Awesome Wedding Cake!

Erin was amazing to work with, our cake and cupcakes turned out beautiful. The variety of cupcake flavors to choose from was really nice and we were able to mix things up so we had plenty of options for everyone. The details on our cake were wonderful and just like the inspiration picture we provided. Highly recommend her for your bakery needs for a wedding or any other special event!

7 little cupcakes for our wedding

They did an amazing job on our wedding cake! It looked so beautiful on our big day! It was so hard picking out flavors for our cake so many good ones to choose! Everyone loved the cake it went fast! We can’t wait for our anniversary to order our topper to enjoy it again!

Delicious cake, fantastic service

Working with Erin to create our wedding cake was a great experience! We weren’t able to make it to a cake tasting because we live out of town so she and us cupcakes to taste! To add to the complexity, I can’t eat gluten. Our gluten free blueberry pancake wedding cake was seriously the best tasting cake I’ve ever had!!

Erin was truly amazing. I found her and chose her based on having the lowest prices. I would choose her again based on the quality of work and the joy it was to work with her. She was awesome. She was helpful. She made me feel like she would do whatever I needed for me and my budget and like she was genuinely excited for us to get married. She constantly asked about us and not just our wedding. I was never concerned with what the cake would look like or how it would be delivered because she made me feel completely confident. And every bride needs to feel like she has no worries about things leading up to the wedding. I have in fact eaten leftover cake for breakfast and late night snacks in the days to follow the wedding. I'm hooked. Go for the Carmel. It's delightful.
Also the 12x12 she uses for kitchen cakes instead of a traditional sheet cake allows you more flavor choices and easier to deal with than a giant sheet cake.

The new owner is amazing! We originally ordered our cake from the previous owner, who was awful and would never get back to me, but Erin is great! Our cake was looked perfect and tasted so good! Don't be fooled by the bad reviews due to the old owner. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Owner Janee was wonderful in every way. Her cakes are moist, original and amazing! (get that key lime pie cupcake!) She was attentive and patient while we found a design for my cake and had unique flavors and gluten free option for my guests. Her prices are very competitive, I felt like I got my money's worth. She was timely with her delivery and setup and her sweet personality really makes a difference with the hassles of wedding planning. I would highly recommend her for any event!

Found this place on a craigslist add & loved them from the start! The owner works out of her home & does a fantastic job! So, so many delicious flavors & fillings. She does both buttercream & fondant. We got a cake & cupcakes from her (8 different flavor combinations in all) & they were a HUGE hit!

We chose 7 Little Cupcakes after trying them several times for other parties. I also needed gluten-free cupcakes. The overall experience was a little less formal than some other vendors I have met over the course of my wedding planning but got the job done none the less. We totally enjoyed the flavors and our guests were impressed as well. The only disappointments were that the flavors were not labeled as I thought they would be and would cupcake topped had an accident as it was being loaded into their van. They did refund the value of that portion of our order and offered to make it for us in the future. Accidents do happen but I feel it was corrected as much as it could have been. I will use 7 Little Cupcakes again.

As a Gluten Free bride I required a gluten free wedding cake and had used 7 little cupcakes a few times for smaller occasions and knew they had great tasting gluten free cake and according to my now husband great gluten-ful cake as well. I will say they are a little difficult to get a hold of at times, but as a small business owner I understand it can be difficult when getting a store front up and running. THey cake for my wedding was delicious and we had a great variety of 6 different flavors between the Gluten free and regular cake. The wedding cake itself was beautiful, but not exactly what I had asked for decoration wise, that is my only real complaint and it was still beautiful and everyone loved it. I was the only one who knew the difference.

7 Little Cupcakes Toledo

I had ordered cupcakes for a shower (30). Half were supposed to be chocolate and half confetti. The chocolate were fine but the other half were not confetti they were just white vanilla. I called and left a message in the voicemail the next day they were open saying the white cupcakes were not what I ordered. I left my phone number for someone to call me back. 3 days later I had not heard from them so I called back and spoke to the person who took my order. I explained that I didn’t get what was ordered and she told me, after checking the order, that yes I ordered confetti cupcakes but without seeing them , it was just my word over hers. She stated the white was the same flavor and confetti would taste the same. That is true but the person the shower was for requested confetti not white and I didn’t get what I paid for. I felt like she didn’t care and only offered 25% off on a future order. I feel that was unprofessional . I will not be using them in the future.

The 12" round cake that I picked up and paid $55.00 for looked like a kid made it. It was a hot mess. The person in line behind me who saw it said she would never pay that kind of money for something that looked like that. However, it was too late because I needed it that afternoon for my graduation party. I was actually embarrassed of it. Wish I could upload a photo. The process of ordering it was also rather frustrating. I would NEVER recommend this place!!

This is a horrible company I met with her to do my wedding cake and cupcakes I should her how I wanted the cake and cupcakes and she agreed and she gave me a quote and I paid her the deposit and as the wedding got closer she changed the pricing and tired to overcharge me from what she quoted me she was really rude and nasty and I needed up going with someone else to do my cake and she still had my deposit and I wanted just some reg cupcakes done so that my deposit would be used she never did them or refunded me back my money I don't recommend her at all horrible experience

Very disappointed, did not get anything I ask for which was all in my written contract! I had photos at the time of my consultation & the owner told me that she had the stand I wanted and she will provide the wrappers for All my wedding cupcakes! I payed for my wedding cupcakes in full in June 2015, my wedding was Sept 2015, which was more than enough time to get any of the things she promised! My cutting cake was on the table people could hardly notice it was not on the top of the cake tower! My cutting cake was still on a paper board! I have photos of what my cupcakes were supposed to look like and what I actually received! I had cupcakes on the table not on the tower like requested! I also did not have any boxes to take my cutting cake home or any remainder cupcakes so I had to throw my cutting cake/cupcakes in the garbage.When I contacted owner she said she made the changes because she thought it would look better! News flash not your wedding it's Mine! I Do not recommend company for something important as your wedding day!

I sought our 7 Little Cupcakes for our wedding due to the fact they offer Gluten Free cakes and cupcakes which was extremely important for my husband’s gluten intolerance. We were extremely excited about being able to eat everything and were happy with the “tasting” for flavors and the quality of the cupcakes due to the fact many places had grainy textures or dry cupcakes. However, we could not have been more frustrated, disappointed, and downright angry about the service we received and the treatment from the owner of 7 Little Cupcakes. The last thing you need on your wedding day is to wonder if all of your guests are actually able to eat dessert and spend time counting the number of cupcakes that were delivered, let alone spend over 3 months after your wedding trying to understand why you paid two cakes and 15 dozen cupcakes when only one cake (decorated with a piece of ribbon v. iced as requested) and a portion of the cucpakes which were ordered which all seemed a few days old. Please, do yourself a favor and move onto the next baker. The stress, lack of quality, and lack of professionalism that will show up on your wedding day is not worth it for 7 Little Cupcakes. I was so incredibly embarrassed to be counting cupcakes when I first arrived at our reception after seeing that the wrong flavors, wrong quantity and a whole cake was missing with not a message, phone call, or email from the owner. Enjoy your day – do NOT use 7 Little Cupcakes. There are other gluten free bakeries in town and many out of town bakers will ship cakes and cupcakes to accommodate out of town weddings. Good Luck – Don’t use this baker!

I would not use this vendor again, and would not recommend them! The owner does not respond to emails in a timely manner. When we met for our taste testing she had the gluten free and regular cupcakes mixed together (knowing that I had a severe allergy). She then told us that not all of the flavors that we wanted to try were available because her assistant “does what she wants”. The owner even continued trash talking her assistant and saying things like, “she does what she wants”. The flavor of the cupcakes was good, but they were very dry. When making the final payment, she tried overcharging me. I had to get out my calculator as well as my receipt from my down payment. Finally, she gave me the real price. SNEAKY! My final complaint came at the end, I failed to return her stand in time, and even though she did get it back in perfect condition, she kept my $150 deposit. I have an email from her stating that she would agree to return $75 to me, but she never did. This is a poorly ran business. I wish I would have read other reviews first so I knew to stay away!

If you are looking for a bakery to do your wedding cake...let me save you the trouble and tears and tell you to avoid this bakery. You will never be able to contact the owner other than through facebook. She is totally unprofessional and does not take responsibility for her errors. I ordered my "fake cake" through here and it was nothing that I wanted. My wedding colors were black and red and they put a pink ribbon on the cake? The layers were disproportionate and it literally looked like she threw the cake together in 30 minutes. I took it upon myself to change the ribbon hours before my reception (like I didn't have enough to worry about) and when the cake was returned, was told we would not get our deposit back. They would not take responsibility for the cake looking horrible and did not even apologize when I let them know how upset I was with this cake. Appalling! Find another bakery!
