  A great, GREAT feast, wonderfully presented, and the building was filled with the delightful scents of the season. A MUST for your wedding! :o)

  A Taste of Elegance not only provides OUSTANDING food, but for a great price! All of the staff members were absolutely incredible and very helpful. I was definitely a bridezilla when it came to the catering and they didn't even bat an eye at my crazy questions and requests! Not only did they help me with my catering concerns, but since we were living out of state at the time, they also helped recommend hotels, dry cleaners, salons, bakers, and anything else we needed help planning. A large number of our guests still tell us that our wedding was the first they had attended with such great food. I cannot say enough about how amazing they were. I would recommend them to anyone!

  I hired this caterer because she was the in house career for my venue and was willing to work with our budget. I do regret that to an extent. The food was different from what we had at the tasting. (Salad was romane lettuce vs spinach, she uses what's local and fresh which made that easier to take but still). Part of the staff that was around the guests had denim, blue shorts on which I very much disliked and was told they would be in professional attire. I know it's summer and hot out, but my guests weren't even in jeans! Also there wasn't gold chargers used as previously discussed. If I could do it again, I would pick a different caterer. But it wasn't as bad as it could have been.

The actual food at the wedding wasn't very good, the servers were inexperienced, and they nearly messed up setting up our tables and linens (we caught it in time). We even asked for part of our gratuity back because of our disappointment, but they did not agree. Please use caution before hiring them.
