Located in Morgan Hill, CA, Willow Heights Mansion is nestled on 26 acres of rolling hills and spectacular vineyards. The mansion offers a fairytale location for all types of private events, and offers exclusive access to the property for your event day in order to enjoy an intimate celebration with your loved ones.
The stunning estate boasts 16,000-square-feet of space and can accommodate up to 300 guests. You can exchange your vows outdoors on a breathtaking ceremony site with a rolling hills in the distance. The mansion itself is classically beautiful, offering a number of locations for timeless wedding photos. With marble fireplaces, wrought iron staircases, and a stunning water feature at the entrance, your guests will feel as though they have been transported back in time. The reception hall is exquisitely elegant, with polished wooden floors and draped ceilings. Wide windows surround the room, allowing light to flood the space and providing an airy ambiance. Getting-ready rooms are available on-site, with plenty of amenities to provide wedding parties with everything they require to prepare themselves for the big day. Overnight accommodations are also available for up to 12 guests.
Willow Heights Mansion strives to offer a truly effortless experience for newlyweds-to-be. You'll have access to our wedding planning portal and concierge service throughout your wedding planning process. About a month before your event, one of our Concierge Service Associates will be assigned as your Day-Of Coordinator, and will remain your on-site source of support until the last guest leaves. The coordinator will be on-hand throughout both the rehearsal and wedding, ensuring that everything flows flawlessly. Catering will be provided by our in-house culinary team, who offers seasonal menus made with fresh produce. From organizing linens and glassware to flower arches and centerpieces, our talented LUXE Design & Decor team will ensure your wedding vision comes to life! A one-stop-boutique for all your wedding needs, we also include an in-house DJ for all of your ceremony and reception music and microphone needs.

Willow Heights Mansion was everything we could have asked for and more!!
Briana, Mary, and Alisha are all part of the coordination team and I don't have enough words to describe how perfect they made the wedding for us. They are truly EXPERTS when it comes to wedding coordination and their skills shined throughout the whole process.
As someone who naturally worries about so many details, they were able to ease my anxiety and stress about the entire wedding process and I really feel like our wedding day was perfect and stress-free! They were so professional and I felt like they really went above and beyond to take care of us on and our guests on our wedding day!
Nicole, who is part of the Luxe Design & Decor team, also made our vision for florals and decor come to life! I extremely indecisive throughout the entire process and changed my mind quite a few teams, but Nicole was really patient and helped me bring all the ideas together! I was seriously in awe at all the florals when I saw them on the wedding day. Absolutely stunning!!
Our wedding DJ, Justin, made selecting our music a piece of cake. We had a very specific song in mind and wanted to tweak it to include two versions and he made it happen! He was also such a great MC and the guests loved him. He made sure to keep the dance floor filled all night and knew exactly how to keep the party going. Our guests had such a great time!
Overall, if you're looking for a venue and team that knows exactly what they're doing, I HIGHLYY recommend Willow Heights Mansion. They are absolutely incredible and I had such a seamless experience with them. I don't know how many people can say their wedding day as perfect, but I feel like ours was because of the team at WHM!

I highly recommend Willow Heights Mansion, absolutely beautiful venue and very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Briana and Christina truly take care of their guests and vendors making everything easy and enjoyable. I have Live Painted during a wedding here and have received so many compliment on the scene that this venue this provided. During the wedding the planning team and catering staff were accommodating, responsive and resolution oriented. Would love to be part of an event here and encourage any couple, corporate or private event to strongly consider this place.
