Villa Las Palmeras is a spacious, 12 bedroom Mexican Villa boasting incredible views throughout. Overlooking Old Town, Villa Las Palmeras is convenient to all Puerto Vallarta has to offer which is perfect for large groups so they may choose activities with ease. The villa sleeps up to 34. If you need more space, you have the option to rent Villa Las Ventanas which we also own, it is also private and adjacent to Villa Las Palmeras. Villa Las ventanas sleeps up to 24 people.
Past guests rave about our staff and the friendly, knowledgeable service they offer. They are prepared to help with your every need yet give you the privacy you prefer as well.
The staff is able to handle receptions and special events as well, for incredible low prices......additional fees may apply for events.Past guests rave about the staff and cooking. You simply choose what you would like and provide the grocery money to the staff before they go shopping for the meal. There is a menu below and please note that the chef has many other dishes she makes, once you are down there, you may want to go over all the options with the cook or we can simply talk to them for you once you find out what meals you would like for your speacial day. A wedding reception / dinner will incur a fee and the cost will depend on what you order and the number of guests. We do not do any of the planning but we can recommend wedding coordinators who have done many beautiful weddings at both villas. If you prefer a very simple wedding in which you handle the planning yourself, our staff will handle the reception meal and appetizers if you choose. We are able to handle the food catering whether you use a coordinator or not. If you do not want to use a coordinator, we are able to recommend a florist, bakery for the cake , musicians etc.. There is also a Costco, Sam's Club, Wal Mart and many other reasonable stores in town for you to stock up on beverages or any other items for your reception which is very cost effective.
The villa has a large flat screen television with cable, WiFi and a stereo system which plays throughout the villa, pool and top level.
We hope to have you stay

We stayed at Villa Las Palmeras in June 2014 for 5 days with our family to celebrate our wedding. The villa is up nestled in the hill with rooms that are well integrated with the landscape; given the floor to ceiling windows that open don't be surprised to see some of the outdoors indoors. The staff was amazing and every meal left us full, fat, and SO happy! Juan was very helpful in coordinating cabs and facilitating services for our wedding day. The villa was a beautiful back drop for our ceremony and family from both sides had a great time. The reservation coordinator Sloane was very prompt in replying to our inquiries. My husband and I are very glad to have spent our wedding week here at Villa Las palmeras.Sent on 08/31/2014

BUYER BEWARE! This property is not a representation of it's pictures. We rented this property October 12-16, 2017, under the pretense that we would receive exactly what we saw on the site. However, once we arrived, we were sadly mistaken. The property had not been cleaned in a very long time, many items were broken, bug infestations, etc. The staff on site were very helpful (Juan, Luis, and Ana), but the US contract manager (Naomi) and owner (Sim/Simon) became unresponsive as of the October 13th. We had 22 people in our party and we all had to find other accommodations, at our own expense. THIS PROPERTY IS UNIHABITABLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! IT IS A MONEY PIT!!Sent on 10/17/2017

My wife and I rented Villa Las Palmeras for our wedding in April 2017. The dates of our rental agreement were April 28th-May 3rd. While the onsite Villa staff was absolutely fantastic and the food was amazing, our overall experience was horrendous. With high hopes, we checked in to the Villa on Friday April 28th. Our arrival day and the next day (Saturday April 29th) went smoothly and all of our guests (36 people including us) had a great time. Unfortunately after dinner on Sunday April 30th, the water shutoff. This meant that nobody could use the restroom, shower, cook, and the Villa was completely inhabitable. Luckily, we were ensured by the onsite staff (namely the onsite property manager Juan) that the water would be back on the following day. But by 6pm on Monday May 1st, the water had not returned. We had to book last minute hotel rooms at our own expense for ourselves and our 34 additional guests. We continued to check in with Juan every couple of hours on Tuesday May 2nd about the water but by 5pm that day it was still not working. The Villa owner who lives in Southern CA was of no help (we still have never heard from the owner to this day) and Naomi who is also based in Southern CA only communicated to us when we reached out to her. Given that the Villa was completely unlivable for 3 of the 5 nights we rented it, we requested a formal refund for those 3 nights. The owner of the property and Naomi have refused to give us a refund and the lack of communication from them has been horrendous to say the least. I would NOT recommend ever renting a property from these individuals (the Villa owner has several other properties for rent in PV) as they are unreasonable and do not provide their tenants with the basic resources needed to consider a property live-able.Sent on 05/17/2017
