This vendor did not have anything ready on the day of my wedding. They invited people over to sit on the deck while my wedding ceremony was happening. They and their friends drank from the bar that I supplied for my wedding guests. Their dog was roaming around and pooping under the tent that my reception was held under, in the contract it was written that the pets would be crated on the day of the wedding. The room that i rented inside of the residence for an extra 500 dollars was not cleaned before we got there and the owner of the house kept walking into the bathroom and bedroom while we were getting dressed and ready for the wedding. For the amount of money spent, the value of the venue did not meet our expectations. They also told us a price upon renting and then after we signed the contract they decided to add that we would have to pay separately for tables, chairs and restroom rentals. I would not recommend.
