My vintage, hand-powered C&P letterpress machine is huge and exacting and wonderfully retro-industrial. One of its most important features is the main lever, called a “trip.”
When this lever is pulled, the printing plate makes contact with the paper, creating the deep, satisfying impression that gives letterpress printed designs their special tactile beauty.
I named Trip Press Stationary in reference to my machine’s “trip” lever. Much like letterpress printing, our lives get interesting when fate pulls a metaphorical lever, bringing us into contact with the possibility of deep, satisfying human impressions.
My goal at Trip Press is to help make sure those special events of our lives –the days we marry, or become parents, or move into new homes; the days we celebrate family and friendships, holidays and important milestones –are as beautiful and memorable as they feel in our hearts.

Conal was an absolute joy to work with - professional, creative, fun and flexible, we couldn't have asked for more! Our save the dates and invitations came out looking beyond amazing - exactly the impression we wanted to make on our guests. I can't recommend her highly enough! Can I give more stars? The wedding invitations I ordered from Trip Press Stationary are absolutely stunning!!! They are elegant and classic and original. My fiancé Skylar and I have received numerous compliments on our wedding invites. Conal, the owner of Trip Press Stationary, was responsive, professional, and was able to create invites that made us proud to have as the first impression of our upcoming wedding day. Would recommend to everyone!!!Sent on 10/23/2013
