Experience
Paul Tremaine became an ordained minister in 2014 when he was asked by family to officiate their wedding. Paul was inspired to help his friends and from there, the seeds of Tremaine Weddings and Events were sewn. Today, alongside a talented team, he and Nilsa delight in collaborating with couples and providing them with a personalized and caring experience.

We had been on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator but when we had our original venue cancel our contract and found out our new one didn't offer setup or take down services we knew we need to hire someone. We found Nilsa through this facebook and her package pricing was very reasonable and right in our budget.
Right away when I first starting talking to Nilsa I knew she'd be a great fit for us. Her years of experience were exactly what we needed. We elected to go with the day of package but she went above and beyond what we expected.
She met with us several weeks before our wedding to walk through our venue and go over my vision. She was always there answering my texts if I had any questions or to bounce ideas off of. When I started having issues with a particular vendor the week before and week of the wedding she was there to calm my nerves and take over in trying to resolve things with them. The morning of our wedding when I had another issue arise with a vendor and I called her in a panic she immediately jumped into action and within minutes had a back up lined up for us.
Her team arrived at our venue and did a beautiful job setting up our decorations and putting my vision together. When we walked into the ballroom for our first look of the space my husband and I started tearing up over how beautiful it looked.
Throughout our dinner and reception Nilsa and her team were everywhere assisting our guests, helping things flow smoothly and ensuring my husband and I were doing good and having fun. Every time we turned around Nilsa or someone from her team was there if we needed food or a drink or anything else.
At the end of the night they quickly and efficiently packed everything up for us to pick up in the morning. After our wedding we heard from so many guests how great their team was too!
Overall we are so happy we hired Nilsa and her team. If you are looking for a fantastic day of coordinator I highly recommend her! I'd give her a 20 out of 10 ranking because she really is that good.Tremaine Weddings and Events's reply:

40TH Birthday Bash !
Now that the glitter has settled. Thank you to Tremaine wedding & events for coordinating my 40th birthday. Nilsa (& Paul) are AMAZING with helping find a venue to decorations, picture boards, edible glitter for drinks not a single detail was missed. She is super flexible and extremely easy to work with, and as hands on as you need her to be. All 75+ guests had a GREAT time. Tremaine wedding & events is very accommodating with any budget. I would recommend her to anyone planning a milestone in their life.-

Nilsa and Paul resemble the everyday family with 6 children and 3 grandchildren. Married for 17 years, they have a long lasting love story that they love seeing flourish through their daily work in wedding and event planning. They have owned and operated Tremaine Weddings and Events for over 7 years and have added a variety of services since 2021! As active advocates in their community for equal rights and love for all, Nilsa and Paul spend much of their free time volunteering at their church and their children's schools, participating in community outreach events, and with friends and family.
Samantha joined Tremaine Weddings and Events in the early months of 2022 and has brought in an extensive experience and expertise in advertising and marketing, design and decor, as well as wedding and event planning. Joining with Nilsa and Paul, Samantha acts as an essential partner within the Tremaine Weddings and Events establishment. Samantha's husband Sean has also joined the team as an assistant coordinator. Samantha and Sean have two fur babies and spend their time outside of Tremaine's with friends and family, working out, playing sports, and working their full time jobs as a high school educator (Samantha) and FedEx Delivery Driver (Sean).
Wife and mother of two beautiful baby girls, Xavia joins the Tremaine's team as a member of both the business and family. Married to Jeremiah Tremaine, Paul and Nilsa's oldest son, Xavia has become an essential part of the Tremaine team acting as a Wedding Planner and Day-of Coordinator.
