We love Alessia B! We started working with Alessia in the summer of 2022 to plan for our wedding in Tuscany in May 2023. Alessia is super communicative and is always there to provide input, suggestions or a listening ear. She has great relationships with the venues/suppliers in the region which really helped us feel comfortable with the team executing our wedding vision. Even up until two days before the wedding, Alessia worked tirelessly for us to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams and the wedding we had planned together for the past year. Given rainy weather, we had to move our wedding dinner indoors - Alessia worked onsite with the entire vendor team to add several special touches to the existing Plan B and the final result was just magical. She cares so much about her clients and we could really feel her love shine through the entire weekend (which was amazing!). Alessia became like a close friend/family to us and we continue to miss her today! We want to do it all over again soon 😊.

Alessia & Cosmina are an absolute dream to work with. They worked so hard to make our wedding day truly perfect and I would say if you're looking for a planner to help with your Italian destination wedding, look no further because I can't imagine a better team. Even though we are 9 hours apart in time zones, they communicated so well and always responded to all of our questions / ideas/ thoughts so quickly. They helped us plan a destination wedding weekend for 80+ people at the most beautiful Tuscan countryside venue and not a single thing went wrong because of how much planning they put into it. I don't actually know where to begin when it comes to writing this review. There are too many wonderful things to say but I think first and foremost, it's important to share that in the two and half years we worked with Alessia to plan our wedding, she became so much more than our planner, we've gained a friend for life!
I discovered Alessia via her beautiful Instagram account and upon our first call together, knew instantly that she understood us and our vision. Soon after, we travelled to Tuscany to view venues and meet in person. Alessia listened to our ideas and shared her own experiences and inspirations to enhance our dream wedding.
On our second visit to Tuscany we spent two days together visiting the venue, menu tasting and meeting other suppliers like the florist. Alessia has amazing connections and she really worked with us to provide us with the best output for our budget. She understood where we wanted to invest and where we wanted to save. We came home elated! I should also add here, that it was on this visit we meet her wonderful assistant Cosmina, they are truly a dream team! Even understanding my perfectionism about the layout of the ceremony chairs!
Soon after returning home on cloud nine the pandemic hit and for 18 months our Italian dream felt far from reach. We ended up moving our wedding on two separate occasions, both times Alessia held our hands and patiently worked to rearrange all of our suppliers, and we finally went ahead two weeks ago with only 24 days notice that we were able to proceed without any quarantine rules. Alessia sprung into action and worked around the clock, to ensure everything was nothing short of perfect. It was SO perfect! I wish more than ever that we could relive it again. Everyone tells you how quickly the day passes, but nothing prepared me for it!
Alessia was available to us day and night, weekdays and weekends. Sometimes, on the tough days, she's send us voice notes of perseverance and encourage us not to give up. Alessia was positive throughout and always in touch, even if only to check in and see how things were going for us at home.
Tuscany will forever hold the most special place in our hearts and as we make our annual visits I know we will always fit in a coffee/wine and a catch-up with Alessia! You will not regret booking Alessia as your wedding planner! She is the BEST! -

When I saw Alessia, I immediately knew I wanted to book her as our wedding planner. When we were visiting a venue, she interrupted the manager of the venue, because she needed to save an animal that was drowning in the pool. My now husband was then convinced too that she would be the right fit for us. She is experienced, worked with plenty of superb Italian vendors, and is hands-on. Everyone that celebrated our wedding with us have said they loved the evening and how unique it was. Her communication was open and quick, no matter what day it was. She kept track of every part of the wedding, things I hadn’t even considered, and brought it all together. It is sometimes hard to picture everything together, but she would see the whole package and would give her honest opinion about decisions we were making.
There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Alessia being part of our special day. She is such a down to earth and lovely person too. I cannot recommend Alessia enough to everyone!

I cannot recommend Alessia enough as a wedding planner! She is absolutely AMAZING! She made all our dreams come true and more...! When I found her on the internet we arranged a FaceTime call to talk about what I was looking for and immediately I knew she was the person I wanted to organize my special day. She is warm, loving, enthusiastic, hard working and totally on top of her game. She knows all the best vendors and is able to work to any budget. She bargained on our behalf and sourced all the little touches of magic and sparkle that we wanted! She is honestly an angel and you should hire her to plan your wedding without a second thought - you will not regret it, believe me!! Working with Alessia was amazing and so, so easy! We're from the US and dreamed of having an intimate Italian wedding with our closest friends and family. From the very first Skype call, she understood my vision and quickly began bringing it to life.
Her knowledge of the area and the vendors was instrumental. I don't think we could have found a more perfect venue if we tried! She sent us multiple options for each vendor (photographers, musicians, makeup artists, etc.) which helped us choose individuals we felt would truly capture our style. Let's not forget the budget sheets! Those were so helpful in keeping us within budget and on time with payments to all the service providers.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Alessia went above and beyond in ensuring everything was perfect. She arranged our guests' transportation to the venue, put together welcome bags, scheduled my hair and makeup trial, timed our speeches with our musicians, and so much more! In doing so, I was able to really enjoy our time in Italy without worrying about all of the wedding details.
Our wedding was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. Our guests described it as a fairy tale wedding and a wedding worthy of Pinterest. We really can't thank Alessia enough for making our special day a dream come true!Alessia B Wedding Planner in Tuscany's reply:

Alessia Planned Our Dream Wedding in Tuscany!
Let me start by saying that Alessia is absolutely amazing and a true professional. My now husband and I live in Chicago, and we wanted a destination wedding in Tuscany. We worked with Alessia for over a year to plan our wedding, and I can honestly say the entire process was seamless. Alessia is super responsive (she was way more responsive to our emails than we were to her emails haha), and she always made herself available to Skype or call when we had questions. Alessia partners with only the best vendors, and each vendor went above and beyond on our wedding day. We cannot thank Alessia and her team enough for planning our dream wedding in Italy. Everything we dreamed of and more!
We started working with Alessia back in October for our July wedding in Tuscany. Planning an international wedding is tricky, but Alessia expertly guided us every step of the way. Alessia is responsive and organized and manages to keep track of things you’ve likely forgotten about (or never realized you should think of in the first place). Her experience and knowledge helped us pull off a wedding we only could have dreamed of.
Alessia is well connected in Tuscany with a great list of experienced vendors who can carry out your vision at an affordable price.
The day of the wedding went off without a hitch (literally every element was perfect and as planned). As a “type A” bride, my mind was racing all day about the various details but before I could even think to ask about the odds and ends, they were already in place. Alessia and her assistant Cosmina worked behind the scenes pulling the strings so that the bride, groom and guests could just enjoy the day.
Because of Alessia, our wedding was everything we dreamed and more!

Best Tuscany planner, person, connected, creative 12 stars!
As New Yorkers we explored the idea of a local planner to help us with a destination wedding. Big mistake. By luck we came across Alessia because she was highlighted in a stunning Tuscan wedding online. We connected and that is where I met the most kind, creative, connected woman that would help create not only a wedding, but a week of our dreams. If you want a planner who can either cater to your ever detail or if you are like me (be creative surprise me..but I would like the best vendors).. you found the right person. Ill start out with a little detail..then describe the wedding planning experience.. When landing in Italy for our wedding after a 24 delay to a totally different airport than we were supposed to.. with 2 kids (small in tow).. Alessia had a car waiting at our new airport for us to arrive on time. She was always available (who works until midnight Italy time). I truly think that kind capable people are the best people to work with.... and this begins my review of Alessia.
I will start by saying I cannot recommend Alessia enough. She was so helpful and assisted us every step of the way from venue selection to choosing the best vendors and finally ensuring the day of went smoothly We had a vision of what we wanted out of our Italian wedding and Alessia helped ensure it far exceeded our expectations.
We came across Alessia’s contact information early in our process while viewing Tuscany wedding photos and I am very glad I did. We began communicating and instantly felt comfortable and knew we were in good hands. Ahead of our trip to visit venues Alessia provided us with so many great options. We narrowed it down to 8 which we would see in two days while staying in Florence. We ultimately fell in love with the first location we saw and decided on a wedding date before we left Italy.
A few months later we were back for a food tasting, to pick out flowers and re-visit the venue. All the vendors we encountered were top-notch and Alessia made the process fun and exciting. Living in New York City and planning an Italian wedding is a bit daunting but Alessia was always there with timely responses and guided us along the way. We decided on a church wedding and Alessia ensured that all paperwork and documents were in order leading up to the wedding. She also helped us plan our Welcome Dinner and a BBQ the day after, all of which were amazing. We have included photos for this as for this event we left the entire look up to her. She is so talented- we were blown away. Nothing was typical.. every event is different.
The wedding day was perfect from the ceremony to the food and music. Alessia is truly a kind and caring professional who was always there when we had a question or to provide guidance in decision making. She goes above and beyond and when we got stuck and had to fly into Milan instead of Florence she coordinated transport for us without hesitation. Alessia you were amazing, we miss you and can’t thank you enough for making not only our day but the entire week so memorable!
If you have any issues or questions about the experience alessia has my info and can use me as a reference. In summary, what i wanted in a planner is someone who listened to my vision, was accessible, was kind, could be creative and have great connections to top vendors, and given it was a destination wedding took all the stress out of it. Alessia went above and beyond for our wedding in Certaldo, Italy. She coordinated perfectly with all of the vendors and was able to make our ideas come to life. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but wasn't able to describe it in detail, yet Alessia was able to visualize our dream wedding. She was so friendly and truly felt like a member of the family on the day of the wedding. We had no idea where to begin the wedding planning process abroad, and she recommended amazing vendors that surpassed our expectations. The food, flowers, lights, and venue were all impeccable. If you are currently deciding on whether or not to hire Alessia as your Wedding Planner, RUN don't walk to your email, it will be the best decision you make. I promise.
On our first visit to Florence together Rob proposed. As soon as we returned home to the states our family and friends started asking if the wedding would be in Italy. An idea we hadn’t even thought of because it sounded crazy! We had never talked about a destination wedding and wouldn’t even know where to start. We had however visited a Villa on our travels that we both fell in love with. So when we started to research the Villa and came across Alessia’s blog via Pinterest, we saw that Alessia had thrown a wedding at that exact Villa. So after looking at the beautiful photos of her previous clients and seeing the attention to detail portrayed in them, we knew she would be able to execute our vision perfectly.
Once we decided to email Alessia and ask if she was available, things moved smoothly from there. Alessia responded very quickly and I would say that her responsiveness and organization was definitely the key to our Wedding's success. When planning a wedding in a different time zone, the response time is so important because a day's delay is really two days delay.
Alessia also always made us feel like we were her top priority. I know for a fact that she was planning a few other weddings at the same time as ours but she never let us feel second. For the year and a half that we planned, she always made us feel as if our questions and feelings were as important as if it were the week before our Wedding.
I could go on and on, but I’m sure you get the sentiment. She was AMAZING. I never thought I would have had a wedding planner, and now I can’t imagine how I would have ever survived without her.
If you are an American couple looking to have the wedding of your dreams in Tuscany, then Congratulations, because by choosing Alessia, I just know you’re day will be phenomenal!

All I can say is we fell in love with Alessia from the first phone call! We were given Alessia’s name through Castello Di Montegufoni in Montespertoli, the castle we were married in. We went to visit the castle in September of 2017 and made that first phone call to her before leaving. We worked together for over a year from the United States. We Skyped and spoke over the phone getting the theme and colors we wanted and she was methodical in how she planned everything. We then went back to Italy in February of 2018 to meet her and do our food tasting with her. She helped us go over many details including a trip to our florist and pick out the design of the tables and accessories. She took us to a ceramic shop where we had our favors made and stayed with us even though she had her fathers birthday party to go to and was late for the party..this is dedication!! We cannot begin to describe just how much Alessia did for us! She goes above and beyond making the whole wedding experience a dream. We had decided to have 4 days at the castle and she helped us with details that were not even related to our wedding day such as flowers for the welcome dinners, rehearsal dinners and musicians. The day before the wedding we had decided to do 2 tours and she helped set that up for us, everyone on those trips were just blown away. She even helped us find drivers to help get family and friends to and from the castle.
The day of the wedding she was at the castle early with all of her staff, we had 100 people at the wedding and there were so many details! I already knew she had a fine attention to detail so I was not worried about any of it, but as we all know the bride and groom can get a little nervous on their special day. She took the time to talk to us and tell us how everything was going to be perfect and calm my husband and I down amongst the chaos of setting up. Everything was MAGICAL!! Literally a fairytale! She was by our side from 7am that morning until 2am when the festivities were done, every step of the way. She made our special day, the best day of our lives together! I would recommend Alessia to anyone, anywhere in the whole world, we would not have been able to execute this wedding in the way we did without her. I wanted to design and do a lot myself and Alessia was totally fine with that and would help and guide me when needed. She always went above and beyond what I expected to make sure everything came together. We had some bad weather forecast last minute and she worked till midnight with us the night before the wedding to ensure we had contingency plans. The wedding was a total fairytale! Just beautiful. We had so many people comment that it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. Everything went smoothly. It would have not happened without her. She knows all the best suppliers too. From venue selection to the actual ceremonies, the vendors and all the details were superb; it was truly a magical wedding and she has given us the gift of some unforgettable memories! Isabelle Sent on 10/11/2017Alessia helped make our wedding was unforgettable. Being from different cultures, we didn't have a standard wedding ceremony and had to mix elements from both our cultures. Alessia always kept an open mind to our requests and provided advice/suggestions when she felt like we were going in the wrong direction - and she was always right! For example, Alessia had the foresight to tell us to have a Plan B in case of bad weather (we had an outdoor wedding in Fall!), and she really invested thought to achieve the mood and optic we desired. From the start, she listened carefully to our requirements, and proposed some of the most amazing vendors - the location, flowers, DJ, Photographer and Makeup artist etc., whom we trialed to our satisfaction, months before the wedding, to help us realise our vision. More importantly, she was always upfront about the cost of adding a certain vendor/feature to the wedding, which really helped us manage our budget well. On the day of, she was not only professional, she was also supportive like a big sister. She calmed me down and assured us that everything is going to be fine. Because of her and Nichola’s impeccable coordination (and troubleshooting whenever needed), the wedding was beautiful. More importantly, we spent more time with our friends and family, and were able to savour every magical minute of it.
