About: The Bedford Event Venue, located in Nashville, Tennessee, is a charming, versatile wedding venue with stunning brick arches, elegant chandeliers, and idyllic outdoor space ready to make your ideal wedding come to life. Celebrate your special day in this luxury oasis on the border of an entertainment-filled city for wedding ceremonies, receptions, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and elopements. Facilities and Capacity: The venue is 10,000 square feet, rich with personality that pours throughout the three-story interior and outside pavilion.

Whether you are hosting a big bash or a more intimate affair, we have a charming space that will make your wedding or event the most memorable it can be.

Whether you choose our:

• Pavilion (outdoors/covered, capacity 250-400) with its charming twinkling lights
• Arches (indoors, capacity 100-120) with brick pillars and beautiful chandeliers
• Juliet Balcony (indoors, capacity 20-160), a lovely second-floor mezzanine with brick arches, iron fencing, and unique lighting
• Garden Arbor (outdoors, capacity 10-70), an idyllic space for a quieter moment
• Party Room (indoors, capacity 200), our largest indoor space reminiscent of a more “traditional” wedding ceremony or large event (also perfect for dancing during the reception!)

...along with a variety of amenities, we at The Bedford strive to make your wedding or event go as seamlessly as possible, with as little stress as possible for both bride & groom!

Have a long guest list? We can accommodate up to 400 people indoors plus 200 more with our outdoor private pavilion. You will find ample free parking spaces that can be used by all wedding attendees. In addition, you will find a bridal suite, a groom’s quarter, and a separate area for band members. Head over to the Juliet Balcony as the perfect space for main events, or a dinner spot for you and your partner, while your guests dance the night away on the large dance floor and stage area on the mezzanine level--the possibilities are limited only by your guest list and imagination!

Services Offered: The Bedford allows approved outside vendors, caterers, and alcohol and can also supply a preferred vendor list. Items such as chairs, decor, drapery, lighting, furniture, and tables are supplied with event booking, and a variety of seating styles are possible. For the duration of the event, an outside loading dock is available to bring in larger items and free up parking space for guests.

Location: Just a 15-minute drive away from the heart of Nashville, The Bedford is a peaceful venue but is still located conveniently near several accommodations, as well as several local attractions, including the Grand Ole Opry, Nissan Stadium, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and some of the best country music entertainment around.
