Made our wedding outstanding and very memorable
We set up our wedding on short notice. (2months). Jillian came through and exceeded our expectations, organizing, troubleshooting and running it perfectly. She was always reachable and extremely helpful. We were from Pittsburgh trying to organize a Daytona wedding. She made it possible! From start to finish it was spectacular! -

Jillian was my “day of” coordinator for my wedding and we started services the month of according to the package I bought. We however kept in touch throughout the entire planning process and Jillian was very responsive and always answered any questions I had. She made the coordination process very easy and I can say it was 100% worth it to hire Jillian. She is very organized and you can see how much experience she has. I felt confident going into my big day knowing she was coordinating the entire day and organizing everything. Jillian has great attention to detail. She set up my tables beautifully and pieced everything together according to the detailed questionnaire I had completed. I appreciated the many pieces of reference materials that were provided to me to help with planning. -

Jillian was wonderful to work with. Her online vow builder was perfect, and we received many favorable comments from our guests regarding how personalized our vows were. She was also incredibly flexible, since we ended up moving indoors last minute due to the weather. Everything still turned out wonderfully. It was really the perfect day, everything I could have hoped for! -

Professional and Down to Earth
Jillian was the ultimate in professionalism, and she also seemed like a friend guiding us to what we needed. Luckily, she was there to guide us the day of our wedding as we arrived at the beach, and she took charge gently with the personal touch of helping the groom and groomsmen get their boutinieres on. She then lead us to the beach to where the ceremony would take place, working with the photographer and videographer. She did a great job of providing the ceremony we requested, not easy with the strong wind, but it worked
We recommend her for any level wedding you desire as she started as our wedding planner and became our officiant due to having a smaller wedding and reception. -

We were looking for a small, intimate, and very affordable wedding. We got all of that and were absolutely 100% happy working with Jillian. I’m so happy we chose Jillian as our day of coordinator! She was so insightful, attentive, and organized. Our planning meetings went awesome, her online portal was easy to use, and best of all, our wedding went off without a hitch (that I know of)! She worked so well with my mom and family, who did a lot of the decor and flower pieces, and we loved that she was super familiar with our venue and the staff. She went above and beyond for us when we had a last minute freak out about potentially needing to find a new venue due to hurricane Ian the week before our big day. She looked into backup options, that we thankfully didn’t end up needing, which was super super appreciated. -
