I have NEVER in my life had better customer service then the group at Zales in Edinburgh. Tiffany and Deena were super helpful and attentive. I ordered a watch for my fiance as a gift, and it was a long process. They kept me updated nearly every day.

They were also very helpful in finding more discounts for our bands and watch.

They ring came in quickly and we could not be more happy with it. The sales lady was a little confused with some of details on the ring, but in the end we got what we wanted.
