Located in Germantown, Maryland, Officiant Charlene Callender can perform all types of services from Non-denominational, to inter-faith and with various themes such as candle-lighting. Charlene is an ordained minister from ULC that can perform wedding ceremonies in 3 additional languages, French, Spanish and Haitian Creole.

Charlene Callender has a background as a Social and Family Economic counselor from abroad and worked with families, couples, children, elderly and disabled to help them in their daily life. She's worked with couples from diverse backgrounds and helped them to build solid foundations for their future. Her goal is to share love and happiness by performing wedding ceremonies and make this moment a unique and unforgettable event for the bride and the groom.

Services Offered:

We enjoy communicating with our couples via FaceTime, Text Message and even Video Conferencing by Zoom/Google meet. Payment is also accepted digitally via CashApp, Zelle, Check or Cash. Our goal is to make sure you feel supported throughout the process with multiple ways of keeping in touch.

Areas Covered

Wedding by Charlene is a commissioned notary for the state of Maryland and can officiate weddings in the whole state. She is also an ordained minister and can officiate weddings in all 50 states, but only performs in PA and MD since Virginia doesn't recognize ordained minister.
