Olga created beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for our wedding. I went to visit several florists before selecting her, and I found she had the best value, beautiful work, and I felt very comfortable working with her. She had a very calm demeanour every time I visited the store, even right before Valentine's Day when many of the other florists were so stressed that they either wouldn't meet with me or made me feel rushed and unimportant. Her shop was overflowing with flowers and she was clearly just as busy, but was able to handle the stress a lot better than the others, which really impressed me (not that I intentionally went in to judge that!).

I really appreciated that all of the prices were right up front on the website. I could look at pictures and know how much various options would cost instead of the typical approach of (a) tell me what you want and I'll tell you what it will cost or (b) tell me your budget and I'll tell you want you can have. I like to evaluate the value for cost and decide for myself where the cut-off will be. Maybe spending an extra $20 can turn something ordinary into what I consider to be extra-ordinary, or maybe that extra $20 isn't really great bang-for-your-buck - it all depends on what you value and I really appreciated being able to see for myself what I could get at various price points.

I noticed that another reviewer said that some of the promises/specials on the website didn't apply - it is true, but the exclusions list was also readily available on the website (at least when I was getting married). There isn't free delivery for weddings.

She was also very patient with me when I changed the order several times in the weeks leading up to the wedding.

Olga worked with me to provide flowers for my limited budget and small wedding. There are a few promises on her website that all "didn't apply" when I went in, but the flowers were beautiful and lasted weeks after the day.
