Colleen, I don't know if the rest is history.  I knew your sister, and future brother-in-law before I met you.  But, as luck would have it, you were visiting your sister, whom was visiting her husband at Ft Belvoir.  On President's Day weekend, I droveto meet them at the Ft Belvoir Officer's club for Brunch.  That is when I met you.  The photo of us is with baby Grace, and I seem to recall that I spent a majority of time talking to you Sister, but stealing glances at you.  You didn't even know , and you didn't even speak to me, Well, I take that back you said "it's nice to meet you, when we were first introduced, and when we parted company.   However, I was not easily dissuaded.  So when your sister asked me to wait 6 months, I did.  Because that is what Gentlemen do.  I am so glad that I waited too.
