    Scam! Do not use

    SCAM!!!!!! I sent this guy a $1000 deposit. He doesn't live in Aruba he lives in Venezuela. he put the wrong number on his contact info! When I was in Aruba trying to get in contact with Arellano Films, the invited a new videographer to the office. As I tried calling Arellano, the guys phone rang, he worked fo ARUBA photo and films. He said he had no idea about it. The whole thing was super sketchy because I was talking to him through WhatsApp as if he were Arellano.

    I cannot get the $1000 back so I have to pay another videographer. the only reason why I trusted this contact in the first place is because it is on WEDDING WIRE! they said they couldn't help me . I also found out that their reviews are fake!! I will never ever rely on wedding wire for another contact again. What a joke

    DO NOT USE, unless you just feel like paying someone without getting any service. $1000 down the drain!

    Stole our money scam artist

    DO NOT TRUST!!!
    Never delivered any videos
    It’s been almost a year. It’s supposed to be the most special day. This guy is a scam artist doesn’t return phone calls or emails.
    I even tipped him extra money thinking our videos would be amazing. We got married may 18 2019 in Aruba. It’s now 9 months no response no videos nothing. We paid for 2 full videos and a teaser.

    Brides look elsewhere- SCAM ARTIST

    First off let me start with it’s been over a year and a half and we still have not received our wooden box with a physical drive that was promised and agreed upon in our contract. Carlos was a nightmare to deal with, unresponsive and created so much stress and aggravation for me. Not to mention he was supposed to stay the full night and tried to leave early and would have missed some fun footage. Not that it mattered bc we never got to see any of it. After a year of continually emailing him and messaging on social media we finally received a link to the video, but unable to view it and asked him to send it another way. We are still waiting for a response. I could not be more disappointed with Carlos and his services. Of course he was paid in full and I have nothing to show. He is a scam artist!!! I have told him repeatedly to provide me with what I paid for or to return my money. Brides do yourself a favor and keep looking and pay a little more if need be, this is my only regret of my amazing wedding day!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself Carlos!!

    Ruined my best day!

    This guy and his wife are a total rip off. Before choosing I saw 4 good reviews and loved his work. We got married in Aruba in September 2018. We got the biggest package for $2500 which was supposed to included 3 videos and a teaser and a drone film. Till this day we have not received 1 video. His wife and him hide behind what’s app and Instagram. Every now and then they will respond and say their sending this week and they got hacked then nothing. My husband is so mad at me for choosing Carlos. If anyone else has this problem here’s their phone number it’s international so need to add the + sign in front. +58 424-7777875 . Good luck. So sad what type of people rip of weddings 🤦‍♂️

    Thieves!

    If you want to throw away your special day then he’s your guy. You will never see any videos. I should of read the reviews first but I went straight to his website where he displays awesome work that I’m guessing he probably didn’t even make. Wedding wire should be ashamed to allow a scam artist to even be on their great site. What a terrible person he is. We got married in August 2018 and still haven’t received any videos or refund and all communication has ended!

    Rip off Don’t Hire won’t send videos

    Guy is a complete rip off. Haven’t every received any videos. Paid $2999 for 3 videos. This is since June 2018. He probably used a fake camera for all we know. My wife hates me now because it was my choice. What a terrible person to rip off the most special day. Shame on you
