A hybrid wedding come true
Advanced A/V really transformed my wedding day. When I first spoke to my planner about our elaborate idea to have a hybrid wedding once we had to postpone our 2020 wedding day, she immediately reached out to Sam at Advanced A/V. I shared with Sam via email our vision and he spoke with my husband during a call with thoughtful questions to make sure he understood our vision and took into consideration the technical aspects to bring it to life. We had been hearing that many couples trying to live stream their ceremonies, often had audio issues, and Sam assured us that they were taking critical steps to ensure that we had quality audio and live streaming. Live streaming was actually a new component to the business and what we wanted was more than just a simple live stream of the ceremony. We wanted a two-hour hybrid wedding that included a virtual program hosted by one of our ushers. The month before the wedding, my husband and I came to Savannah to knock off some wedding tasks while also vacationing, and Sam coordinated a meeting with us, our venue, our planner, and brought his VP of Ops Sarah, who was the live streaming expert. We walked through the venue and discussed the flow of the program and Sarah saw the vision and created a plan. Sarah and our usher hit it off well during the live stream portion of the wedding and it was truly amazing. The audio was great and Sarah seamlessly swapped the camera from different areas of the venue so our virtual guests could feel as though they were in-person. Sam and Sarah even brought our most intricate part of the vision to life, which was to have our guests displayed on the wall with two-way engagement during the start of the reception. All of our virtual attendees raved about the experience and I am so grateful to Advanced A/V for bringing our hybrid wedding vision to life.

I hired Advanced A/V Lighting to do my cafe lights for cocktail hour and reception. They set up a beautiful pattern on the Harbor Lawn of the Westin Savannah. They had significantly lower prices than their competitors and were so pleasant and easy to work with.Advanced A/V Rentals, LLC's reply:

Simple and Sweet
I had an outdoor rooftop venue and all I wanted was cafe lights. After a lot of price estimates that blew me away, I found Advanced AV rentals. I quickly developed a rapport with my contact there and never had to worry. I showed up on my wedding day and the lights were just what I had asked for. This was a beautiful, painless choice! -
