Dianne is a very sweet and down to earth person. she was very easy to work with I would recommend her as a day of coordinator for any event. My husband and I got the pleasure of having her and a assistant work for our backyard wedding and she made everything so easy. From making sure people are going where they need to go to making sure that I did not have a nervous break down she did it all. she kept me on schedule as well as the entire wedding and reception. -

From the day that we hired her until the end of the wedding, Dianne played a huge role in our wedding and it would not have been executed nearly as well without her and Natasha. I had absolutely no logistical or coordination issues to stress about (or even think about) the day of the wedding as Dianne was always two steps ahead. I cannot say enough positive things about her work. I very highly recommend working with At Last Event Planning, and if planning a wedding in the SFV area, hire Dianne V!
We loved working with her and would absolutely recommend her to any couples getting married. -

We had our wedding April 19, 2019 and we are super happy we hired At Last Event Planning with Dianne and Candace. They did amazing job coordinating our wedding day. You ladies were so easy to work with. Everything went smoothly because of you guys. Candace thank you so much for helping with the rehearsal, we would have been so lost without you lol :) . Kimra Sent on 04/30/2017We loved her instantly! We are film producers so this wedding needs to go off flawlessly. She gets our unique vision & worked within our budget. Also offers great tips for other cost saving measures. She's checked in as we go and is helping already! Will update more after the big day!! 9/27/17: We were married last weekend & out of all of the vendors we hired... this by far is the best investment we made. I have produced films, coordinated large events for 100's of attendees but weddings seem to be a magnet for disasters & thankfully I had the foresight to realize I needed a wedding coordinator! Its hard to know where to begin. Dianne has been helping every step of the way (even tho I hired her only as a "day of" coordinator.") The biggest mistake I made throughout this process was not STARTING every query w/ Dianne on who to hire or to get solutions. She was always my OMG something is horribly wrong go to. I would have had less of those had I simply reached out to her on every decision. So much has gone wrong with other vendors and situations I have lost track of all the miracles she has orchestrated! But... I will name a few! When my CUSTOM made wedding dress arrived w/ countless errors (12" too long and 8" too small in the bust) I called Dianne in tears and her recommendation fixed the dress flawlessly! When 6:18 am before my wedding day my makeup artist flaked on me, Dianne recommended one that took the job and exceeded my expectations! Both vendors did more for the money than the flakes did. Throughout the biggest day of my life, she ran interference, waved her magic wand & solved crisis', called and took the caterer to task on errors, put up w/ drunken guests and was the best "associate producer" I've had on any "gig"! Countless guests told us she was the most amazing coordinator they have ever seen and our wedding was one of the best they ever attended. She will without hesitation be my first call for ANY events! HIRE HER! You will be glad you did!
