Voila Catering specializes in Restaurant-Style food always cooked on--site by our professiona chef team. Every menu is custom created by Executive Chef Tamara Kay based upon your food preferences and event needs; always featuring fresh seasonal ingredients.
Voila Catering is a full service catering company. As we always do an complete event plan including schedule, staffing, rentals, beverages, as well as food, many clients can avoid the extra cost of an wedding planner (saving you thousands!). Our team will take care of all the details including putting on centerpieces, table numbers, favors, and setting up your place card table. Every event has an on-site manager to make sure your day goes exactly to plan.
In additon to the standard buffet service and the expensive plated service styles, our most popular service style is the family style service with platters of food coming to your seated guests. This provides a great balance between cost and service for less than formal events.
Voila Catering provides reasonably priced beverages including northwest wines at only $9.75 per bottle and local microbeers at $2.75.
We have a unique policy of neither requiring nor expecting a gratutity (that 20% usually does not all get to the servers). It is our standard expectation that our well-paid staff performs quickly, professionally, and with a smile!

The best decision a bride can make
We booked Voila Catering and Events to take care of our outdoor wedding at Hoyt Arboretum and we couldn’t have been happier. Not only was the food fantastic, but it was a stress-free day and a stress-free process. Jonathan and his staff took care of all the loose ends the day of without blinking an eye. Our custom menu had all fresh local ingredients and was cooked onsite. They even made special vegan and dairy free options for our guests that needed the option, at no charge. Jonathan took care of every detail, helped coordinate the ceremony, and making sure everyone was taken care of and comfortable. Choosing Voila Catering for my wedding was one of the best decisions I could have possibly made. After spending hours pouring over online reviews for countless caterers in the area, I narrowed my search down to Voila and one other company. I was able to get ahold of Jonathan at Voila first and set up a meeting. After that meeting I didn't even feel the need to meet with the other company. My family and I were so impressed with the food and beverages we tasted prepared by Chef Tamara and it's incredibly convenient to be able to rent supplies from the same company. We loved that we could customize our menu however we wanted, all of the food is prepared on site, and that Voila is very accommodating to any guests with special dietary issues or requests.Sent on 09/13/2016
Jonathan is very easy to contact throughout the entire process and even though I know he is busy with many other events, he never made me feel like I was taking up valuable time (which meant a lot because our wedding was relatively small). The day of the wedding Jonathan would have been irreplaceable. He checked on me many times throughout the day (even before the ceremony) asking if I needed anything to eat or drink. He ensured everything ran smoothly and made sure we knew what was going on as well. He even made sure to save hors d'oeuvres for my husband and I as we unexpectedly missed the social hour while running behind schedule on pictures.
The food and desserts were amazing! All of our guests were raving to us about how delicious everything was. The Purple Potato Causa with Oregon Bay Shrimp and Aji Amarillo Sauce, Italian Chicken Saltimbocca, and Chocolate Brownie Sandwich with Dulce de Leche and Sea Salt Sprinkle were especially big hits with the guests.
