One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Tessa and her husband as day-of coordinators for our day! My husband and I are both in professions where project management is heavily prevalent and we knew how important having a point person would be for our day and Tessa went above and beyond. Not only did Tessa make sure to cover every single detail (even ones we hadn't thought of lol) in multiple meetings beforehand but she never made us feel like we were asking for too much or being unrealistic - the sky was truly the limit, Tessa was just ready to help execute it. She never made us feel like we were just a job to her, she was the most genuine and caring individual and the exact person you want by your side on your day. Additionally, her ability to take vague concepts of my ideas for my ceremony space and bring them to life in the most elegant and perfect way was such an amazing experience - It truly felt like an extension of my husband and I and not a copy+paste of something we saw online (seriously, the ceremony&reception pictures were all her and speak for themselves below).

Tessa was with us every step of the way, from the pre-day meetings to last minute change of plans, Tessa and her husband gave our day their all with so much care, attention to detail, and confidence I can only imagine she had for her own. Her professional presence and overall demeanor provided us the peace of mind from Day 1 to know we were in good hands and I truly believe that without her, our day would not have been as successful.

I worked a wedding with Tessa Co. As a wedding photographer, we are typically the ones who step in to make sure things run smoothly when there is no day of coordinator. And sometimes even if there is a day of coordinator, we are still prompting the coordinators to do certain things because well, not everyone is on top of it. As far as Tessa, she was ON it! There would be times where I would start to go do something whether it was inform the bridesmaids on how to walk down the aisle, Tessa was already doing it! She was laser focused and one step ahead on everything making my life as a vendor so easy and it allowed me to actually focus on what I was hired to do, photography. Tessa did not miss a beat. I will be adding her to my preferred vendor list for day of coordination.

Caitlyn was our day-of coordinator through Weddings by Tessa Co., with the help from Tessa as well. I can not imagine my wedding day without Caitlyn there, from rehearsal dinner to every little thing that came up during our wedding day. Tessa and Caitlyn communicated with all the vendors beforehand, and helped ensure every detail was taken care of. They were an amazing help and I would recommend them to anyone!
