I used to be a wedding planner and have worked with many florists over the years but when it came time to plan my own wedding I was skeptical about using silk flowers. After looking at Karen's work, I was convinced that I should at least try.....When they arrived to me in Canada, I couldn't have been more pleased with my flowers....they looked real and even felt and smelled real!!!! I had one small issue with one of the bouquets.....not only did Karen help me out, she re-did the bouquet and re-sent it to me......Karen, I have never worked with a nicer more accommodating vendor than yourself in my 13 years of planning weddings.....You are 5 star all the way and deserve all the accolades I could possibly give someone! The flowers I recieved from Karen were absolutely beautiful!! She worked with me every step of the way to ensure that everything was done the way I wanted. I would highly recommend her!!!
