the details. She took our direction well but offered her own creative opinion on everything -- it was a nice balance. She recommended a great photographer and rentals vendor that we're so glad we added to our dream team. She handled the setup and breakdown of our event with ease within a tight timeline. My family and friends had nothing but positive things to say about her and her team's professionalism. It was truly a memorable day in that we were able to just enjoy ourselves. Stuck with us through the long haul
It is difficult for me to find the words to express how grateful I am to have found Rachael. I first encountered bad boss bride and Rachael through one of the many facebook wedding groups I had joined when we first got engaged in November 2019. We decided to work together in March 2020, about a week before NY went into lockdown. Back then, we had been planning a much larger event (our original guest list was over 200 people). Over the coming months, as it became more and more evident that we wouldn’t be allowed to throw an affair of this scale (on top of realizing that a large, traditional wedding was not at all our style), we ultimately decided to keep our original wedding date and original venue, and have a small, intimate gathering consisting of immediate family and our wedding party. Rachael was present through every step of the way, and was game for whatever we decided to do. She is well-connected (her networking capabilities were able to snag us the farm tables of my dreams) and respected in her industry, which was a great help when we were on our vendor search. She always kept it real and straight with us, and was willing and able to give advice on everything from how to reel in my mother’s expectations to what was a reasonable amount to spend on a tent. As an individual with many different interests and an appreciation for every design aesthetic, Rachael kindly forced me to reign in all of my ideas. She weeded through my plethora of handmade and thrifted decor that I spent over a year collecting and created what was in my head, but was difficult for me to describe or design on my own. She did everything from making my bouquet and doing all the florals (which I didn't even think I had the budget for in the beginning, but she magically made happen), to setting up our dessert station. We cannot ever thank her enough for all of her guidance, expertise, patience and resourcefulness. I have told every bride I know how essential it is to find someone to be on your side that isn’t a friend or relative, that you truly connect with, and who is going to help you actualize your vision. Rachael is a special person in the wedding industry, as she is straight-forward, present, professional and relatable. She set out to fill a void within the industry, and she has done just that.

Dream elopement
Rachael planned and designed the elopement of my dreams! Like many other brides, COVID-19 threw a wrench in our original wedding plans. We had to postpone our wedding to next fall but my now husband and I wanted to do something more meaningful to us, so we eloped on our fifth anniversary on October 23. Rachael was so great to work with and made sure our vision was met. Together we chose the most beautiful venue, and Rachael hired the best vendors. She has such an eye for detail and the elopement was beautifully designed. I cannot recommend her enough! -

Rachael made all my wedding dreams come true!
Rachael helped me find my vision (after having to rework our wedding three times this year I sort of felt lost) and executed it beyond belief. We narrowed down a few colors, designs, decor I had already purchased, and all of the awesome items she has collected in her own inventory to make our vision a reality. I could not have dreamt of a more beautiful tablescape and ceremony. She helped me find a local caterer and her team also did all of the lighting and sound for our wedding (we opted out of a DJ but through Rachael we rented super nice speakers to play our own playlist on, microphone set up for ceremony, and beautiful uplighting for the reception). She kept us on track with the weeks leading up to the ceremony and made our day of wedding so smooth and seamless. She used flowers from our florist out of state to make small bridesmaids bouquets, beautiful center pieces, and arrangements for on the beautiful arch we also rented from her. She understood my vision and preferences so well and she thought of every detail imaginable. She is so passionate and dedicated about making your day so special and perfect and she absolutely delivered - I could not recommend her more. -

Perfect Mini Wedding!
I am so thankful I found Rachael when planning my mini-wedding, as it turned out absolutely perfect! When we had to postpone our big wedding, we knew we still wanted to get married on our original date. I wanted to keep it small, but still wanted our event to be beautiful and special. I knew if I went the DIY backyard route, I would ultimately regret it. I reached out to Rachael, and she helped us plan the most beautiful event that perfectly fit my vision within our budget. She has an incredible eye for design, and she was able to take my ideas and make them into something that perfectly represented us.
The day of our wedding was so stress free, as she and Jessie took care of every detail. She has a great network of vendors, and coordinated everything for us so we were able to just enjoy the day with each other and our families. Exceed expectations and created my dream wedding
Rachael far exceeded my expectations from day one. Immediately after my fiance and I cancelled our original wedding due to covid restrictions, I found Rachael through a facebook post. I called her instantly. She picked up my phone call and helped immediately start crafting my dream wedding. She was always reliable and super flexible. Rachael answered my texts and calls at all hours of the day/night, which made planning a new wedding in a month's time much easier. Her creativity, energy, and love for weddings made planning during a pandemic fun. She made the experience super personal (sending flowers after my fiance lost his grandfather), and I truly felt as though I was working with a type-A best friend the entire time. The day of, Rachael and her husband set up an INCREDIBLE ceremony and reception.. bringing creativity and special touches to the design. Our day ran super smooth, even with only 35 people. Me and my husband decided to cancel our larger wedding in November due to COVID and elope instead in the end on July. Our photographer has connected us with Rachael to plan our elopement. Since our decision to elope was somewhat spontaneous, we had less than a month to plan our celebration and had no idea what we wanted (or even could want) for our special day. From the first contact, Rachael was patient, professional and supportive. She was ALWAYS on top of everything from contacting vendors to thinking through little details. Multiple times during the planning process she was there to calm my nerves and reassure that, despite everything, we will have the BEST day ever. As a bride, I did not have a set Pinterest board or a clear idea of what I want my wedding to look like (especially since I believed that I still had a lot of time to figure everything out before November). Despite that, Rachael was able to feel our style and create a true fairytale. On the day of the celebration, Rachael and her partner Michael were there for us from setting up and breaking down their amazing decorations to fixing the dress, taking behind-the-scenes picture and videos, looking after our rebellious pups and calming my bridal anxiety. They even brought a steamer, Tide pens and other things that we didn't even thing we might need. They are both amazing and authentic people who made us feel extra special on our wedding day, when all our family and friends were not present. They played our selected songs in the right time (special thanks to Michael for following us around with Bluetooth speaker as we took pictures), live-streamed our entire ceremony for friends and family to see, created our signature drinks and made everything look and feel special. Rachael has an amazing taste such that my mom (who is an interior designer and is extremely hard to satisfy aesthetically) couldn't stop giving her compliments on how beautiful everything looked. I cannot imagine anyone else being in charge of our elopement. If me and my husband (YAYA!) could do it all over again, we would definitely call Bad Boss Bride to plan and style our special day! -
