Francesca's professionalism went far beyond her exhaustive list of fantastic vendors - and extended to expert guidance on the sequence of wedding planning. She is so good at what she does that planning our wedding with Francesca, from Toronto, was a breeze, and a joy! From legal paperwork, to finding the perfect venue, to receiving packages on our behalf - not only was everything done to help us achieve exactly what we envisioned, but it was done so with genuine care and a commitment to producing the highest caliber event! And our wedding was just that - it went beyond our biggest dreams! Francesca understood the vision entirely and handpicked the best vendors - while managing all aspects and deadlines until the day of! Francesca and Manola gave us the confidence to fully enjoy our day - and they delivered, perfectly, without a hitch! So grateful to Francesca, Manola and all of the wonderful vendors that were a part of our beautiful day!

In July I had my parents 50th wedding anniversary at my home in Tuscany. It had been very stressful because we were in a massive renovation. Getting the home done in time for the party was very stressful. However Francesca took all the worry out of the the actual party planning because she was meticulous. She paid extreme attention to detail, even came up with a few contingency plans. The renovation was done in time, and the party went off without a hitch. Francesca was hands on for the party, as well as the welcome dinner the night before I was able to relax and actually enjoy my guests . Francesca just left no stone unturned. She was fabulous . I highly recommend her services.

Choosing Francesca and her team at Tuscan Wedding Events was the most important decision we made when planning our wedding. And it was the best decision. Due to Covid we have to delay our wedding 3 times and Francesca supported and guided us every step of the way - making the re-bookings so easy at a time when businesses all over the world were struggling with the effects of the pandemic. Francesca is so warm and friendly, we spoke regularly, were always responded to quickly when we had questions and she even helped us in the last week with things we had organised on our own that had gone wrong. She is a superwoman - she sorted everything out without a problem. Her advice on vendors was second to none - she knows Tuscany especially the Val d'Orcia) and the industry so well and has fantastic connections from catering to nannies to flowers, stationary to djs and transport. Logistics were our biggest fear - transporting 150 guests from one venue to another over 4 days and Francesca was so organised and spotted things we would never have thought of! She is also the queen of having reassuring plan Bs up her sleeve! At no point did she press us to go with a particular style or vendor - she totally worked with our vision and totally got it. She is patient, incredibly calm - even on the wedding day! and has actually become a dear friend now. We visited her in Montepulciano a number of times and she was a joy to spend time with and get to know - what better than finding a friend in your wedding planner! Francesca truly went over and above to make our 4 day wedding the most incredible, fun and most importantly - stress free few days. She created a wedding which far exceeded our dreams and we will be forever grateful to her and her team for the work.
