  Working with Maria was a dream, from my trial to the big day. She listened and understood exactly the style of makeup I was looking for. All planning and coordination went smoothly and professionally. Maria arrived on time and her calm, confidant demeanor helped make the stressful early morning a pleasure. My makeup came out perfectly and lasted the entire day. It was comfortable and natural-looking. Maria also did my Mom and sister's makeup and they looked beautiful, as well. I highly recommend A Soft Touch by Maria for any makeup needs!

  Great service, experience, and final look!

  Maria provided the perfect look for my wedding and was flexible to accommodate my tight travel schedule for a trial and the main event. While I did not know exactly what I wanted, she provided options with the right color palate for my skin tone, wedding sari, and jewelry. It was a perfect balance of natural, but powerful enough to stand out in photos and polish my overall appearance at my July 2023 large, Indian wedding. She even sensed when I was unsure, listened to my concerns, fixed them, and with her calming studio music, gave me a precious moment to breath during a busy week. My makeup looked flawless all day for well over 12 hours. My guests were amazed that I still looked fresh at the very end of the night. And, she even fixed a part of my hair that was a bit off! Thank you, Maria!

  I had a great experience with Maria, she did a beautiful job with my makeup on my wedding day. She also did makeup for my matron of honor and mother as well. She’s very passionate, patient and very talented. She listened to exactly how I wanted my make up for my special day and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Maria :)

  Maria was recommended on social media on a Facebook page. She accommodated a session for my daughter’s high school graduation June 21, 2022 that worked with my busy schedule. The day of her makeup session Maria asked the right questions before the makeup application to fully understand the “special” look my daughter was looking for and she totally nailed it! She transformed my freckled face teenager into a magazine cover model. My daughter was so happy with her glamorous look and her prom pictures were absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for anything more Maria is a top notch talented makeup artist!

  Maria did my make up & my bridal party many years ago. She also did a few of my friends weddings & just did a bunch of us for my nieces Sweet 16 in October! She has a wonderful eye for color, respectfully listens to your requests, she helps move with the getting ready period of the day with a calm, collected stress free attitude. She was always on time, professional and a sweetheart to work with! Our make up stayed all day & all night with no touch up required. I can’t recommend Maria enough, she is extremely talented & a pleasure to work with!

  I went to Maria by a recommendation from a friend who has used Maria’s service for her wedding. I went for a trial and immediately fell in love. She listens and works with you so well. I got married in 2005 and she not only did me as a Bride, but also girls from my wedding party. I love Maria so much, she not only listens but helps you with your skin, makeup gives you such amazing tips and works so well with what she thinks would compliment you. It is very comforting to know you will always be in good hands. In 2005 when I was married I had two children at the time they were 4 1/2 and 1 years old. Fast forward to 2021 I used Maria again for a sweet 16 and once again I was blown away by her. She helped with my youngest daughter skin (who has had acne issues) she helped with me and gave me tips ( I have eczema). She is just truly a blessing and so wonderful and sweet she really just feels like family. Maria will always be go to for any event we have moving forward. She even traveled almost 2 hours for me and I couldn’t appreciate it more!

  Maria is super talented! She did my makeup for my wedding 11/21/2020 and it came out perfect! A very natural look like i wanted, with the right amount of coloring. I didn’t need to touch up anything the whole day/night. She is extremely helpful and sweet. She also did makeup for my bridesmaids! I would 100% recommend her for any event!

  We hired Maria for our July wedding and she did an amazing job. She really listens to what you want and delivers! She is easy to talk to and makes you feel super comfortable.   Professional, fun and so talented!

  Maria did the makeup for my entire bridal party, mother of the bride and myself for my wedding last January. She did a beautiful job on each of us and kept us all on schedule perfectly (5 bridesmaids, one flower girl, bride and mother of bride!)   Maria did the makeup for my entire bridal party, mother of the bride and myself for my wedding last January. She did a beautiful job on each of us and kept us all on schedule perfectly (5 bridesmaids, one flower girl, bride and mother of bride!) Maria was awesome and I highly recommend her makeup services to anyone!
