Selecting "Momentos Wedding and Events Los Cabos" was the most well-spent expense of our destination wedding. I would not hesitate to use Momentos services again for my daughters' weddings. There are so many choices of photographers, florists, venues, musicians, multiple contracts to be signed, international payments, etc. and Momentos made the whole process incredibly easy. The team has a great relationship with the best vendors, and managed the entire planning process from start to finish with clear communication. Ivet's professionalism, attention to the smallest detail, understanding of our vision, and calm, but fun demeanor made the planning process simple and joyful. She has an eye for style that I put 100 percent trust into, and our event turned out more magical than I ever imagined. Ivet was easy to communicate with and always available to answer my questions. The flower arrangements that Fatima created (Floral Studio by Momentos) for the chapel decor, our bouquets, and our dinner table at Flora Farms were beyond breathtaking. What a talented group of women!

Illeana and her team at Romantic Cabo Weddings were wonderful to work with! We signed for her services almost a year and a half before our wedding and she was quick to start working on our dream wedding. No matter the request, she was always receptive and quick to action. I'd recommend any couples that work with her to download Whatsapp and communicate with her on there for anything urgent. Email was great for making larger decisions but she is most responsive on Whatsapp. Illeana was so helpful during the planning process and I can say as a type-A bride, that she was very patient and accommodating to my many requests and questions. But where she and her team shined most was the wedding weekend. She and Jackson made themselves available to us and our guests the entire wedding weekend. They helped facilitate all the logistics during our welcome party and wedding day. They did everything from holding my bridesmaids' bags to answering questions from our guests to corralling our guests to the right place to ensuring we were always on schedule. We're sad to have wrapped up wedding planning because we had a great time planning it with Illeana! She is so kind and you can tell that she truly pours her love and attention to every single couple she works with. We felt all the love and support from our first video chat to the wedding weekend. She checked in on us constantly and made sure everything went off without a hitch.

Our wedding day would not have been possible without CBW!!! I am so grateful for their entire team that assisted us throughout the process. Christina made us feel comfortable sharing our ideas, and Magda was our supper star! She was available to answer any question we had at the drop of a text.. We never had a worry! She went above and beyond at every turn and when the big day finally came, I had someone literally at my attention in case I needed anything at all. They helped facilitate vendors, checked my phone for me, helped me in and out of my first look and second, and even made sure we had a private moment to enjoy our cocktail hour food and drinks. Booking CBW was the best decision we made, because they made everything else simpler. I hear about the stress of wedding planning and although there are some major decisions that we needed to make, I feel like we actually got to enjoy the process and the day to the fullest with the help of the CBW team. We had the incredible pleasure of working with Gaby and My Dream Wedding in Cabo, and I can confidently say that she exceeded all expectations. Gaby’s attention to detail and meticulous planning made the entire wedding planning process a breeze. She took the time to really understand our vision and brought it to life in a way that was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. She meticulously managed every detail, from the timeline to the logistics, ensuring that everything ran smoothly on our big day. Not only did Gaby excel in her planning skills, but one of the many highlights of working with Gaby was her impressive list of suggested vendors. As a local, she has a long list of top-quality vendors who were all professional, experienced, and fairly priced. This was top priority for my husband and I, who live in the States. If you are like us, and having a destination wedding, you will need to rely on your planner’s vendors (especially if, like us, you are not fluent in the local language). On a personal note, Gaby is just wonderful. Planning with her felt like chatting with a friend. She is such a pleasure, and such a sweet person. I can’t recommend her company enough.

We worked with Cabo in Love for our original wedding five years ago, and when our big celebration had to be postponed due to COVID, Paola and Candela were nothing short of incredible. They supported us every step of the way — from the heartbreak of canceling our first celebration to jumping right back in when we were finally ready for our dream vow renewal and fiesta! They calmed me through every anxious “am I crazy for dragging everyone to another country?” moment, handled every vendor payment and detail flawlessly, and made the entire experience feel effortless. When the big weekend arrived, it truly felt like magic — every guest just showed up, and everything was already taken care of. And when a tropical storm rolled in right in the middle of our cocktail hour, Paola and Candela didn’t miss a beat. They transformed our Plan B into an unforgettable adventure — even our most Type A guests had a blast! Their calm, creative energy kept everything joyful and seamless. I truly cannot recommend the team at Cabo in Love enough. They make me want to have a wedding every five years just to work with them again!

Our experience using Unique Cabo Weddings as our wedding planner was overall very positive. Luba had great connections with vendors and was helpful in negotiations. Being based in Cabo, she was essential in helping us with any random task that came up, from ordering supplies, to sourcing us a custom neon last minute, and more. She also developed a great relationship with our venue, which made the whole wedding planning process a lot easier. Thank you Luba for helping make our dream weekend a reality!

Planning a destination wedding can be overwhelming, but thanks to our incredible wedding planners in Cabo, Aruma (Susana & Viviana), our big day was nothing short of magical. From start to finish, they were organized, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. Every detail was thoughtfully planned — from the stunning setup on the beach to the flawless coordination of our ceremony and reception. They were always one step ahead, making sure everything ran smoothly and we could truly enjoy every moment without stress. What impressed us the most was their genuine care, creativity, and professionalism. They made us feel so supported and understood throughout the entire planning process and especially on the day of. Estefani was a dream to work with for our destination wedding in Cabo! She perfectly captured the vision I had for our wedding and brought it all to life in a way that was even better than I could have ever imagined. She is so thoughtful and creative with every detail - from our dreamy beachside engagement shots, to our stunning welcome party, our magical boat rehearsal dinner, and our perfect Baja Luna wedding day - she made everything a literal dream come true. I loved getting to come to her with all my wedding ideas and watch as she made them a reality! I was so relaxed on my wedding day knowing that I could trust her to take care of everything.
