We heard about Yvette through our photographer, Carrie Richards. We were very nervous about hiring a wedding coordinator, because my now husband works in events. Yvette did not disappoint. She was everything we were looking for and more. She helped us in every step of our wedding planning and preparation, especially wedding specific items we had never thought of. We had a couple vendors back out at the last minute and a few additional services that we needed close to our wedding day. Yvette was there to suggest new vendors and help us work out the details.

On the day of the wedding she was amazing! She finalized every last detail at our venue, which was a large ranch for which we had to bring everything (water, ice, flowers, tent, tables, chairs, decoration, everything). She coordinated our large wedding parties (8 bridesmaids and 13 groomsmen), as well as wrangling family members for photos, etc. She kept everything on schedule and nothing ran over or was late. She reminded us throughout the evening of our timing and what was next. She even made me a garter, when I realized that I had left mine at home.

Yvette was flat out awesome. Leading up to our wedding day, there were so many moving parts. Without Yvette, I imagine many things would have fallen through the cracks and it would have been stressful. Instead, my bride and I were able to enjoy our special day. Friends and family kept telling me, "Whatever you do, just enjoy your wedding day." With Yvette at the helm, that was easy to do. She handled all of our tasks in an organized fashion and coordinated efficiently with our vendors. During the week before, my bride and I asked each other, "Why aren't we more stressed?" We owe this to Yvette. Highly recommend her for your wedding planning needs!
