We LOVE Van Otis chocolate, Swiss Fudge in particular. But we found them to be very difficult to work with for wedding favors. Although everyone loved the favors, it was difficult to reach the only person they have on staff who can do favors. She works part-time I think, and she was not responsive at all. I had to call several times before I would get a return phone call. In addition, their store hours are limited, which means we could only go in on Saturdays. Coincidentally, that is one of the days the wedding favors seller/manager does NOT work. If I had it to do over, I am not sure I would have worked with them. We love the chocolates, just not the sales experience.
