Francesc Xavier Baldrich leads the Product Team in the European and Latin American countries of WeddingWire. In 2008, he founded Wedding Planner S.L in Barcelona. The company grew fast and became the leading wedding marketplace in Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, UK, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay. In 2000, Francesc co-founded emagister.com which is the lead education directory in Spain with presence in 14 different countries.

Chief Financial Officer
Michael Beach is the Chief Financial Officer of WeddingWire, Inc., the leading global marketplace in the weddings and events category. Beach previously held the position of COO and CFO at Digital Signal Corporation where he spent the last four years leading the finance and operations function. Prior to Digital Signal Corporation, Beach was the CFO of an industry leading public company, Blackboard, Inc. During his time at Blackboard, he helped the company grow their revenues to a run rate of $400 million with a market capitalization of approximately $1.5 billion.
Additionally, he is an advisor at City Light Capital. Beach has a Bachelor's in accounting from James Madison University and was previously a senior manager at Ernst & Young.
Chief Executive Officer
Timothy founded WeddingWire after planning his wedding. As a groom, he experienced first hand how difficult it was to execute on the wedding plans. As a technologist, he couldn't find an online resource that would help him plan more efficiently. Together with his cofounders, Jeff, Lee, and Sonny, they threw 4 desks into his empty living room in Chevy Chase, Maryland and WeddingWire was born. They set out to utilize their collective experience in technology to build a technology company that would revolutionize the wedding and event industry. Today, WeddingWire is the world's largest vertical marketplace serving the wedding industry, connecting millions of engaged couples to wedding professionals. WeddingWire has over 750 employees and currently operates leading wedding planning properties in 14 countries.
Previously, Timothy co-founded Blackboard Inc. in 1998. While at Blackboard, Timothy pioneered many of Blackboard's product and strategic initiatives, helping the company grow to over 600 employees and a valuation of over $750 Million.
Timothy holds a B.S. degree in Operations Research/Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and a Master's of Science degree in Engineering Management from Tufts University. Tim is a member of the Young President's Organization in Washington, D.C.
Executive Vice President of Global Operations
Jessica Finnefrock is the Executive Vice President of Global Operations, responsible for finding ways to unlock new growth, drive alignment on strategy, and build out our foundational infrastructure to help WeddingWire scale. Prior to joining WeddingWire, Jessica was SVP of Product Development at Liaison International, a high growth graduate admissions software and services company. Jessica spent 11 years at Blackboard as the senior executive in charge of product development and product strategy for Blackboard's flagship teaching and learning product. She has extensive experience managing large teams across multiple office locations.
Jessica holds a B.A. in History from The Johns Hopkins University and a M.A. in History from George Mason University.
Chief Marketing Officer
Sonny leads WeddingWire's B2C/B2B marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and community development. Today, WeddingWire is the leading marketplace connecting consumers with event merchants, with an audience of over 40 million visitors each month across its network. In addition, Sonny is a widely acclaimed speaker, giving over 50 presentations across the globe each year on technology, marketing and strategy. Prior to joining WeddingWire, Sonny was in a management program at Wal-Mart where he led marketing, sales, and retail strategy development. Before this experience, Sonny spent four years at Kraft Foods where he managed numerous consumer brands, including the JELL-O business with P&L responsibility for over $800 Million.
Sonny holds a B.A. in Economics with a focus in Management and Marketing from The University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he served as President of the Marketing Club. Sonny is a founding member of NextGen Angels and an active member of the CMO Club, where he was awarded as a CMO Rising Star.
Executive Vice President of Strategy & Finance
Andy Ivanovich serves as EVP of Strategy and Finance at WeddingWire, responsible for planning and accelerating the Company's growth. In this role, he oversees corporate development, partnerships, financial planning & analysis, and strategic finance. Andy was formerly an investor at Spectrum Equity, where he worked with growth stage software and internet companies, including WeddingWire. Prior to Spectrum, Andy was a senior consultant at Oliver Wyman FS, advising financial services clients across North America and Europe on transformational strategic initiatives. He previously spent time as an investor at Susquehanna Growth Equity and as a developer at a cellphone software startup.
Andy holds a B.S. in Operations Research and Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, from Cornell University.

Emily Markmann is the Executive Vice President of People, responsible for all things people and culture at WeddingWire. Emily drives a high-performing organization through innovative, culture-rich talent acquisition and talent management programs directly aligned with strategic corporate objectives. Emily believes deeply in promoting a unique employee experience and its positive impact on customer experience.
Emily brings nearly 20 years of experience in leading award-winning, progressive HR initiatives and strategic business operations at high-growth technology companies. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Talent & Culture at Clarabridge, she led talent acquisition, talent management and employee experience programs, domestic and international office expansions, and multiple M&A transactions. Prior to Clarabridge, Emily served as Vice President, Human Resources at Vangent and held various HR leadership positions at Appian and MicroStrategy
Born in Argentina, Emily is native to Northern Virginia, and earned her Bachelor of Arts at Francis Marion University in South Carolina.

Andrew Olek is responsible for WeddingWire's legal affairs, as the company's General Counsel. Prior to Joining WeddingWire, Andy was the principal assistant to the General Counsel of Merkle Inc., where he helped the legal team significantly expand its capabilities. Before this, he served as a Senior Counsel at Blackboard Inc., helping the company grow from $136 to $377 Million in annual revenues. Before holding these in-house positions, Andy was an attorney in the Corporate and Intellectual Property departments of the law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLC. Previously, Andy served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with distinction, from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Master of the Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, a Master of Science in Information Technology degree from the University of Maryland University College, and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Previously, Nina was the Strategic Alliances Manager of Grupo Intercom and the Operations Manager at emagister.com.

Chief Operating Officer
Lee co-founded WeddingWire in 2006 along with Timothy Chi, Sonny Ganguly, and Jeff Yeh. He currently serves as the Company's Chief Operating Officer, Board Director and President of Company subsidiaries. Lee is responsible for overseeing business operations, revenue growth and retention strategies. Prior to joining WeddingWire, Lee held the post of Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Parature Inc. (acquired by Microsoft), a software-as-a-service company in the customer support and service industry. At Parature, Lee led the efforts to evangelize and convert the commercial industry to adopt cloud based software solutions. Preceding Parature, Lee co-founded Blackboard Inc. (formerly Nasdaq: BBBB) in 1998 which was taken private by Providence Equity Partners for $1.64B in 2011. While at Blackboard, Lee served a variety of roles including Director of Sales and Regional Director of Asia Pacific and Latin America business operations.
Lee holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Engineering in Operations Research/ Finance from Cornell University.

As WeddingWire's Chief Technology Officer, Jeff leads the design and implementation of WeddingWire's technology platform. Prior to joining WeddingWire, Jeff was involved in developing new analytical finance platforms that managed Fannie Mae's $150+ billion mortgage and securities portfolio. Jeff was also part of the initial rollout of the AT&T Wireless mLife Project to over 20 million subscribers, as well as part of the core technology team that developed MicroStrategy's personal alerting network called Strategy.com.

Felicity Chaban is the Vice President of Legal and Deputy General Counsel where she plays key roles in WeddingWire's legal affairs, including acquisitions, strategy, employment, marketing, and real estate. Prior to joining WeddingWire, Felicity was Associate General Counsel at Blackboard Inc. for 8 years, where she worked on mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, product strategy, and real estate. Felicity also played a strategic role in Blackboard's 'going private' transaction valued at $1.64 billion in enterprise value. Before holding these in-house positions, Felicity was an attorney in the Corporate Finance department of the law firm Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC.
Felicity holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College and a Juris Doctor degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University. Felicity also studied abroad at the University of Notre Dame Law School in London.
Vice President of Sales Operations
Chris Chi serves as WeddingWire's Vice President of Sales Operations. Chris joined the team in 2008 where he was employee #10, helping grow the organization to over 750 employees. He started as a sales representative and then moved on to a variety of roles, tackling key growth initiatives related to revenue generation. Chris is now responsible for leading the revenue support function, revenue growth strategy, and retention strategy.
Chris holds a B.S. in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.
Vice President of Customer Experience
Marty Kaufman is WeddingWire's Vice President of Customer Experience. He leads efforts to balance the needs of engaged couples with those of exceptional wedding professionals and is passionate about connecting people, processes, and products to create environments for mutual success. Marty has held roles as a strategy and management consultant, program director, and corporate educator. In his work, he has managed strategy alignment, process simplification, data analysis, and human capital planning--all with an eye for how to make it meaningful for the customer.
Marty holds a B.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Miami University and a M.Ed. in Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University. His education also includes doctoral work in Organizational Development at the George Washington University and certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning, Strategic Foresight, and Project Management.
Vice President, Performance Marketing & Insights
Scott Knowles serves as WeddingWire's Vice President of Performance Marketing & Insights. Since joining WeddingWire in 2014, Scott has reshaped the organization's strategic marketing function, with oversight spanning performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, market research, analytics and more.
A proven metrics-driven marketer, Scott has nearly 20 years of experience growing strategic marketing functions across early-stage startups, high-growth businesses, and organizations with global reach and scale, including Repair.com, SeniorChecked and AOL. Scott is accomplished in advancing brand awareness and consumer engagement, having led the charge in doubling WeddingWire's online community in less than 12 months and transforming the company's acquisition strategy through on-site consumer actions.
Scott holds a B.S. in advertising from The Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College.
Vice President of Data Science
Matthias Kretschmer leads WeddingWire's team of data scientists as the Vice President of Data Science. Prior to joining WeddingWire, from 2005-2012 he advised Fortune 500 clients on strategy and pricing at The Taylor Research & Consulting Group. He also held previous roles as a Research Director of Advanced Analytics at Roy Morgan International in Melbourne, Australia and ad tracker at ZMG Zeitungs Marketing Gesellschaft in Frankfurt, Germany.
Matthias holds a Ph.D. in Political Science (Mass Communication, Survey Research and Comparative Politics) and a M.A. in Survey Research, both from the University of Connecticut.
Vice President of Accounting
Emma Whelan is Vice President of Accounting, leading the controllership organization with responsibility for all international accounting, financial reporting and compliance. Prior to joining WeddingWire in 2013, Emma spent 13 years in KPMG, starting her career in the Madrid office and transferring to DC in 2007.
A native of Ireland, Emma earned her undergraduate degree from Dublin City University and completed her MBA at the EOI Business School in Madrid. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the District of Columbia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Vice President of IT
John leads the IT team and is responsible for providing the technology and infrastructure that powers the company. Prior to joining WeddingWire, John led the IT and service delivery organizations at Kadoo and Parature, driving datacenter efficiencies. In 1998, John co-founded Blackboard Inc., where he managed the infrastructure systems team that enabled the hosted services offering.
John holds a Bachelors of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University.
